Cute and convenient

We needed a place for two nights as we extended our stay and our original rental was already booked. This was just next door so familiar beach, etc. The condo was cute, clean, cozy, and well-stocked for our needs. The soft music playing upon check-in was a nice touch!

Clean, close to the beach, up-to-date

We absolutely loved this property! Came here to get married on the beach and it was literally right next to the beach. The view was to die for! The condo was very home like but a vacation/relaxation spot all in one. It was fully furnished with everything u would need and then some! Pictures did however make the condo look a bit larger than the actual size but it worked for us! 3 adults and 2 small children! Definitely plan to visit again!

Nice Vacation

Unit was nicely decorated, homey, and clean. Downsides: bed in bedroom was not very comfortable, there’s no elevator, and the noise level from other people at the pool and their rooms was pretty bad. One night they kept us up, as the bedroom is closest to the front door/ pool area. Other than those things, we were quite happy with our stay. The private beach across the street is nice, and there is beach chair rentals. The beach was gorgeous! Probably the best we’ve ever seen it in all the years we went. We also liked how close this unit was to everything. Our new favorite restaurant is now Captain Dave’s, which is super close!

Very clean place. Realjoy always there for any questions. Only suggestion is to have door lock changed out. We had to have someone help is several times to lock it from outside.

Poor communication

During our stay, they were doing some kind of wiring-cable, electric???? They came in to our unit and we were not informed beforehand. They came in while we were not there and when we returned, the door was open and there was a mess in the closet and bedroom. They cleaned up pretty (brought home some insulation in my suitcase) well but no one ever said anything to us about what was going on.

Great spot overall

We had a lovely stay. A couple of things that were frustrating. Had multiple issues with internet as I tried to work from the condo but was told that the infrastructure was being updated unfortunately not until our stay was over. There wasn’t an elevator on the property, not a big deal overall but carrying a month’s worth of stuff for two young kids it was quite a shock from other places we have stayed before in other locations. Overall though we would stay here again if the opportunity came up.

Great Location

Loved the location of this condo! New kitchen was nice and it had a great beachy feel. The service was excellent when I had to call for a maintenance issue upon arrival. Also loved having a bit of an ocean view. The only suggestion for improvement I have is for the cleaning crew. It felt like a lot of simple things had been over looked (very dusty, dirty linens, sand still on the floors). Other than that we had a wonderful stay and would consider returning.

After maintenance on bathroom completed it was fine. It should have been noted before we checked in.

We Will Be Back!!!

This place was very accommodating with household utensils, the location near the beach and pool. Bedroom needs darker blinds from the exterior lighting, however we will be back!!!!

Great Place to Stay

We loved our stay. This is a great place. Very clean and close to beach and local stores. We will stay here again.

It was wonderful! Very nice, very clean, great location, convenient to the beach.

I will definitely stay here again. Loved the location...walked to the beach everyday and night. Convenient to shopping and restaurants. Being on the top floor was a bonus...no noise and, though there is no elevator, it was okay (and I'm 50 and out of shape). Very first impression when I walked in was how good and clean it smelled and looked. This unit is 3 steps to the washer and dryer( bonus). It has updated appliances and plenty of everything you will need to cook. Plenty of extra blankets, linens, and pillows. A major bonus, for me, was the ceiling fans and the cold a/c. The only negative, and it wasn't horrible (again, I will stay here again), was the mattress... a bit hard and dated (and if this one thing was upgraded) it would be right up there with any of the nice Hilton's I've spent way more on per night. My boyfriend and I were the only two staying here and I think 2 more people would be fine but 6 would be crowded with one bathroom. I really put alot of stock in reviews so that is why I'm writing one and always hope for honest ones....I recommend this unit. Working with the rental company was also easy and a great experience. I rented this unit one day before we went to Miramar and all went well.

Being able to enjoy the conveniences of the nearby shops and restaurants in addition to being able to walk to the beach sounds like vacation bliss! We are happy you were able to take advantage of the updated appliances, as well as relax with the cool temperatures provided by the fans and air conditioning. We wish you had contacted us about the mattress comfort, we would have happily brought a mattress topper to you! Great beach getaway

We stayed in unit 306. Our first impression was the unit was very clean and updated. It's a stone's throw from the private beach and is near some great restaurants. The only advice I would give to the owner of the unit would be to install some room darkening blinds and/or curtains. The night time lights on the balcony outside the bedroom window (which cannot be turned off) make the room too bright to sleep in and the only reason it gets 4 instead of 5 stars. Otherwise, this was a fantastic place to stay.

Great Location with a Partial View of the Ocean from the Balcony!

We have stayed at this place before but the first time in this condo. It was great. The only suggestion I have, would be to leave some instructions/troubleshooting for the dishwasher. We could not get it running and after listening to it beep for an hour, we gave up. Other than that, it was just right! Thanks!
