Just beyond, a formal dining room flows seamlessly into the fully equipped kitchen, complete with a gas stove and generous counter space—ideal for preparing home-cooked meals or savoring takeout from the city's acclaimed restaurants just steps away.

Two well-appointed bedrooms—one with a king bed, the other with a queen—each feature private ensuite bathrooms and generous closet space. For additional guests, a sleeper sofa is available in the living room. A back mudroom adds convenience with a washer and dryer for guest use.
