Neu renoviertes Haus an der Mündung des Mullett Lake in den Cheboygan River Dieses erstaunliche Cottage mit 4 Schlafzimmern und Loft und 3 Vollbädern verfügt über einen 350-Zoll-Sandstrand am Mullett Lake und eine über 400-Zoll-Fassade am Cheboygan River. Platz für ein 50-Zoll-Boot im Fluss. 2 Kajaks und 2 SUP sind vorhanden.
Dieses große Haus ist ideal für eine große Familie oder ein paar kleinere. Das Haus bietet Platz für bis zu 14 Personen. Das Ferienhaus ist mit Geschirrspüler, 2 Kühlschränken, Waschmaschine / Trockner, Backofen / Herd und Mikrowelle ausgestattet. Das Haus verfügt über 2 Schlafzimmer im ersten Stock; Ein Master mit Vollbad und ein zusätzliches King-Schlafzimmer mit freistehendem Vollbad. Die zweite Etage besteht aus einem Schlafzimmer mit Queensize-Bett, einem Schlafraum (für 8-12 Personen), einem Loft (für zusätzliche 2 Personen auf Auszügen) und einem kompletten Badezimmer.
Im Freien gibt es einen Essbereich, Stühle, eine Feuerstelle und einen Grill für Mahlzeiten im Freien.
Dieses Haus befindet sich neben dem berühmten Hack-Ma-Tack-Restaurant, das Sie entweder zu Land oder zu Wasser erreichen können. Pier 33 Restaurant ist nur den Fluss hinauf. We very much enjoyed our stay. The kids enjoyed a lot of time on the water. The nearby restaurants were very good and it was a short drive to Mackinaw City to jump over to the island for a day. I would definitely recommend.

The property was great. We loved being on the lake and the river. My husband and brother loved being able to tie the boat right up to the dock and take off whenever they liked. The boat ride up the river was beautiful. We also did the bike trail and visited the dam/locks in town. Walked to the Hack Ma Tack for dinner. Great experiences. Would highly recommend.

Amazing property!

We enjoyed this perfect place on Mullet Lake and Cheboygan river. The lake was so clean, shallow and sandy for playing in the water. Kids and adults enjoyed it. We enjoyed the kayaks and the SUPs too! The seating area at the river was great to fish from and watch the boats come and go. Lots of space for everyone in the house, very clean and two refrigerators were a plus!

Little piece of heaven

Lovely home with everything we needed! Beds were comfortable and we loved the kayaks and paddle boards. Rented a boat for morning river cruises and played on the beach in the afternoons. Was a little surprised by the crowd scene on the sandbar on Saturday and Sunday, but boaters were polite and friendly. The house is well appointed and we appreciated the games for the one rainy day we had. Thank you!

Amazing family vacation

Beautiful location and great house for a large family vacation. Absolutely the spot to be on Mullet if you want a beach and shallow, calm water for little kids. The adults loved going on river cruises/fishing. Large yard for everyone to play. House is clean. Kitchen is well stocked and has everything you need to cook for a large group. Ton of towels/linens. We had a lot of young kids and it was a very nice touch that owners had a ton of coloring supplies which kids used daily. Close to town and ton of activities near by. Would highly recommend and we hope to be back!

Hidden gem!

This is an amazing property! The setting couldn’t be better. River on one side and lake in the front with a large grassy yard, big sandy beach, shallow water and a sand bar. The little kids loved the sand and water. The bigger kids loved fishing and watching the sand bar activity of other boaters. The sand bar visitors were respectful of our space and typically left the area by 6pm. The house layout was great. Felt spacious and comfortable. Plenty of seating inside and outside. Fully stocked with everything we needed. Close to town and a 30 minute drive to Mackinac Island ferries. Perfect home!

Mullett Lake vacation with Kids and Grandkids

We had a wonderful visit. We have 3 little grandkids and the shallowness of the lake at this location is perfect. The downside is on the weekends many boats park out front to use the sandbar. We just did our own thing. We caught frogs and butterflies and saw lots of bunnies and deer. We went in to town for dinner at Mulligans and we would recommend them. We also went to the Dairy Queen. We have family that lives nearby on mullett lake so we visited their place and they came and visited at our place. The paddle boards were used and we played in the sandy lake beach quite a bit. We fished off the river side of the property. There is a bike trail which we rode down to Aloha State Park camp store. They sell fresh donuts there which was a big hit.The ride there and back is just over 5 miles. We utilized the kitchen and the grill. The kitchen is fully furnished. The kids loved the bunk room and the loft area to play. We hope to return again soon.

Family and friends fishing week - A+ stay!

Spent a week long fishing trip in this beautiful cabin with a group of friends and family including 2 kids. We traditionally do a walleye fishing trip to Minnesota annually, and decided to give Mullet lake a try this year, and had a great week. The cabin left nothing to be desired. More beds & bedrooms than we needed and lots of room all around. The ample space continues outside with a huge back and side yard. For our group we brough 2 larger fishing boats and really appreciated the saftey and easy access of the riverfrontage overnight dock space (Mullet can get very windy and most rentals we looked at only had mooring bouys as overnight options). We were able to get power out to the boats easily with a 100' extension cord for overnighr battery charging. 2 refrigerator/freezers were perfect and definitly made keepingnup with ice and stocking for a big group ideal. Lots of outside space for grilling and campfires. The kids loved the beach right out back and the kayaks that were available on the property. Kitchen was the most well equipped that I have seen and we do alot of vrbo rentals. Walleye fishing was spurratic, but caught fish every day. Catching rainbow and brown trout in Mullet lake as bonus fish while walleye fishing was an added treat! We also took the boats up the river, through the lock into Lake Huron and had a great day of Lake Trout fishing on one of the days that was not too windy. Will definitly look at coming back in the future!

Great Location and large space

We had three families stay here (sister and her fam, my parents, and my family) all stay here, and it was a great location with the shallow walk in beach for the little kids 1-2.5 years old. There were many amenities as well like tubes, paddle boards and great kayaks. When we did have a small issue, the owner responded right away to try and fix the problem. Some things I would note for the next time if we return back- I’d bring extra dish towels, and beach towels. All the bedrooms had portable fans which was nice, except one bedroom upstairs doesn’t have a vent so even though the house has AC, that one room does not get any air, which was problematic for the one year old who slept in that room and we had to keep the door closed. Thankfully we didn’t have any 85+ degree days. We love Mullet Lake and can’t wait to be back on the water soon.

Wonderful Week at Mullet Lake

Our extended family of 12 (6 adults & 6 kids) spent a great week at this wonderful lake/river house. The location is outstanding! Situated at the corner of the Cheboygan River & Mullet Lake offers so much to guests. The included paddle boards, kayaks, & canoe provided endless fun for the whole family! The large yard facing the lake gave the kids plenty of room for running around, bocce tournaments & relaxing! The views from the back of the house are lovely! A perfect spot for family fun!
