Genießen Sie Ihren Urlaub mit der besten Aussicht auf den Lake Tahoe. Dieses 4 Schlafzimmer, 3 Badezimmer Blockhaus sitzt auf Zephyr Heights und hat Aussicht Heavenly Ski Resort und den See. Entspannen Sie sich im Whirlpool nach einem Tag am Strand oder nach einem Tag auf der Piste. Es gibt einen Grill auf der Terrasse mit Gartenmöbeln, der perfekte Ort, um mit der Familie Grill und beobachten den Sonnenuntergang ĂŒber dem See. Die Garage fĂŒr zwei Autos ist fĂŒr die Mieter. Zwei Minuten von Zephyr Cove Strand, vier Minuten Heavenly Valley Ski Resort und 4 Minuten zu den Casinos. Auf der Ebene mit der Terrasse ist der Mail-Wohnbereich mit KĂŒche, Wohnzimmer, Essbereich, eine voll Gemeinschaftsbad, BR1 und BR2 Queen ist ein kleines Schlafzimmer mit einem Einzelbett. Im Obergeschoss befindet sich das BR3 Schlafzimmer mit einem König und einem Badezimmer, BR4 mit einem Queen-und einem Doppel mit komplettem Bad. Die WaschkĂŒche ist ebenfalls auf dieser Ebene. Beide Schlafzimmer haben eine TĂŒr zu einem Balkon mit Blick auf den See.

Belegung:
1. Pro County Regeln: Hochzeiten sind NICHT erlaubt jeglicher Art oder GrĂ¶ĂŸe, auf dem GrundstĂŒck oder am Haus. Sie werden sofort heruntergefahren und verlieren die Kaution und unterliegen mehr Geldstrafen.
2. Sie haben zu jeder Zeit nur 12 Personen im Haus. In Betten können nur 8 Personen schlafen. Dies beinhaltet alle Abendessen oder Versammlungen, die Sie haben.
3. 5 Autos sind jederzeit im Haus erlaubt. Es gibt keine StraßenparkplĂ€tze pro Landkreis und Brandschutzvorschriften. Die Nichteinhaltung fĂŒhrt zum Verlust der Kaution.

Cozy rustic cabin with beautiful views. Kitchen is well stocked. There is a lot of dust due to the interior being log walls. We never received an email for the check-in process to the property 24 hours prior to arriving, we called the property management number on the sign of the property and after 20 minutes of communicating back and forth we were finally able to get in.

Great property. Views were amazing! Property management was responsive when needed. Driveway was steep, but we managed fine even with two large vehicles. Worked out well with a couple dinners at the home just to enjoy the amazing view. Relaxing and quiet neighborhood.

The pros-Location is ideal. Close to hiking,shopping and food. The cons-communication is lacking. We had an issue of having some wildlife guests in the house and the response time was slow. I guess this is not uncommon so just be aware. When the host did respond (the next day) he did go to the property and wash the bedding (we did have droppings in the bed) he was not able to get us a different property for the rest of our stay but did compensate our stay. He said the prior guests left the door opened and the wildlife must of entered then. Be aware and respectful. Picture of pine nuts from the wildlife in our bed is attached.

Not as clean as it should have been. Two dead mice on traps, one of which was in kitchen sullied stay for my wife. Also, rodent droppings on the stove was health issue. Did receive 100 credit for food left on counter but it just took away from experience. Also the driveway was ridiculously steep so I'm glad I brought SUV. View was spectacular however.

Pros: View, deck, updated and roomy bathrooms and kitchen, quiet neighborhood, spices and some condiments available.Cons: Lack of towels for 8 people (seems to be an assumption that everyone only needs one towel?), cheap paper towels, not enough trash bags for a 5 day stay when you cook at home. All of these things are chintzy and cheap for this level of rental. I expected a little more convenience. Watch Outs: Others have mentioned the extremely steep driveway (didn't cause us any trouble but could during snowy months). House is full of stairs everywhere you turn. We had a 3 yr old and 6 mo old and did fine ("take it slow"). Dryer in the garage is weird/inconvenient and very slow to dry.

The pictures of the views DO NOT do it justice! A truly beautiful location!!4 stars due to lack of amenities! Bathrooms did not have body wash or shampoo, there was no cleaning spray to wipe counters, many pots and pans were scratched/very damaged making us hesitant to use them. The dishwasher soap compartment was broken. There were many ants in the kitchen! They did provide ant spray but we had to keep everything off of the counters. The house does not have AC in the summer but they did provide enough fans for each room to have one.I would stay here again just for the location though!

View isn’t enough.

The view is incredible but that is about all. Driveway is illegal. If you have anything larger than a sedan it is impossible and dangerous to use. House has unsafe stairways for any mobile infant under 3. Kitchen is underwhelming.

Amazing views and lots of room

They property is set in a great location. The views are spectacular from the deck, most of the bedrooms, and the kitchen!! There was enough room for everyone to sleep comfortably and soak in the spa. The property management company was very accommodating to our group. I highly recommend this property!

Awesome views, but needs work.

Great location with over look views of Lake Tahoe. There was a broken window in the kitchen, and kitchen to hot tub door was out of alignment. Also theres a mice infestation. The owner provided pots and pans for cooking, which was great, but they were covered with mice droppings and we needed to clean them. Nice droppings were found in the showers. Nice are bread we had in a plastic bag. The place could use a deep dive of cleaning as there's lots of cobwebs. The coffee maker was broke but management provided a new on promptly. The dryer machine is in the garage and is not properly vented and takes forever to dry cloths. Overall good location but for this price point the property needs updates.

Bad Management (World Class Property Management)

Overall stay was good and the group made peace with the issues. But we were cleared for a 2 hr early check-in. We arrived less than an hour early and the cleaning man was there and still needed 2 hrs. We didn't even get to check-in at the required time. Also, the management company did not respond to initial calls or offer to compensate for the mistake. World Class Property Management is the managing business. Poor customer service and difficult to get ahold of. The building itself had multiple safety issues including an unsecured staircase rail about to fall. The outdoor table shade umbrella was broken and half-ass fixed with rope (did not work). Overall, you can tell the company doesn't care about you or the details. Just be sure to hammer them when they make a mistake...they will.

Great house but needs better upkeep

We felt this cabin was truly special, from the views to the layout. The steep driveway and all the stairs weren't our favorite, but the view you get makes up for it, but it's definitely not for everyone. We had a couple of problems with the property: 1. Its cleanliness- or the lack of, and 2. Its upkeep. First thing we noticed is that the house is very dark, which could be easily solved with good lighting fixtures, which it lacked. The ceiling lights in the dinning room are flickering and hurt the eyes, so we couldn'thave them on. Other lamps, scattered around, some don't work, some are missing a bulb... again, easily solvable if wanted to. There were others items that may be more difficult to solve, but still need to be addressed, like window insulation. We had snow buildup on the inside of the windows in one of the bedrooms. Which brings me to the thermostat situation. It would've been very helpful knowing how to control the temperature in the house. There was no information available about that, not in the house, and not when we called to ask about it. It was impossible to get the home to feel comfortable upstairs and downstairs. The people in the downstairs bedrooms were miserable all night, while it was pretty chilly upstairs. But the biggest problem for us was the cleanliness of the property. I don't think that the cleaning team washed and changed the bedding after the previous guests. We found someone's socks in one bed, hair in another, the third bed was missing a sheet, and there were disgusting brown stains on our blanket. It was too late in the night to call management when we undid our beds and discovered all that, so we just dealt with it - replaced with anything clean we could find in the closets, used stuff that we brought we us... but that was a great shock, disappointment, and inconvenience, especially since the property is not cheap. I feel like even motel 6 beds are cleaner than that. To conclude, I would say that I really hope that the owner/management take this to heart and put more effort into upkeeping the property and making sure that their teams are doing a much better job, because I would love to stay there again. Like I said, the house is special, and all the problems are easily solvable.

The view is incredible literally every direction and every time of the day. They let us check in early, and out a little later which was really appreciated. This is by no means a luxury property if that is what you’re looking for.It is however a rustic cabin that has the basic necessities. The decor is quite eclectic, almost like they took furniture from random smaller rentals and came up with a house full of adequate items. You likely won’t find this view for a better price, so decide what you are in it for. Hot tub was great and the temp got nice and toasty! Close to multiple public beach options and 10 min to heavenly, it is a great location.The driveway is not for the faint of heart. I would recommend using the garage to pivot and turn around rather than backing down. With snow on the ground in the winter, I would be tentative to want to use it. There is no AC in the summer, so be mindful the time of year you are booking. Would I stay there again? Maybe

I came here with a group of friends in September and it was hands down one of the most amazing places we have ever stayed! The view is spectacular! There are several decks and every room has an amazing view of the lake. The bedrooms are spacious and comfortable. My group of 8 had more than enough room. The hot tub was so perfect for sunset. The host was also a great communicator and answered all of our questions right away. The drive way is very steep and parking is tight but it wasn’t an issue, worth it for the view. Everyone said they would 100% stay there again and had an incredible time. Thank you so much!!

We had a girls trip in Lake Tahoe and stayed in this cabin. The lake views are absolutely incredible and the accommodations were very comfortable as well! We used the hot tub on the deck and had a great time, thank you so much!

Disaster from the start. We repeatedly emailed asking for check in information on the day of. Once arriving at the home we were shocked. Visible dust everywhere, missing glass on screen doors, no patio cushions, old bedding with stained pillows AND rat droppings throughout. When we reached out to express our disappointment to the owner, we got no response. Instead, he showed up at the house unannounced at 9am. He was aggressive, rude and laughed in our face. This left our 3 children incredibly uncomfortable. The house is falling down. Multiple rotten and broken logs. The bank behind the house is skidding down into the back of the house causing significant foundation issues. The porch was uneven to a point of being unsafe. The railing was hanging by a thread. The hot tub was so strong with chemicals that the kids could not use it. The dryer is in the garage and not properly vented so be prepared to spend 2 hours drying them. I would recommend staying far away from this company and property
