Hi Kevin, glad you liked the condo. In regarding to the pool area, every community in this style have Pool rules and there are almost everywhere the same. You should read before the rules at the entrance of the pool area. To not jump in the pool is just a security matter. It really sounds like you didn’t have your kids under Control and the clubhouse attendants just tried to do there job as best. Also there is a corner next to the Grill area with tables and chairs where you could eat your sandwiches or so. Imagine if everybody could eat around the Pools how the area will look like as it is well known that some guest never clean there place when they leave !!! This is a very quite community and not a water or amusement park. May be next time you should reconsider your vacation location like an all included resort or to go to a park in Orlando. But of course the prices will be higher!! Best Yvon

The A/C is 2 years old and have service twice a year so nothing wrong with the A/C unit at all. The sign on the wall to not go under 72F is to warn guests, it's only a precautionary measure. We could get a frozen outside unit if guest turned down the A/C under 70F. We would like to avoid this and so guest can save money in case of a repair. This is a self catering condo means every guest have to bring his own products. We are not a hotel!!!! Also you forgot to mention that in the kitchen were a new sponge, dish lotion and 2 dishwasher tabs. Best. Yvon
