Condo 6 ist ein Familienliebling in Put-in-Bay. Kinder lieben den Pool und Eltern lieben die Ruhe. Wochenenden sehen viele lustige Gruppen. Eine große Rasenfläche, ein Pool und eine gemauerte Außenterrasse vervollständigen die Außenbereiche. Es gibt zwei Propangrills auf dem Deck, die auf ein exzellentes Cookout warten. Die Wohneinheiten verfügen über zwei Schlafzimmer und zwei Badezimmer. Jeder kann bis zu acht Gäste beherbergen. Der Zugang erfolgt über ein praktisches codiertes Türschloss. Anstatt sich um die Tasten zu kümmern, kann jeder einen numerischen Code eingeben und auf das Gerät zugreifen. Dieses Gerät verfügt über Keramikfliesen im gesamten Gebäude, außer in den Schlafzimmern. Die Küche ist komplett ausgestattet, mit allen Geräten und Gegenständen, die Sie für eine leckere Mahlzeit benötigen.

Great place for the weekend

Very clean and exactly as advertised. We had no issues with the rental so we never needed to contact the manager; but they give you many different avenues of contact. I highly recommend them and would stay here again in the future.

Clean and simple!

Clean and neat with no issues whatsoever. The condo is quite nice and the pool is outstanding. I may have missed where it said we were upstairs, but that was our only minor issue due to a couple mobility limited folks. Again, I may simply have missed where that was called out. We'll be back!!!

They weren’t any available when we arrived but Bobby was so helpful. He made a few phone calls, transported us to the rental place.....then when it was time to leave he transported us from the condo to drop off the cart then brought us back to the condo. He was so willing to help. He is a great rep for these condos. Paul should be proud. I have just one tiny complaint I tripped and fell hurt my knee because the stone walk way is a bit of a tripping hazard. It was at night and we were on our way back to the condo from the parking lot area. The stones are beautiful but uneven and a bit of a tripping hazard. Overall we loved our stay... thanks for the memories

This property group is unprofessional. My friends and I were to travel to Put In Bay for a trip. We never got our money back because the ferry wasn’t running to even get there. We all live far away from this place. They stated they were going to refund our money and still have not received $1. If you don’t stay somewhere you should not be charged for it. Beware! Choose a different place.

A nice getaway

The self-service aspect was appreciated but there was some anxiety upon arrival when there is no one there to greet you and show you around after traveling over 4 hours. Felt as if we were in the wrong place and confused about the golf cart situation. If we're expected I think overall operations would benefit from concise communication. I had over 6 emails/texts all telling me different things. We brought linens because your website told us to but housekeeping provided us with bedding.There are awful looking stains in the stairwell entry and our condo's door would not lock at first. Came back from getting supplies to find the door wide open... Had to play with the deadbolt until it finally closed shut.Other than that we had a great time.
