We truly wish you would have contacted us during your stay so we could have immediately addressed it for you. In situations like this, our team can quickly bring over a secure wood stick/bar to place between the door and wall track so the door cannot be opened from the outside at all. Guest safety and security are very important to us, and we would have been more than happy to assist right away. Thank you again for bringing this to our attention, as it helps us continue improving the guest experience moving forward. 🏝️
