Very cute place, the only reason I didn’t give 5 stars was the upstairs noise. It’s a little loud in the bedroom and we were woken up by upstairs tenants running around. Otherwise it’s a cute place to stay and very convenient to everything. The parking was also a little limited, especially if the upstairs is rented. But overall excellent for the price.

Great location

The location was perfect. We were able to walk to Bank of America Stadium, walk to the park and enjoy much of downtown Charlotte. The house was clean and checkin was easy.

Cool space, close to uptown

This was the perfect place to rest and regroup during my visit to Charlotte. Justin was a great host — very responsive and helpful.

Clean AND Comfy

Everything about the stay was really nice, very clean, Jason was very friendly, helpful and quick to respond but my favorite part was the oh so comfy bed which is typically hard to find when away from home! I would definitely recommend!

Excellent accomodations!

Unit just as described in listing. Very close to Uptown Charlotte, convenient to walk and access to freeway. We truly enjoyed our stay. There was noise from the upstairs guests, but they were very respectful and kept noise to a minimum.

This property is close to the uptown area and very walkable, it is not close to the CAT transit system. The area is actually a Historic District of town and everything is well kept up and clean. We traveled to see Charlotte FC play at Bank of America Stadium and it was 10 minute walk.

Christmas Visit

Very cute, very clean. Loved the washer/dryer. The neighborhood is very nice. People had mentioned the sounds from upstairs. While we could hear footsteps, it wasn't terribly intrusive. We would definitely stay here again.

Perfect for my 2 night stay

Great place! Clean, equipped, spacious, and accessible to downtown. Very well lit considering you are in a basement. Comments about upstairs noise and traffic are legitimate but they’ve done as much as can expected. You are in the city. Communication was awesome and check in easy. Two thumbs up!

Jason's place has a nice layout and the mattresses and sheets were amazing! We appreciated that we could walk to the Bank of American Stadium for a game and not have to worry about parking. Like others have mentioned the noise from the guests upstairs can be rather disrupting - depending on how they walk and if there are children. Jason has provided earplugs and a sound machine to help block out some of the noise.

Nice location, a little damp

It was perfect for me (alone). Lovely space and right on a bus line or brief walk to light rail. I felt very safe coming home late. As it is downstairs, it felt damp. My towels never completely dried and they were hung up. A dehumidifier would likely help. I’d stay here again

Great location to stadium.

Property was as explained and was walking distance to Bank of America Stadium and a short walk to restaurants and breweries. Everything was great however if you are a light sleeper this is not the place for you. Pay attention to the owners comments about being able to hear walking upstairs. Now I know why it comes with earplugs. I would rent again if attending a game or concert in the area.

Perfect place for a girls weekend

This place was the perfect location for a weekend long girl’s weekend trip. It was EXTREMELY clean (not a spec of dust) and just as pictured. I was worried a basement rental would have a smell but not at all. It had everything we needed (comfy beds, plenty of towels, soft linens, great coffee selection, & kitchen basics). The host was so responsive, very thorough answering any questions I could possibly have. Location was close to major attractions and many restaurants (not walking distance in my opinion but a very short car ride). I read so many complains about noise but we had no issues. I highly recommend this place.

Great location but noisy at night

I picked this place because it was within walking distance to the concert venue we were in town to see. Everything was great about the stay except we could hear every step the people above us took all night long. This had been mentioned either in the description or in other reviews but it was very noticeable. They had a sound machine in the bedroom but I still woke up multiple times because the upstairs guests were walking around late into the night. It didn’t sound like they were being loud on purpose but it was still very noticeable. I know it was a basement but I didn’t sleep well. The beds were very comfy. If you are a light sleeper like me, I do not recommend this spot for you. Other than that, the host was great and check in was a breeze!

Perfect place for us!

We were in town for a few days to explore the city and catch a Panthers game. This place was perfect! It was close to everything! Easy walk to the stadium, 7 minute drive to the Nascar HOF, and lots of restaurants I'm a ten minute drive radius. The property was clean and stocked with the essentials. It was nice to be able to cook breakfast before heading out for the day, and fix a snack at night. There was noise from upstairs, but if you've ever lived in an apartment with someone above, it shouldn't bother you. The neighborhood was quiet and cute. Definitely recommend this property!

Visiting the city

Easy check in. Loved the apartment, and the cute patio area. Clean and comfortable. Street parking, no problem. There are upstairs neighbors and they got noisy, but earplugs were provided, and we'd stay again. 😊

Fun/ Open Getaway!

Very clean and private! I felt very safe as a single-mom bringing my girl here who also loved the place! They keep asking if we will stay here again.
