Comfortable with Fabulous Views

A very comfortable apartment in a fabulous location. Easy access to beach, shops and cafes. Ideal for a family of 4. Was a little disappointed with the overall cleanliness on arrival and the kitchen was not as well equipped as I would have expected. Overall a very enjoyable stay

We loved our stay here, there was only a couple of things I would like to provide feedback on. The wifi did not work well at all, there wasn’t an option to make the second bedroom from twin beds to a double or queen bed but apart from this we were very happy with our stay.

Great location crappy place

The apartment is bang on the middle of Coolangatta, close to Cooly and Kirra beaches and all shops and restaurants which was an added bonus. The apartment however is outdated and the curtains in the rooms do not fully close, so if you value your sleep and the light bothers you and your kids, dont book this apartment. This was an absolute pain for all of us and impacted our holiday because no one was able to sleep in. Issues raised with the property agent about the curtains during our stay were not resolved in a timely manner. We will DEFINITELY NOT book this place again.

We agree that the location of this property is excellent, and there is lots of amazing local shops and restaurants to enjoy. Our team inspected the property after your feedback regarding the curtains and found that they had been bunched to one side. Once properly adjusted, the curtains effectively covered the windows. These are standard curtains, and we explained this along with supporting photos to clarify why we are unable to offer the requested 15% compensation. Doona covers and pillowcases need washing. Great pool facilities. Bigger balcony would of been brilliant

Ocean Plaza 1466... Great location!

Brilliant location and views. Perfectly set up for a family of 4. Amenities were great. Beds were pretty uncomfortable unfortunately but everything else was good. Wifi, Foxtel and A/C. 2 bathrooms. Convenient for shops, beach, parking and restaurants. Would recommend....4/5
