Das Anwesen ist eigentlich ein zweistöckiger Triplex. Dieses Gerät befindet sich auf der Rückseite des Gebäudes und blickt auf den Pool im Hinterhof. Es gibt Obstbäume auf dem Grundstück. Wenn Sie dort sind, wenn die Frucht reif ist, können Sie Mangos, Bananen, Kokosnüsse oder Bananen direkt vom Baum zu bekommen.

Wenn Sie Interesse an einer Vermietung haben, teilen Sie uns dies bitte mit und wir zeigen Ihnen gerne die Immobilie. Im Winter wohnen wir im zweiten Stock und es gibt auch eine dritte Einheit, die sich auf der Vorderseite des Triplex befindet.

Das Gerät verfügt über Kühlschrank, Mikrowelle, Kaffeemaschine, Herd / Ofen, Trinkwasser, Utensilien, Kochgeschirr, WLAN, Klimaanlage, Deckenventilatoren, Shaw Sat-TV.

Die Wohnung ist etwa 1100 Quadratmeter groß, ohne die Terrassen vor dem Schlafzimmer. Das Schlafzimmer verfügt über 1 Kingsize-Bett und öffnet sich zum Pool hin. Master-Badezimmer verfügt über zwei Waschbecken, Dusche, WC und einen großen Schrank.

Das Wohnzimmer ist geräumig und verfügt über einen 48-Zoll-LCD-Fernseher. Neben der Couch gibt es zwei Stühle im Wohnzimmer, von denen jeder ein Einzelbett hat, das nicht ganz so groß ist. Toll für Kinder, aber etwas eng für Erwachsene.

Auf dem Gelände befinden sich ein Pool, ein Grill und Terrassen, die zwischen den drei Einheiten geteilt werden. Beide Einheiten mit einem Schlafzimmer sind auf VRBO aufgeführt. Die kleinere Einheit mit einem Schlafzimmer im ersten Stock ist die VRBO-Eigenschaft # 732568

This is the life of Mexico. Close to everything, a house and a magnificent pool, fruit trees, manicured lawn and walking distance to the best restaurants, or taco stands. Relax under the shade of go to the beach. Then return to a garden of tranquility for a siesta .

We stayed at Ingrid's place for a few days in March and it was wonderful. The owners are on-site and very helpful with local knowledge and made sure we were comfortable in our unit. The apartment is on the ground floor of the triplex and looks out to the beautiful pool and palapa. With only one other apartment for rent the place is very private and we had the pool to ourselves the entire time. You can go out the back gate and walk 5 minutes on the sidewalk and be at the beach. The beach is very nice, clean and sandy with a gentle slope. There is an Oxxo and some restaurants about 5 minutes walk the other direction when you go out the back gate. There were several other nice restaurants within a 20 to 30 minute walk and we found that using Uber was very affordable when we didn't want to walk. We had a great time and will be back for a longer stay next time.

Good Experience - Great Location

We spent 8 days at the casa, despite minor issues (greeting & housekeeping), we had a great time. The 2 bedroom unit was very spacious, loved the balconies around the house. We spent many days in the backyard, using the pool (be warned that the water is very cold in January), lounging, resting and chatting with the other renters. We walked the beach every day, we didn’t spend any days there as it can be very crowded and we had to pay to sit on plastic chairs under a palapa (no lounge chairs). It would have been nice to have chairs/beach umbrella available to us – I would have paid extra to get that service. It's a great location, we got around by walking, bus and the trolley a lot to get around. The back of the house is on a boulevard, it can be noisy at time but that’s the best access for the restaurants, beach, convenience store...it didn’t really bother us. We felt safe in that neighborhood The owners were quick to respond to issues and questions we had. Overall, a good experience and would rent this house again.

Spacious apartment near the beach.

Great location 5 minute walk to beach in a residential neighbourhood. Loved the spaciousness. Rental car recommended to get around. But it is a work in progress. Still some utility issues to solve.

Perfect!!!

Our experience with renting this property was amazing from start to finish! The owner was very friendly, quick to respond and the pricing was exactly as indicated on the listing. Upon arrival to the house, it was more than we expected!! Spacious, beautiful, and extremely comfortable. Everything you could want or need is there from a well appointed kitchen to outdoor seating to beach towels! The location is great, only a few minutes walk to the beach in one direction and a few minutes walk to catch a taxi or stop at the corner store in the other direction. Overall, a wonderful and positive experience and we would absolutely rent this house again!

Wonderful stay, Very large and away from the Masses

We spent a week here in August and it was wonderful. The Two bedroom unit is huge. I'd guess more than 2000 square feet when you include all the patios. It is on the second floor and has patios outside every room. On the front there is a wrap around patio from the kitchen to dining room to living room. And it is about 15 feet deep so nothing skimpy there. Nice view here of the coconut and palm trees. We watched the iguanas sleeping in the trees. The area is very nice. It is an nice residential area. Most of the other properties in the area were big homes. The street in front of the house is paved and curbed. It's on a cul de sac so not much traffic there. We walked just about everywhere. The beach, restaurants and the convenience store are all within 5 to 10 minutes walk. We had expected to go into Puerto Vallarta a few times but we found the beach so nice here and so much else to do that we only went once. Our hosts Petra and Alfonso were very helpful. Alfonso was always there to help so we used him instead of a taxi when we needed to go for a grocery run. We'll definitely be back next time we can head down to Nuevo Vallarta.
