Halbinsel Vallarta ist ein schönes neues 5-Sterne-Resort, das perfekt auf dem Strand im Herzen der Hotelzone befindet und nur 10 Minuten mit dem Taxi von der Innenstadt Puerto Vallarta, den Jachthafen oder Flughafen. Das Resort verfügt über Annehmlichkeiten wie eine beeindruckende Lobby und ein Business- / Computerzentrum mit kostenlosem Internetzugang. Eine riesige Infinity-Pool mit Blick auf das Meer und die Berge und ist komplett mit einem vollen Länge Planschbecken ideal für Kinder.

Das Hotel liegt auf der 12. Etage, diese Wohnung verfügt über 3 Schlafzimmer und 3 Badezimmer. Es gibt einen großen Meister mit eigenem Bad mit Einbauschränken und ein Jacuzzi Rohr. Das zweite Schlafzimmer hat zwei Doppelbetten und ein eigenes Bad sowie. Beide Schlafzimmer verfügen über raumhohe Fenster mit Terrassentüren zu einem großen Balkon mit einem Berg / Meerblick auf die NE. Das dritte Schlafzimmer ist ideal für Kinder, da es verfügt über 2 Einzelbetten und ein weiteres Bad. Alle Zimmer verfügen über große Flachbild-TV und Kabel. Die Wohnung verfügt über 2 große Balkone mit Liegestühlen und einem Esstisch im Freien, so dass Sie wirklich genießen Sie die atemberaubenden Sonnenuntergänge. Dieses Gerät wurde professionell eingerichtet und ausgestattet mit einem Granit und Edelstahl-Küche, ein offenes Konzept Wohn / Esszimmer mit einem unglaublichen Blick auf das Meer mit Blick auf alle ausgestattet. Our stay was great, the condo was huge and very comfortable. The view was amazing, especially the evening sunset.There were no issues with checking in. We were met by Sebastian right as we arrived. He spoke very good and was prompt with getting us aquatinted with the condo.The condo staff were friendly and made sure people coming and going were from the condo. We felt safe.We would recommend this condo and would stay again.

We had a wonderful stay! The condo was fully stocked with everything we needed. View was incredible. Pool and beach at our doorstep! Loved everything! Club next door was loud Friday/Saturday and Sunday nights. Blair and Lilly were awesome!! We will definitely be back. No better place to stay in PV!!

Wonderful property to rent

The Peninsula Condos are a wonderful place to stay. Great pool area and nice amenities. Gym, spa and pool were all great. The condo has a wonderful view and is well stocked with kitchen equipment. Close to grocery store, shopping and fun things to do. A fun time was had by all.

Perfect family get away!

Very spacious condo with large balconies. Front balcony overlooking pool and beach. Rear balcony with beautiful river and mountain view. Stayed here in late Feb 2024 with family of six. We rented a car during our stay and parking space was provided at peninsula. Less than 10min from walmart/ sam's club, grocery stores and marina. We enjoyed our stay at Peninsula very much!

Very comfortable place

We chose it because of comfy looking furniture and that it’s in our favorite area. Apartment was very nice and comfortable like we thought. Lilly was amazing. She kept everything running great and took great care of us. I probably would choose a tower further away from club music. They do stop music by 9:30 so wasn’t too bad. The staff and security are amazing very safe place to stay. And this area is so close to so many things. Would definitely recommend.

View, views, & more views....

We stayed in Tower III, 12B. This condo was really nice. The location is excellent. The property is very well maintained, the grounds are beautiful. Security is tight but they are all very nice and helpful. Check-in was easy, just have your paperwork filled out correctly. The pools are excellent. Plenty of loungers and umbrellas for everyone. The food prices and service are very good. The beach is clean and groomed every day. Condo 12B has unreal views. 12th floor, Tower III, right on the water. Sunset views galore with the ocean on one side, city lights and mountain views on the other side! Waking up to the ocean every morning was awesome. There were just a few hiccups as the jetted tub did not work, the TV/cable never worked (which wasn't a huge deal, we didn't go to PVR to watch TV but after a hard day of lounging by the pool a little Sunday and Monday football would have been nice) and the unit needs a good deep cleaning. Also, the condo appears a little older and just needs some money spent on it to get it to 5 Stars. Some things are just getting old and need some attention. Would it keep me from renting this place again?? No way, the views from this condo are why you want this one. Awesome, beautiful. We had a great time, thanks!

View and Location Perfect

Very dissappointed the condo was dirty and we were told they were just finishing up cleaning so that was a lie i sent pics to the owner. He said he could send cleaners back but no that disrupts our time w/our stuff. The microwave and oven didnt work by manager said well nobody cooks on vacation. Sorry, doesn't matter we paid for a kitchen. None of the TVs in bedrooms worked. Manager said it was an IT issue that she could get someone in but we have to be in condo to wait for them agsin disrupting my vacation. Had to wait for a intoom phone and AC remote batteries. Never got an apology but i didnt become a Karen and get mad. Today i receive a bill for $300 claiming suntan ruined his couch. Unsure if it was my husbands leg but makes me wonder how clean his cleaners really are. Just be mindful when renting from this person you make sure you get everything that you paid for.

I find it odd when a guest complains about the cleanliness...etc about the condo, but then won't allow our staff access to come back in to take care of the issues. If you look at previous reviews, our guests rave about our cleaning staff, but so be it, we were willing to come back and make it right, but the guests said no. The condo was just newly painted with brand new furniture. These guests stained our brand new $6000 leather sectional with sun screen, and wrote a bad review because I charged them to have the leather professionally cleaned. For the phone/intercom they are talking about, we have not had a land line in the condo for over 10 years, most people have cell phones these days. I have no idea what they are referring to about an intercom? We provide each guest with our on-site managers personal cell number and email, there is no excuse to not be able to contact her. We have a built-in wall oven, glass 5 burner cooktop, and a counter top toaster oven as well. The microwave did stop working during their stay, but these guests would not let us access the property to deliver a new one, and they could use all of the other appliances to cook. As for the TV's, we have Mexican Sky TV cable service on all the TV's, and high speed wifi for streaming Amazon Fire Sticks, for Netflix, and Prime TV on all TV's as well. Our manager witnessed the guests watching Netflix when she was first there, so again, not sure what the complaint is about. Lastly, the guests complained about the cleanliness on arrival, but after departing, our cleaners took 8 full bags of garbage out of the condo and they left it filthy, it took 6 hours and 3 cleaning team members to clean it. Stained and damaged towels as well, that had to be thrown out. Its also funny how we have had no complaints before or after this reservation. It appears appears that this guest had an agenda, after they were charged for the furniture damage, and were set on writing a bad review. I have supplied VRBO with pictures to back up this correspondence. I dont like to have to respond this way about a guest, but in this case I had no choice.

Somewhat disappointing

The peninsula complex is large and well maintained. Unfortunately while we were there there was an algae that polluted the ocean so we could only swim in the large pool. When we arrived we were told the condo we reserved nine months ago was no longer available and were given another much higher up. We were also told we might be able to have the original place the next day or the day after which was unsettling as we did not know whether to unpack. We were very upset for several reasons. We were confirmed in the original condo the day before arrival and were not told of the change until we checked in that night. My husband has a fear of heights which is why we booked a lower floor. The people currently in the place we reserved had already been there 13 days and were not leaving for another few days. The host had to have known this well before we arrived yet did not advise us nor suggest a different place prior to arrival. This was the first and last time we spoke to the property manager. The place itself was very large, clean and comfortable. In one of the bathrooms the wall board in the ceiling above the shower was peeling badly and the rain shower itself sprayed over the top of the shower enclosure on to and over the toilet, over the toilet roll and in to the sink. The stoppers in two of the four sinks closed and could not be re-opened so we did not try the other sinks. We had just finished Reno’s in our own place so did not want workmen while vacationing.

On arrival we upgraded this guest to a sub penthouse unit because of a last air conditioning issue in the condo that they reserved. The upgraded unit had a better level of finishing, and higher end furniture and accessories. It was the exact same floorplan and location in the building, but on a higher floor, with a better view. Upon learning of this at check-in, without even looking at the upgraded condo, the guests husband lost his mind, berating the administration staff, yelling and screaming at everyone. Eventually cooler heads prevailed, and the guests checked-in to the upgraded unit. Our property manager went out of her way and bent over backwards and arranged to have the a/c system repaired early the next day, and the guests were told that they could now check-in to the actual condo that they had booked, just a few hours after checking-in to the upgraded unit. At that point the guests refused to change back to the condo that they had reserved, obviously now realizing that the upgraded unit was truly an upgrade, at no additional cost to them. We never heard from them again for the balance of their stay. Initially there was no making these guests happy, and the way that they treated our staff was reprehensible. This is an amazing 5-star resort with unbelievable unobstructed views of the bay from any unit. There was no need to make such a scene and treat our staff so poorly. We would NEVER rent to these guests again!!

Family vacation

We were 4 adults and two toddlers and stayed for 9 nights. This was almost perfect but a few hiccups that were frustrating, especially for the high price we paid. First of all, we told the owner ahead of time that we needed a playpen and he confirmed he had one, but it wasn't ready when we arrived and turns out, after the property manager Lilly investigated, that it was in the other unit so we could only access it the following day, and it was broken. Lilly went to buy one for us right away, but we wished the owner had let Lilly know ahead of time so we would not have wasted our time trying to find it and then trying to assemble a broken playpen. Then the fridge, which was already not looking super clean and the veggie drawers were broken, didn't work properly and we wasted an entire fridge worth of food. Maintenance guy was promptly called and fixed the fridge, but turned out the fridge was not fixed and we lost even more food (and groceries are not cheap in PV!). We got a "sorry for the inconvenience" and no offer to refund the money lost from the spoiled food and the fact that we had to eat out a lot more than planned. The fridge should get replaced after we leave so hopefully this problem is solved for future visitors. Also, we got 4 days of bad weather and were sad to find out the cable TV did not work. Except for that, the complex itself is nice, friendly staff, great pool, nice beach, we enjoyed the beach equipment found in the apartment too, spotted dolphins from the balcony a couple of times. The apartment is very spacious but a few old stuff need to be replaced for example the lounge chair on the balcony is broken, the dishwasher needs to be on the long 2.5hr cycle to clean anything, and the dryer takes forever to dry clothes (and we couldn't find anything to hang clothes to dry on the sunny balcony). Also we found some dishes/cutlery that were not very clean in the cupboard/drawers. Overall we had a great time but hoped for better attention to details for the price.

These guests were very patient and cooperative. We did whatever we could to elevate resolve their issues asap. We have an on-site manager, and she did respond right away to the issues that these guests had during their stay, but I agree, it was not the ideal experience that our guests usually have when they stay with us. We own two units, and the pac n play was in the other unit when the guests arrived, but it was quickly moved over. The guest actually needed 2 pac n play units, and they can be rented from a local company for a min cost, so going forward, we will recommend this option to our guests. Our manager did run out and buy a new unit right away for these guests, and as it turns out, the one that we had was not broken, it was just not set up properly. As for the fridge, we had it serviced right away, and the repair did work, but it was not keeping everything ice cold for the last day of their stay, although the freezer was working, and we provided blocked ice, and a cooler to help the situation. We also ordered a new fridge right away, but unfortunately it was not able to be delivered until the day that these guests were leaving. The washer/dryer unit is only one year old, so maybe the loads were just too large to dry properly? Not sure what happened there? If you look at our reviews, we are usually 5 out of 5 starts, but sometimes things can arise during a guests stay that we cannot remedy 100%.

Bon séjour

L’appartement est de très bel grosseur pour 4 adultes et 2 enfants. La vue est incroyable. Toutefois l’eau de l’océan était brune à cause de la rivière juste à côté qui se déverse dans l’océan. Je ne sais pas si c’est ainsi toute l’année. Il n’y avait donc pas vraiment de baigneurs dans la mer. L’appartement n’était pas super bien nettoyé. Il manquait de propreté. La situation géographique est bien et plusieurs restos proches. Nous avons bien aimé notre séjour.

Hi Donna, the beach club runs on the weekends from noon till 8pm, we find that most of our guests utilize the club during their stay and find it convenient next door. It is a five star resort club, but sorry that it was not to your liking.

We had a Great experience at Blair’s condo. My family and I enjoyed the place very much. All you need is in there, a lot of extras. The best equipped kitchen I’ve ever seen, which pleased my wife very much. The pool awesome! Also the communication with Blair-owner and Lilly-Manager, was also extremely good! Quick responses in general. We will definitely recommend high to friends and family and will be back soon!

Blue skies meets blue water

If you have the opportunity to rent this property, do so. Views are outstanding with all of Puerto Vallarta in sight. The condo was clean with everything we needed to cook multiple meals. Pirate ship goes back and forth from the marina which was fun for the kids to watch. Security is the best I've seen in Puerto Vallerta, almost frustratingly good. Took our party a little longer than normal to get registered with the guards, but once you are in the system coming and going is a breeze. Pool and lounge areas are gigantic. There was always plenty of space even with our heightened covid concerns. Hosts helped with any questions or concerns we had pretty much immediately. Couldn't imagine a better week. Thanks for the wonderful memories!

Buenas tardes. Estuvimos muy contentos en las vacaciones. Sin embargo esta propiedad tiene algunos defectos en el mobiliario. También para mi la limpieza en el sanitario es de suma importancia, pareciera que lo limpian solo de manera superficial. Sería importante ponerle atención al tema de la luz, muy constantemente se estuvo bajando la pastilla del break y nos quedábamos sin luz, esto puede afectar equipos eléctricos en uso. la alberca y áreas comunes nos parecieron muy limpias y muy cuidadas.

Ocean Paradise in Puerto Vallarta

We spent three weeks enjoying this wonderful condo and have already reserved it for next year. It's very nicely furnished throughout with comfortable beds and good linens. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you will need. We only used air conditioning at night in the bedroom since there is a delightful breeze blowing all day through the condo. The pool is wonderful and there is a little snack bar that takes care of the pool guests. The location of the condo is perfect for enjoying the beach, dining on the patio or heading out for dinner. Lots of shopping and dining options very close by. All in all, a perfect condo, a great place to vacation and we can't wait to return!
