We definitely want to make sure all of our guests have a great stay and respond very quickly to any questions/issues. The spa works great. We include spa heating free of charge, but it is not always heated. Some of our homes have a remote so that you can turn it on when desired. Others, have an app you can download to control the spa. With either option, all that's needed is to turn it on 20 or so minutes prior to using it. We include this information in the instructions, but are always available to help if there are any issues. It was 3 couples getting together but not wanting to be staying on the strip. This place was great. The pool was relaxing. The house was comfortable and with in a short uber ride to the strip and Fremont street. The property management was very quick and easy to deal with.

Family Thanksgiving Gathering

We had 8 people, ages 16 to 71. Everyone enjoyed the house and especially the pool. It was well worth it to pay to get it heated. A real treat in the colder weather. Kitchen was well stocked and accommodated our cooking of the holiday feast. A very short Uber ride to the strip so everyone could come and go as they pleased. Property manager was very attentive and easy to communicate with. We will definitely be renting this property again!

We had a wonderful time at this place. The house is super clean, I’m a little bit OCD and I know this place is very clean. We had all the amenities that we need. Of all the places we’ve stayed at VRBOs, this one was the best. My family and I enjoyed the swimming pool and the pool table. This property is so close to all different kinds of restaurants, stores and Spa. Besides being hot in Las Vegas, My family and I had a wonderful time. Thank you so much.

Great house, bad weather

The house was great. Had everything we needed for a group of 10 guys on a golf weekend. Spa worked and pool was good. Pool table room was where we hung out most of the time. Had a great time. Unfortunately, we hit the Burning Man monsoon weather so our use of pool and spa was a little limited. Plenty of spaces to sleep. Would definitely rent this house again.

21st Birthday Celebration

We throughly enjoyed our stay for our daughter’s 21st birthday. The house had great space and everyone enjoyed the game room and pool when we weren’t out in town. We paid for the pool to be heated being that it was November. The app to control the spa was very user friendly. It heated up within an hour of turning on. We had our 2 year old grandson with us so the playpen was useful for his sleeping. The view of The Strip was amazing from the upstairs bedroom. The owners were very prompt in messaging us back and accommodating with an early checkin. We would definitely book a stay again!

Great stay!

There was six of us, and we had a great time. Close to the strip but traffic was insane due to construction so Uber rides took awhile. Great communication with the host, very helpful. Beds were comfortable, lots of seating for us all to hang out. Very clean. The hot tub jets are pretty intense, spray out of the hot tub but still very useable. The pool was great, lots of seating to relax. We did purchase the heating, so we could really enjoy it. Only concern, the automatic pool vacuum doesn’t reach the whole pool (cause it’s a big pool) so the one end was just a little dirty, but didn’t stop us from using it, wasn’t bad. We would definitely stay again!

Roomy place near strip

Good layout for a large group. Responsive property manager. We had some issues with the hot tub and were not told that the heater worked for the pool or the hot tub before paying to heat the pool. So that was disappointing. They were very responsive about fixing the hot tub issue, but we lost two days of use out of four days stay. Everything else was great.

My family and I stayed here for 4 nights and this house was awesome. So much to do here to keep the young ones, teenager, and young adults occupied the entire stay. Pool and game room was the best part. The master bedroom bed was more comfortable than my own and we loved the storm shade that made it extra dark in the room. Who ever invented those is a genius. Didn’t find the lime trees until a day before we left but they tasted so good. Lots of rules to follow but if you are respectful human beings they are not that hard to follow so don’t let that change your mind about staying here. There were a few things as far as cleanliness but we just cleaned to our standard. Overall we really enjoyed our stay and wish we could have stayed a couple more days. I do hope that I can get my deposit back soon though.

Please remember next time you stay with us to text/call us with any issues for the fastest response. Also, refundable security deposits are held by vrbo;.we never receive them unless we make a claim against them...which is rare and not done in your case. As per the listing, they are automatically returned 14 days after checkout. You checked out on 7/23 and the vrbo refunded it on 8/5. Thanks again for the great review!

I selected this property for my daughter’s 40th birthday with her friends. When I finally got the check in instructions, there was a long list of items at the house that did not work, including the oven, spa and fireplace. No compensation was offered for the non-working items. When I inquired about the return of my deposit, I was told to check the website for the reply, to save his thumbs from unnecessary typing. Not great, and I now understand why others refuse to book vrbo.

A bit run down. Things not working. No smoke alarms.

Not as good as pictured. Showers not the best. One had no pressure, other the handles were backwards. Oven did not work. Took forever to cook 3 pizzas in toaster over. Fireplaces also did not work. Light in driveway looks like it could fall at anytime. The worst was when we discovered that the smoke alarms were all sitting in a drawer.😳 Hot tub wasn’t the cleanest and bubbled excessively at points, throwing water all over the place. Patio furniture was quite run down. This place certainly needs some help or to let people know that things aren’t working before they get there. For what we got and what we paid, we all agree it was very much overpriced and we should get something back for all our issues.

Excellent view, comfortable house

This was a nice house to stay in. The location is excellent, house is stocked well, good amenities, comfortable. Some items need maintenance or replacement, so there were some limitations we didn't expect. One of the things was the blender. We bought supplies to make smoothies for breakfast and couldn't make them because the nut holding the blender blades in was stripped and it wouldn't stay together. So no smoothies:( Also, the remote for the hot tub was gone so we had to use an app to run it. The app would not control the pool lights. The pool table had a pocket falling off, so balls would hit the floor when they went in that pocket. These were the minor nuisances we experienced. I let the owner know about the pocket and the blender and he said someone would come to fix it and then nothing happened. The instructions for arrival and checkout were thorough and detailed, but also very repetitive. They must have experienced some bad guests in the past, as there is zero flexibility in the use of the outside spaces after 10pm. That was a bad thing for us, because we were gone most of the days and when we wanted to use the hot tub when we got back, we had to wait for it to warm up and by the time it got warm enough to use, it was too late to be outside. We did not heat the pool and I'm glad we didn't since we wouldn't have much time to use it anyway. All in all, I would rent this house again just for the location and the comfort. We felt safe there too.

Nice house, but needs some improvements

The house was conveniently located. Relatively easy to get to the strip. Great views from the upstairs balcony. The kitchen had every gadget you can imagine. The game room was lots of fun. Several recommendations for improvement. While the mattresses were very comfortable to sleep on, the platform frames that they sat on top made all the beds ridiculously high. The bed on the lower level even had a 4”pad making it even higher. One needed a step stool (there were none) to get in and out of the bed safely. No way an older person could do it. The pool was full of debris and I had to clean/skim it every morning. To prevent the debris, the owner could remove all of the dead and shedding potted plants around the pool and trim the live trees (next door) that are growing over the wall. They serve no purpose and only result in a mess in the pool. Further, by having the robot pool cleaner in the pool all the time doesn’t work as expected. It only runs a few hours a day. Since it is connected to the only skimmer intake, the pool pump/filter doesn’t run the remainder of the time. Also, the hose isn’t long enough to reach the entire pool. So, the pool is never really clean. Lastly, the garage has been turned into a game room with great features like a bar, pool table and shuffle board. However, the split HVAC (or the level it is set to) was really hot. It was hard to spend much time there without being uncomfortable, and of course, the pool was always dirty.

Clean, roomy, well equiped, family friendly rental

This is a very nice property for a family trip. The rental process was very easy and any questions I had for the property manager were responded to in a prompt manner. The house was clean and spacious. Great kitchen with plenty of supplies. The Sub Zero fridge was spacious, although we really only had drinks and snacks--no cooking for our crew! The beds were clean and cozy--but for those short folks, the beds are high. A step stool may be necessary for anyone with limited mobility. The good news is, you have options. The murphy beds are lower to the ground and comfortable. The couches were comfy and spacious. The TVs worked well and had a bunch of channels. The game room was really well done. Everyone enjoyed the pool table, shuffleboard, big TV and the great bar! We visited on one of the coldest weeks! The hot tub was easy to operate and functional. We did not use the pool but it looked like a great place to be on warmer days! All in All a great property. Close to the strip, well equiped, clean and comfortable.

An enjoyable stay.

There were 14 family members who gathered from all parts of the US. While there was enough sleeping space for everyone please note the murphy beds are in the family room and not any privacy. That said our stay was great. We did have a problem with the pool and hot tub. I called the contact person and someone was there with in 1/2 hour to fix the problem. I would definitely stay there again.

Location/nice

The location of the house out you within 10-15 mins of either end. The amount of people in sleeps is a bonus! Very spacious. Came into a clean orderly house. Checkin process was smooth. 10/10
