Die Venetian Bay ist eine ruhige Wohnanlage mit Resorteinrichtungen in Kissimmee, nur wenige Minuten von allen Sehenswürdigkeiten entfernt. Diese schöne Wohnung verfügt über ein geräumiges Hauptschlafzimmer im Erdgeschoss sowie ein Wohnzimmer und eine Küche. Im Obergeschoss befinden sich die restlichen 3 Schlafzimmer und 2 Badezimmer. Das Wohnzimmer bietet einen bequemen und entspannenden Ort, um fernzusehen und die Sonne zu genießen. Die Küche ist komplett ausgestattet mit einem Geschirrspüler, einer Mikrowelle, einem Herd, einem Kühlschrank, einem Toaster, einem Mixer, einer Kaffeemaschine, Kochutensilien, Geschirr usw. Sie finden alles, was Sie für die Zubereitung Ihrer täglichen Mahlzeiten benötigen. Dann können Sie sie am Esstisch, an der Küchentheke mit Sitzgelegenheiten in der Bar oder sogar vor dem Fernseher genießen, wenn Sie möchten.

Das Hauptschlafzimmer verfügt über ein Kingsize-Bett und ein eigenes Badezimmer mit einer großen Badewanne, in die Sie nach einem langen Tag eintauchen können.

Location is key.

We had a wonderful stay at your property. The Venetian Bay is very well kept townhouse resort. The house was very suited for our family.We made wonderful memories at Venetian Bay. The location is easy to get to other venues as we travelled to many Florida attractions such as Old Town, Disney ,Gatorland and Malls.

This was my second year staying at this property. Everything was very clen. I loved the upgrades! I love the Condo Association property. It is very secure and always kept up to the highest standard. I have already booked a stay for next year in a different unit! Absolutely loved my experience!!!!

Florida winter get away

The property was excellent for my cousin and myself! We had our own bedrooms and bathrooms. I would make a suggestion on upgrading your TV’s. There were stains on the carpet and the linoleum upon our arrival. We enjoyed our time at the pool with the exception to the rules posted! Thank you Linda & Pat

We really enjoyed our stay, we rebooked it for next February. We had a couple minor complaints but we dealt with them. The main complaint is the tub in the master bathroom leaks onto the floor. We put towels to catch the water. But overall we were very satisfied.

Venetian Bay

We had a great stay. The space was great; however, we did not feel the property was very clean. Sheets had stains, lots of hair and dust on floor and on tables. The unit definitely needs updating. The primary bedroom ensuite shower leaks into the floor and it is evident they have had mold issues. Unit needs some TLC. Putting that aside, we enjoyed our stay!

Disappointing Stay

From the moment we opened the door we knew we had made a mistake in choosing to stay here. There was a dirt rug at the entry, no hooks to hang jackets or bags and a small living space with an old smelly couch and a huge glass top table that only sat 4 quests. (the place sleeps 8). The kitchen was tiny with NO counter space. The knives in the butcher block had been used and NOT cleaned. The downstairs tub leaked all over the floor when you took a shower. There were no restaurants or stores within walking distance. No where close the grab a coffee or a drink. The pool area was nice, but the hot tub was often not working, and you were not ALLOWED to bring a drink or snack into the pool area, which would be understandable if they offered anything for sale near the pool but there were no such amenities. We have rented many times through VRBO, this was by far the worst place we have rented, very disappointing.

We’d like to clarify a few points that were mentioned in the listing to ensure a better understanding of the space and amenities: • The living space and the number of guests it accommodates, as well as the seating arrangements, are outlined in the listing. • The kitchen size, counter space and dining table are all visible in the photos provided in the listing. We try to be as transparent as possible about the space’s layout. • As for the knives, we apologize for any oversight regarding their cleanliness, and we will address this with our cleaning team to ensure better attention to detail in the future. • The issue with the downstairs tub leaking was unfortunate, and we appreciate you bringing this to our attention. We didn’t hear from you at all during your stay so unfortunately we were not able to repair this while you were here. • This location is a bit more secluded, offering a peaceful retreat but with fewer conveniences within walking distance. There are plenty of nearby restaurants and stores but as the listing states having a car is necessary. • Regarding the community pool and hot tub, there are restrictions on bringing food or drink to maintain cleanliness and safety in the area. We understand that this may have been inconvenient, but is necessary to have a well-maintained pool experience. We sincerely appreciate your feedback and will use it to improve for future guests.

Good value for the money

The house we rented was good size and good value for the price we paid . Rooms were large and the property had 3 bathrooms which is hard to find. Gated property which was nice. However. This property was dirty. Carpet was filthy. The few white towels they had were stained and brown. Water pressure from the showers was bad and the water smelled. There was MOLD on the shower curtain. Come on change a 5.00 curtain every once in awhile. I raised the blinds to find crumbs on the window base. Crumbs on the floor. Couches were old and worn. There were not enough towels for all the bathrooms and the ones there were so stained and dirty. One towl had hair on it yet As I said the size of the house and the price we paid was great but I’d really have to think of I’d stay there again Just a deep cleaning would go along way

HI Robert, I'm glad you felt the house was a good size and value and thank you for letting us know about the issues you had. I do wish you had let us know about the towels and shower curtain when you were here. Those items could have been changed out for you. It is time for a refresh on this property so we have just scheduled the carpets to be cleaned and we are adding all new towels and replacing the King and Queen mattresses as well.

Instructions too generic

The instructions in the email and in the binder at the property were too generic. There was not specific information about the property/community we were staying in. We did not figure out how to access the pool until our last day. We tried accessing one of the pools early on in our stay and the gate was locked. We call the property manager for help and they were no help. Also, I did not realize this property is considered "self service" we stayed for 9 days as a family of 6. We ran out of toilet paper, trash bags, dishwasher soap, dish soap and paper towels. I did not realize that we would need to provide these items after the first initial items ran out. This was not an expense I was planning on incurring and it was inconvenient that we had to go buy these items. The only other thing I would say is that the blinds that are facing the parking lot on the ground floor do not give any privacy. We ended up having to hang a sheet over the master bedroom window to have privacy. Other than the above listed our stay was very nice.

The guard at the gate could have also guided you. All of our listings contain the following information in the description. Home is SELF-CATERING which means that you'll have the accommodations and facilities to prepare your own meals but nothing additional will be provided. Your home may include the following supplies: Soap in the Bathrooms, 1 Trash Bag in each bin/garbage can, Small Laundry Detergent, Small Dish Detergent, and Dishwasher Tabs.

My stay was good. Had a few problems at first with A/C , dishwasher not enough pots and baking sheets no cable box in the maser bedroom upstairs. I got things working after three days . Thank you

I would diffinetly stay again. Had a problem with aircondition but once the call was made it was rectified saneday.
