This guest really enjoyed the home's wonderful location, which is convenient to beach front restaurants that are walking distance from the home, and close to shopping and activities. The private pool and beach bring guests back year after year.

What a wonderful guest!!! Her nice family is welcome to come back any time. They really enjoyed the private pool, as well as the 4500 square foot Resort Pool. We provided hair dryers and additional kitchen towels for the benefit of future guests.

Thanks to this appreciative guest! It is wonderful to welcome such nice guests to return to the home in the future.. The large home offers spacious living areas, plus a great layout for the bedrooms with private bathrooms. The living room also has fold out leather sofas with half bath for others.

This guest was extremely bizarre! Fortunately, his review is entirely a reflection on who he is, as it has no relevancy to this upscale home, which has many 5 star reviews from previous appreciative guests. Just prior to this guest’s arrival, the home was professionally cleaned, and I personally inspected the home to confirm the home’s readiness the morning of this guest’s arrival. We became aware of the guest’s motive for a discount, after he refused our offer to correct any cleaning issues, obviously because he knew that there were no real cleaning issues to correct. It now appears that, in addition to his try to scam a discount, the unappreciative guest gets some type of ego gratification from being excessively critical, without his perceiving any ramifications from his actions and his negative review. Nothing could be further from the truth, as VRBO, the resort, and other property managers in the area have been warned regarding this guest. We felt from the beginning that it was odd for this 3000 ft.², $2 million home, was being reserved for just 2 persons, plus a dog. We soon knew that the guest has personality issues, as with the hibiscus flowers at the entry not yet in bloom, the guest even complained upon arrival that the front of the home was not welcoming. Though not meaningful, the only truthful comment by this guest was the condiments, which we intentionally left for the guest to use in the clean rarely used small refrigerator in the kitchenette, which had no negative impact to the guest, as the guest obviously had use of the full-size immaculate refrigerator in the kitchen.

Thanks to this guest for the 5 star review. The guest actually meant to describe in her review the distance to the Gulf, across the Huge expansive fluffy white sandy Beach. Our home, with private pool, is located on the beach side of Old Scenic 98, mere steps to both the private beach, as well as to the 4500 square foot beach front multi pool complex with hot tub and it’s beautiful landscaping!

Great guest and family! Took great care of the home, and was very communicative and responsive!

The location of the home, with private pool, is accurately disclosed on the VRBO listing, and the home is enjoyed every year by numerous repeat guests, who leave classy 5 star reviews. The views from the home are all quite pleasant, including a view of the Gulf and private views from all 3 levels of the inland water and lake from the nicely furnished decks and patio. The steps to the beach are through a beautifully landscaping beach front area, with free access to the private beach and to the 4500 square foot beach front pool complex. The recently remodeled $2 million dollar home on the beach side of Old Scenic 98 has the most amenities when compared with other homes in the area. The fluffy white beach sand and clear Caribbean like water offers the best beach experience in the US.

Though golf carts can be a welcome adventure, a cart is really not needed, as the. home is walking distance to beach front restaurants and shopping. There is parking at the home for 4 vehicles, plus overflow parking and bike rentals are available nearby.
