Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. I'm sorry to hear the home did not meet your expectations. I was surprised to read your comments, as none of these concerns were brought to my attention during your stay. Had I known about them, I would have been happy to come by, inspect the issues, and do everything possible to make your stay more comfortable. The home is located in a quiet, safe neighborhood just outside the busy downtown area. Many guests appreciate its peaceful setting, mature oak trees, and wooded backyard—an atmosphere that's increasingly rare in Nashville. After reading your review, I will inspect the items you mentioned, including the mattress and portable air conditioner. The portable AC in the primary bedroom is intended as supplemental cooling for the upstairs with additional ceiling fan and portable fans that could be used instead, and the home's HVAC system and furnishings were functioning properly during your stay. The kitchen barstools are fully functional, adjustable bar-height seating, and the sofa is only a few years old with recently updated cushion covers. I take pride in maintaining this home and want every guest to have a great experience. I appreciate your feedback, as it gives me the opportunity to review the property and ensure it continues to meet the high standards I strive to provide. I wish you all the best. Kathlena
