The condo complex was very nice, beautiful view and great for kids. We had access to everything we needed on site. The food at the restaurant was really good. The condo itself was very roomy and perfect for our group.

The locations and views were great and just what we were looking for! The condo could use some updated furniture (some rickety beds and chairs) but nothing horrible. We had a great stay!

Great location on the property! This unit has views looking directly onto the large pool and splash pad…and the beach. It was easy to access all the amenities throughout our stay. We loved our stay!

We were a party of 6 senior citizens. Furniture too low, no comfortable seating, beds were too low also. Wasn’t very clean, dust in vents, trash under bed, crumbs in couch indentations, bathroom sinks not clean, streaky windows, refrigerator, mirrors & sliding glass doors. Washing machine had issues. Sofa was VERY uncomfortable! Had AC issues, they took out the air filter, shut our AC off for FOUR hours (during a heat wave!) and never replaced the filter.

It was a nice unit. A few things that could be better on the host end of things… the water pipes in the master bathroom squealed quite loud after flushing the toilet and washing your hands for about 5-10 seconds. Really annoying in the middle of the night or when it was late. Thankfully it didn’t wake our toddler up sleeping in the next room. The place was clean but it would have been nice to have a vacuum. The rugs looks like they needed it and in a location with a lot of sand, a dust pan doesn’t always cut it. The coffee maker had coffee left in it from the previous renters. The dishwasher had food dried on the display panel. Not a big deal but also a sign that attention to detail was lacking. The twin bed in one of the rooms also leaned quite a bit when sitting on the bed to dress my toddler. No one had to sleep in that bed so it wasn’t a big deal but if we had, it would have been annoying. We loved the location and overall it was a good stay. The washer was broke upon our arrival and the owner did work to get it replaced quickly. Thank you.

Air conditioning did not work for first 2 days. Workers came in to “fix” the problem. In & out of the condo for the next 2 days. Good AC for those 2 days then stopped again. Another day of workers in & out to replace the unit. AC finally worked the last day.Unit had dirty floors, finger/toe nail clippings on nightstand, dirty showers with hair. I was told they didn’t get a chance to clean effectively because of the AC work that was trying to be completed before our stay. They did come in & mop the floors & wipe the showers after our request but entire unit needs a thorough cleaning.

the condo was excellent, close to pool and stores.very clean. there was 8 of us total and we had plenty of room. check in was a breeze. the third bedroom could have used a dresser for more storage but we made it work. I would stay here again. the views were amazing !!! AAAA

The property it self was fine. But our week ended up miserable because the air conditioning went out Monday night and was never fixed. They had someone come look at it and it cooled for about an hour. The guy from the air conditioning service said the unit needed to be replaced. We ask if we could move condos if the air was not going to be fix. The manager replied no. We ask about making things right because who wants to come on vacation and sleep in 78-80 degree heat after being on the beach all day! And try to take a shower and dry your hair and put makeup on in that heat. We had to go by more fans on top of the ones in bedrooms just to try and sleep at night. The owners offered a 200 dollar gift card. What an insult! I only ask for 800 back and that is still not half of the 3800 we paid to enjoy their hot condo for the week. Half of my family had to leave early because of the heat. I know things happen and repair have to be done but just make things right. Very disappointed that the owners have taken no responsibility and this basically ruined our family vacation.

Our Amazing Vacation

We had a great stay at Edgewater’s Resort. We come to this Resort several times each Summer and it is our Favorite. Our condo was very nice and roomy. Our host was great to work with and our unit was very clean. We enjoyed the wrap around balcony and the great view of the pool and ocean. We will be back each year to this Resort.

Beautiful Stay

We had a little bit of a hiccup with me arrived but Melissa was able to get us in the room no problem. The condo was beautiful and it was huge, the resort itself was very nice too. The condo was remodeled beautifully and it felt luxurious. I would totally come back again and we do plan on booking it again for next year the same time around.

Platinum Baseball

Condo was awesome and Melissa was a joy to work with. We loved the amenities as we were there to play baseball as older men. lol. Hot tubs and easy beach access were a plus.

Your hot water doesn’t work all the time. It’s on a timer or something. The TV’s were a pain to operate as well. The floors could’ve been cleaner.

Great place

Overall, this was a great place for a family vacation and had everything we really needed. Pros: Nice apartment (as shown), plenty of space in and outside, comfortable furniture/beds, lots of food and entertainment nearby in easy walking or driving distance, great beach with some paid activities (jet skis, parasailing), easy parking, the pools at beach towers 2 and 3 were the perfect temp (not technically supposed to be used by people staying in this apartment, though), some beach equipment provided (two beach chairs, boogie boards, and some sand toys) Cons: No beach towels provided, no doors between sleeping areas and bathroom sink area and the bathroom plumbing is unusually loud (loud faucets, plumbing groans loudly after flushing a toilet), main lagoon pool is not really heated so unpleasantly cool in April, upcharges to use chairs and umbrellas on the beach and some areas of pool.

Best Location

The location of this unit is perfect as it overlooks the pool and beach. Check in is easy and convenient. Property manager was quick to respond and gave us a late check out. The kitchen is well stocked with two types of coffee makers, an electric tea pot, blender, toaster and tons of cooking pots and pans. There aren’t many drinking gasses or much silverware for such a big unit and it looked like it hadn’t been cleaned. FYI and tip: no coffee, sugar, keurig pods to get you started with although it did have filters. Also, be sure to get extra toilet paper and trash bags. Each room had one roll of toilet paper which didn’t last 2 days. All in all we loved the big living space to hang out and enjoy our short stay at the beach for a triathlon race.
