Great stay

The family and I really enjoyed our stay at this cabin. The cabin was very clean and check in very easy. We loved the space, and that each bedroom has its own full bathroom. The large porch was a great place to enjoy some quiet time in the morning and evening. We had a great stay at this cabin.

Spring break escape

Two families, seven total people, had a very comfortable stay here. We loved the outdoor spaces and took advantage of the big dining table outside for our dinner meals. Cabin was very comfortable and just as advertised!

With the exception of only having the hot tub for 2 days, this trip was perfect! The size of the cabin was perfect for our family. We love the porch for all things!

Thank you for your review. We would like to apologize for the issues you had. The water was off in Hochatown due to the freeze. Cabin Owners were not allowed to fill hot tubs until all leaks were found in town so all could at least have water in their cabins. Once again, sorry for the inconvenience!

A great getaway

We had an excellent stay at this lodge and everything was pretty much as expected and in excellent condition. For a wooded neighborhood we still had a lot of privacy. Hot tub was great but some of the jets did not work. Cabin was nice, clean, and large.

My sister’s Bachelorette trip

This cabin has been by far my absolute favorite since I began visiting Oklahoma. It was more than perfect and everything we hoped for and more. It was so relaxing and peaceful. I will definitely be back here to stay. The waterfall shower head, the hot tub, the fireplaces/fire pit and outdoor seating for a quiet/cozy atmosphere really was the cherry on top. Thank you for accommodating us to such a memorable experience 😊

Stay was good

The stay was good, the only complaint was two of the tv’s would not work. The one in the master bedroom channel would not change and the upstairs loft tv would not turn on…other than that, we had a great stay.

Amazing

We were so impressed with the cabin. We spent the majority of our time on the deck. It rained several times but we were able to sit under the covered deck and enjoy nature. Although it rained, we were still able to get in the hot tub and play games on the deck. The inside of the cabin was beautiful and there was so much room for activities. We will definitely be back!

Nice but not secluded

Very nice cabin. Looks like the pictures. The porch is great. We had 3 couples that went and the setup was perfect with each having an en suite bathroom. My only downside is that Broken Bow has gotten so popular that the secluded cabins are not secluded and woodsy feeling. You can see 3-4 others houses from this place. Otherwise it was nice.

Great location. Very nice property. Plenty of room to spread out.

Enjoyed our stay very much. Very clean. Only two minor items, which did not impact our experience. 1) inside gas fireplace did no work. 2) listing stated kuerig coffee maker & a drip coffee maker were available. No kuerig, which we had coffee for. Was able to dump the coffee pods into the maker provided and tasted just fine. Would recommend "License to Chill".

Great place!

We loved the set up, location, amenities at the property! It was clean and well kept! When we arrived, we found our code didn’t work. We reached out to the property manager. She responded quickly and resolved the issue easily. The only negative- when we arrived, there were hardly any towels in any bathroom. After a brief search, we found the dryer packed full of clean towels. After folding and sorting, there were like 6 wash cloths in the entire house. That is not enough for 4 people for 3 days. Overall, great experience. We would definitely stay here again.

Smaller than expected. Was cold (30)when we were there the upstairs unit was set to 60 and couldn’t change entire time . Very cold for people sleeping upstairs . Down stairs unit was set to 71 but wasn’t enough to keep cabin warm. Tried to use fireplace to heat but was limited to hour at a time . Used inside fireplace maybe 4 times and then appears gas was out . Left day early as the temps were going to be in single digits and couldn’t imagine how cold it would get inside .

We encourage guests to thoroughly review the listing before booking to ensure they find the perfect vacation home for their needs. - During your stay, there were unusually cold temperatures. We wish you would've reached out to the local Gueat Contact for assistance. We have never had this complaint before or since your visit so this shouldn't be a concern for future guests. - While we want our guests to enjoy their stay here, we also need them to respect our house rules and treat the property as their own. We were disappointed to learn you brought three dogs to the property without letting us know beforehand. The owners work hard to provide an ideal stay for all guests, and we look forward to this home hosting many happy travelers!

Very Disappointed!

We arrived at our cabin around 30 minutes earlier than our kids did. Thank goodness, because the cabin was not cleaned and beds were not made. We called the contact who sent over a cleaner. The cleaning lady was very sweet and called in 4 others to help her. I was told the a manager would be in touch with me, which I never heard from. The house is great, however, first impressions are everything and it felt unclean the entire time we were there. Porches were not swept off, outside tv did not work. Oven did not work properly. You would expect for the price, that they would take a little more care with the details of cleanliness of the property. I would not recommend this cabin or the Evolve Real Estate Agency who manages the property to anyone. If they are involved, I will not use them again.

We followed up with the homeowner after reading your feedback, and we wanted to share the following: - The owner makes cleanliness and sanitization top priorities, and every precaution is taken for guest safety. - When you arrived at the cabin 40 minutes early, the cleaners we're waiting on the sheets to dry to make the beds for your group to have a clean and comfortable stay. - The property manager was in communication with you and let you know that check-in times are set to give the cleaners plenty of time to have the cabin fully prepared for a guest's arrival. The property manager kindly asked if your group could leave until the check-in time so the cleaners could efficiently finish their job. - We hope the property manager's accommodation of a late check-out made up for some of the inconvenience. The owner strives to provide a positive experience for all their guests, and we're confident this cabin will continue to host many happy travelers!
