Im Inneren verfügt über ein offenes Konzept Wohnbereich ein Wohnzimmer mit einem 42-Zoll-Flachbild-TV, einen Essbereich und eine fantastische, gut ausgestattete Küche. Mieten Sie sich die zweite Seite für einen ermäßigten Preis und ein großes zwei King-Schlafzimmer-Einheit haben.

Der König Schlafzimmer verfügt über ein Flachbild-TV und viel Stauraum für Ihre Sachen. Die Couch und Liebe Sitz im Wohnzimmer ausklappbar drei weitere Personen schlafen, schlafen 5 insgesamt auf dieser Seite. Es gibt eine Tür, die sich zur anderen Seite öffnen lässt, was 4 Schlafplätze bietet, so dass das ganze Haus 9 insgesamt schlafen kann. Stayed here while in Ft. Myers. There was a hiccup while there with the property. However, the owner made it. Would definitely stay at one of her properties again. 5 stars as an owner!!!

Great Little Spot to Explore Ft. Myers

We loved our stay here. The location was perfect to explore Ft Myers Beach and easy to in and out of the area when we left the Island. The pool and bar area are great as well. Tess was quick to respond when we had a question and checkin/checkout were super easy. Highly recommend!!

Perfect for Small group

The property was perfect for my son and I to stay during a tournament. The location was exactly what I was looking for- walking distance and close to beach access and close to restaurants, etc. House had everything we needed for the 2 of us and we loved that another family could stay in connecting room. Pool was good size and everything was clean. Would recommend for a small family or 2 couples.

Sunrise In Paradise

The condo was very quite. There is room for 2. I would not like any more then that. The pool and teki bar are fantastic. We enjoyed it's relaxing atmosphier We also were lucky enough to have the pool to ourself, no one booked that week on the other side. Such a short walk to the beach. We would do this again. Great owners!!! Very inormative!

good time, nice quaint place.

I had my two teenage grandsons there and they enjoyed the pool until the wee hours of morning, and the beach was a short walk. Everything is still pretty sad, but they are rebuilding and coming back. Would stay again for sure.

Great Time

We have stayed in some good places. This was one of the better ones. Location was perfect house was great pool was wonderful. Would definitely stay here again. The option to rent out the second unit is perfect for small group of friends or family.

Perfect location

Location is close to Time Square yet far enough to avoid the noise. Still a lot of construction going on but it’s to be expected based on the devastation that the island is trying to overcome. Tess was very responsive and a pleasure to deal with. Rooms were. Lean and comfortable. Would stay here again.Glad to be able to support the island economy.

Great budget friendly house with a pool

We had a relaxing trip to sunshine cove and nook. The area is still VERY devastated so we were glad to see construction and repairs happening all around. The beach is close and the pool was great. We rented both sides to have the pool and backyard to ourselves. The owners were hands off yet quick to reply anytime we needed them! The air conditioning kept up with the record heat and the beds were comfortable. We cooked almost every night and had all the tools/appliances we needed. We had cinnamon rolls from Mom’s, tacos from Yo Taco and ate at Pincher’s as well so there are places that are open. Tess gave us a list of many more. Looking forward to returning next year and seeing the continued recovery of FMB.

Nice property

The property was nice and the owner was great. Unfortunately the damage from hurricane Ian was extensive. There is nothing on Fort Myers Beach except one Publix. There isn't a gas station, surf shop, anything. There was construction all around us which is a good thing for the area but it did hinder our enjoyment of the property. The things we researched online and wanted to do simply aren't there anymore. Websites for attractions have not been updated to note these places no longer exist. All that to say, this review has nothing to do with this property or the owner. She was very helpful when we needed to reach her. Once the area rebuilds this will be a nice place to stay.

So bad, we left after 1 hour!

Terrible stay - After checking out the property, we realized a number of issues which caused us to vacate and book into a different hotel within the hour. The unit is part of a duplex, however the online photos are deceiving - we presumed that our side had the pool, but turns out it was a shared pool. When I brought this to the owner's attention, the owner stated that the other renters would gone in 3 days, and we would have the pool for the last 2 days of our stay. Sorry, not good enough. The second problem was the air conditioning - even though it was cranked down to 72 degrees, it was at least 85 degrees inside the house - the little air conditioner just couldn't keep up with the oppressive heat. Third, just across the street where new construction was going up, there was a porta-potty, not 25 feet from the house, which was causing an unbelievable stench over the area. Additionally (and this is not the fault of the property owners), the adjacent neighborhood and Ft. Meyers Beach in general is still a mess after last September's hurricane. The property is only a few hundred feet from the beach, but very little else is restored or open along the main road. So if you want to eat/drink/shop, you will have to drive back on to the mainland to do so. The street the unit is on looks like a war zone, with destroyed houses, uprooted trees, glass, wood splinters, etc. everywhere. Sorry, but I cannot recommend this rental.

The property was adorable and clean but everything else surounding the property was totally destroyed. It was very sad to see. They are working to restore the buildings that survived hurricane Ian but it is going to take years for this place to get back to normal as mostly everything is gone.

Fantastic beach getaway

We took our 13 yr old daughter for a girls trip beach getaway and this was perfect. We were 2 houses and across the street from the beach. It was just enough for us. Shower is a stand only so it’s little bit other than that everything was great. The area is working on rebuilding from Ian but this was clean and fixed since then and provided quick access to the beach which was our entire goal.

Perfect getaway for 2 Couples

Post Ian, I would definitely have to give this place an A+. Yes, the place is not huge, but we were here to sleep at night and hang at the pool all day. The pool area is perfect and the location is only .7 miles from Time Square area. We are definitely trying to book this place again next year, which we will have to do soon because this place will book fast. I do recommend that if you book it, book both sides with Tess, that way you don't have to worry about who you are sharing the pool area with. This truly was a great vacation. Thank you Tess!!! Dan

Amazing week in Ft. Myers Beach

We loved staying close to the beach and the pool was WARM and clean! I was worried about the devestation in FMB post Hurricane Ian and although it's very much still in the process of being rebuilt, we still had an incredible vacation. The beach was very busy and clean and there are plenty of restaurants open. I'm already planning our next trip back! Don't hesitate to book any of Tess's properties. She is one of the best VRBO hosts I've had.

This place was super close to the ocean which was awesome. The pool and backyard was amazing. Fridge and ice in the backyard. Owner did go into the unit when my son was sleeping and I was out on a walk. It was around 9 am and he’s 15. I did not think that was ok. Otherwise things went well.

An adequate place in a great location

This is an adequate duplex with a nice pool. The furnishings and linens are basic. It could use more attention to detail. However, the location is excellent! Just a short walk to the beach and restaurants.

Smaller than realized

Cons: The property says it can fit 5, but its more like 3. Mind you, we had 5 adults but it was really close quarters. We had two of our friends leave to rent a hotel so they could have more room. You have to walk thru the only bedroom to access the only bathroom. There was no exhaust fan in the bathroom and the shower barely fits anyone. Pros: The outdoor area was beautiful. Definitely was our saving grace for extra room. The pool was nice but the water was semi cloudy and the jets barely worked. When the pool cleaner came on thursday the jets worked and the water was super clear. Tess was great to communicate with and we still had a great time. Overall feelings: I would stay here again, but most likely only with my spouse. The area is great, very quiet at night and close to everything you need. If I knew now what I didn't know then, I would have booked both sides of the duplex.

Summertime 2021

The experience was easy and fun staying here! Just a quick walk from the beach and a lot of fun places on the island! The back patio was a great hangout spot when a break from the beach was needed! Definitely recommend!!

We are Rod and Tess Koster. We own Sunshine Nook, and Sunshine Cove #786984 a king bedroom each side with a lock out door, Tiki bar and pool , Heavenly Tropics, a four king bedroom, three bath, Tiki bar, pool Beach House up two king bedroom, one bath, Beach House Down a two king bedroom, one bath and Paradise Cove #703372 and Paradise Cove II #1347701, located side by side and each sleeping ten with pool, Tiki bar, and canal. We are in Fort Myers Beach all winter. During the summer we are in Minnesota to be close to our four children, their spouses and our 10 grandchildren. We travel back and forth to Fort Myers during the summer and we have friends in Fort Myers Beach who help us out also. During the winter we are snowbirds and reside in Fort Myers Beach which we of course love! The kids do come and visit. We have retired from the family car lot and have let the kids take over. Our new passion is property management. We now have 9 properties on Fort Myers Beach so if you want other options or if this properties calendar is full, please contact us anyway. Thanks! Sitting under the Tiki Bar/ pool area is magical! The heated pool will help you forget the blustery winter weather you left behind! Once you have relaxed take a 10 minute walk to Times Square to visit our tropical themed shops. If you don't want to go that far, take the one minute walk to the beach and enjoy the sun during the day and the breathtaking sunsets in the evening. You'll realize you won't need to spend a lot of money on restaurants with their many daily specials. Or stay at home and cook to your hearts delight in the fully equipped kitchen or have local fresh shrimp or steaks on the outdoor grille! The duplex with the lock out doors allows for family or friends to rent in the same building. As it makes into two king bedrooms and two baths when the doors are opened.
