Knot Just A Cottage ist ein Cottage am Seeufer, das Sie auf der Nordwestseite des Lake Charlevoix genießen können. Gelegen am Beach Drive in einer familienfreundlichen Gegend direkt an der Boyne Stadt Rd. & US 31. Günstig gelegen nur 2,5 km von der Innenstadt von Charlevoix, 15 min. nach Boyne City oder Petoskey. Eine Stunde nach Mackinac oder Traverse City. Zwei Schlafzimmer und 2 Badezimmer bieten Platz für 6 Personen bequem in der 1.500 qm großen Wohnung. Wir haben eine private Anlegestelle mit Bootslift, die bis zu 3.600 lb. Boot Premium-Kabel, WI-FI, ein 50 "HD Smart TV im Wohnzimmer und 40" HD-TV mit gleichen Premium-Kabel im Schlafzimmer Schlafzimmer. Voll ausgestattete Küche mit Geräten aus Edelstahl einschließlich Gasherd, Mikrowelle, Geschirrspüler, Kühlschrank und eine vollständige Waschküche mit Frontlader Waschmaschine / Trockner. Klimaanlage und Deckenventilatoren in den Schlafzimmern für heiße Sommertage. Draußen haben wir eine Terrasse zum Essen, komplett mit Gasgrill. Die Master Suite im Obergeschoss verfügt über eine eigene Terrasse mit herrlichem Blick auf den See. Groß für einen Morgen Tasse Kaffee, entspannend mit einem Buch oder Happy Hour. Side Deck ist ein gemütlicher Ort für ein Nickerchen in der Hängematte. Die große Terrasse im Vorgarten neben Speiseterrasse mit lässigen Sitzmöglichkeiten am See ist der Hauptplatz zum Entspannen am See. Es ist großartig, all die Action auf dem See zu beobachten, den Sonnenuntergang zu sehen und mit Freunden und Familie zu entspannen. Die große Feuerstelle im Freien mit Adirondack Stühlen und allem Brennholz, das Sie brauchen könnten. Wir haben Rasenspiele, Giant Jenga, Kajaks, Paddleboards und Basketball-Netz sind alle für Sie da. Ein großer Kühlschrank, Sonnenschirm, 8 Liegestühle und Strandtücher sind für Ihren Tag am Strand oder Bootfahren zur Verfügung gestellt. Herbstfarben Touren und Outdoor-Wintersportarten sind überall in der Region Charlevoix und Knot Just A Cottage ist günstig zu allen von ihnen. Eine perfekte Wahl für Ihren Familienurlaub, ein Mädchenwochenende, Golfwochenende für Jungs, Skiwochenenden und Weinverkostungen. Wonderful Location

We had a wonderful time at Knot Just a Cottage. Suzy was a great communicator and checked on us as we arrived to see if we needed anything. The cottage was the perfect location for boating and using the beach. We look forward to staying there again.

Great stay on a beautiful lake

Our family had a terrific week on the lake at this cottage, enjoying the location, swimming off of the dock, eating outside and cooking s’mores at the campfire. The cottage is clean, neat and cozy and is well equipped.

Fantastic Stay!

Suzy was an incredible host and we loved all the amenities of KJAC. Cottage is very well equipped with new kitchen including updated appliances and fully-stocked utensils/supplies. Outside areas were great with lots of seating areas on outdoor furniture, dining table, and fire pit for family time. Long dock with stairs for swimming access plus kayaks and paddle boards available and allowed family to enjoy water even more. Overall highest ratings for beautiful cottage.

Great stay in a beautiful place

This was a beautiful cottage that met all of our family’s needs and then some. The inside decor is well thought out and the outside areas are great for relaxing. It’s so well-equipped that it’s more like staying at a friend’s place than a rental. Suzy provides everything you need and then some! It’s close to town too. We would definitely stay there again and hope to do so soon!

Perfect Destination

We visited Knot Just a Cottage for a ladies' weekend and couldn't be happier with our stay. It is the perfect location for dining, shopping and vineyard touring. Highly recommend! Wonderful stay!

We spent a fantastic week at Suzy’s property! WOW ! It is such a beautiful and comfortable home in a fantastic quiet location right on the lake. It was our first time in Charlevoix and we enjoyed staying at the house and also exploring some of the local sites . It is a quick drive to town. Suzy was quick to respond to any of our questions. We got in super late on our first night. Suzy had the lights on for us and a sweet welcome kit! We would love to return !

Far exceeded our expectations!

Knot Just a Cottage was fabulous! Beautifully decorated with all the comforts of home! The owner, Suzy, thought of everything plus. We’ve never stayed in a place that was as clean or well-appointed. The view was gorgeous! The cottage was 5 minutes from Charlevoix downtown and about 20 minutes from Petoskey. Would stay again!

Birthday celebration

Our stay was wonderful. Suzy was very responsive. She has thought of everything to make the stay enjoyable and fun. The house is in a great location, very clean, air conditioned and has all of the little things that you would hope to have for a relaxing lake house stay, including comfortable beds, hammock, fire pit, relaxing outdoor chairs, nice dock, etc. I highly recommend it!

Apple Fest Weekend

Wonderful Winter Getaway at this Charming Lakefront Cottage

My husband, daughter and I all had a lovely time at this beautiful cottage on the shores of Lake Charlevoix. We were cozy and warm in this very clean, comfortable and nicely furnished home. Everything was in tip top shape when we arrived and we did not want for anything during our stay. The arrival process was super simple and the owners were very easy to contact and responsive. We would love to return again in the summer or fall!

Wedding Weekend

This was a great cottage with beautiful views of lake Charlevoix. We were there for our wedding at Castle Farms, which was only about 10 minutes away. It was a great space for my bridesmaids and I to get ready before the wedding, and then a peaceful place for my husband and I to relax after all the festivities. The attention to detail was very impressive, Suzy really thinks of everything!

Knot Just a Cottage

Amazing, beautiful home over looking the lake. Six girlfriends get together every two years , two of our group had never been to Michigan. We stepped into this home and knew our stay would be perfect. The decorating, the amenities, the comfort of the home, the wonderful outside spaces, the fire pit....we took advantage of all these pleasures during our stay. Suzy was awesome to work with and offered many helpful suggestions about eateries and sights to enjoy. Hope to return to this delightful place in the future.

Incredible from every aspect!

The home is not just comfortable but it has all you need for an amazing family or friends vacation. We wanted a calm week on the lake so we knew we would spend a lot of time at the property. This home is furnished with grace and care, it is not a cottage that someone just used their old furniture! Wonderful amenities were provided, kayaks, paddle boards, basketballs, fire pits(2) wood and gas, and horseshoes. It is very close to Charlevoix, Boyne City, Petoskey,and many other cities and attractions. Highly recommend. Suzy was a pleasure to work with and responded quickly to any questions we had.

Relaxing property with gorgeous views!

We had a wonderful time at Knot Just Our Cottage. Suzy was a wonderful host and went out of her way to answer our questions and help us prepare for our stay. The house was perfect for our family of four. My husband and I and our boys (4 and 8) enjoyed the charming, comfortable home, and especially the gorgeous views of the lake which were visible from the master bedroom, living room and outdoor spaces. The house is in a charming and relaxing neighborhood, but also a short distance from downtown Charlevoix and the neighboring towns of Petosky and Harbor Springs. We found much to do in the area (boating, shopping, going to beaches, visiting a local farm) but also enjoyed just relaxing with our feet up on the gorgeous lakefront deck. We hope to return and have already recommended the property to others.

Cozy Cottage Weekend

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Knot Just a Cottage this past weekend! While it was blizzarding outside, we remained warm and cozy inside. The purpose of our visit was to have a quiet, relaxing weekend away and that is what we did. The cottage is absolutely lovely with plenty of room for two couples. The kitchen is well stocked for cooking, the bedrooms roomy and comfortable, and everything was well cleaned and prepared for our visit. The owners were very helpful. They were concerned and went out of their way to help when we had a TV cable issue....weather related. Thanks Suzy and RJ for sharing your wonderful property with us. We hope to be back!

Perfect place to socially distance

We needed to escape the city and Knot Just a Cottage was the perfect solution. Suzy has done an incredible job of utilizing the indoor and outdoor space in a thoughtful way. We were there for two weeks and rarely left the property, but between the various decks, dock, fire pit, horseshoe court, basketball hoop, hammock, etc., we felt thoroughly entertained the entire time. The included paddleboards and kayaks were great, too! The cottage is located close to town (5 minute drive), but feels very quiet and remote. The community beach is a 2 minute walk from the house and was great for swimming, playing in the sand and skipping stones. Suzy was excellent to work with. She checked in via text regularly and responded promptly to the various questions I had for her. We would happily return to Knot Just a Cottage in the future!

Growing up in Northern Michigan and spending summers there, we have been spoiled with all that Charlevoix and the surrounding area has to offer year round. Our entire family of all ages loves being "up north" anytime of year.

We chose this cottage because it has the most beautiful panoramic sunrise & sunset views of Lake Charlevoix. The close proximity to downtown Charlevoix (2 miles) and other nearby towns provides plenty of options when looking for things to do, places to go and see. Within an hour's drive you have plenty to keep you busy ( or not) for an entire summer! Our kid's grew up coming here and it's become a second home to us that we enjoy sharing with our guests. Knot Just A Cottage is complete with everything you could need during your stay. We have a private dock with boat lift and a mooring right in front of the cottage that you can easily see from anywhere inside the cottage. Lake views from every room in the house, even the shower in the upstairs master bathroom. Large picture windows in the living room allow all that bright sunshine and crystal blue water right through the house. The second floor deck, side decks, and patio offer a quiet and relaxing spot while our lake front deck is where the action is adjacent to dining patio. You can hop in your boat right (bring your own or rent one here in town) out front on the dock and go play for the day. Knot Just A Cottage is located only 2 miles from downtown Charlevoix allowing you easy access to shops, restaurants, local events and sightseeing anytime. Our close proximity to neighboring towns like Boyne, Petoskey, Harbor Springs, Mackinac Island and Traverse city make it easy to spend an afternoon or full day trip sightseeing.
