This home is located in one of the most beautiful, wide and calm areas of Hawaii Kai's Marina. Great destination away from the tourists

Perfect home if you want to relax after you enjoy all that Oahu has to offer. Close proximity to great hikes, the best windward beaches, and walking distance to groceries. Owner was extremely easy to work with and accommodating.

Spacious, clean, well stocked house with great marina views, owner responds promptly to any questions. We wanted this location because my brother lives nearby and we were getting together with family. It is in a very nice residential neighborhood.

Great house for multiple uses

We combined a celebration of our daughter's college graduation with some family and friend time exploring Oahu. Worked great for celebration and house full of family with many comfortable bedrooms, big kitchen and plenty of open space. Then spend a few weeks with few friends exploring the island, great location. Walking distance to shops and restaurants. Close to great hikes, beaches, waikiki and sites. Even got work done remotely. Highly reccomend this house. Owners were great and addressed any questions or issues immediatly.

Dreamy Oahu!

Our family thoroughly enjoyed this place. Close to amenities and all that Oahu have to offer. It is cleaned, the photos does not do it justice, and it has everything you need for a wonderful stay. The host is very reponsive and accommodating. The dock offers great views day and night. Great place to sit at the end of the day and unwind. The location is quiet, safe, and very well kept neighbourhood. We would love to come back to this place again and again.

Lots of room, great location on a canal

The house had lots of space for 5. Nice outdoor space on the deck on a canal. Owners were very reponsive to our questions, informed us of some nearby activities which we enjoyed. Neighbourhood was safe and within walking distance of groceries and restaurants. Check in process was good, just a slight mistake which was quicly cleared up. We would stay again.

Everything about the property is excellent. The house has everything from beach towels to bicycles for you to use during your stay. Having access to the marina right outside provides access to additional activities like paddle boarding and kayaking. But what really sets this place a part is the location. 25 minutes to Waikiki, a Costco and grocery store within 5 minutes, within 15 minutes of diamond head and just far away enough from downtown where it's so much quieter and without the crowds.

Great family trip!

Great location for our group of 9. We had 2 adults and 7 young adults, ages 18-22. We had enough bedrooms and bathrooms to spread out and not feel cramped. Living room space and outside area was great for our large family. Sat outside every evening and ate dinner, played cards and relaxed. Kids used kayaks and paddleboards. Kitchen was fully stocked. Great having access to washer and dryer with so many of us. Used beach chairs and coolers just about every day. Great location for just about everywhere we went. Host was easy to communicate with. Would definitely stay again!

Mixed Impressions of the House: A Closer Look Reveals Deficiencies

Our initial impression of the house was quite favorable. However, upon closer inspection, several deficiencies became apparent. For instance, the air conditioning in one of the rooms did not consistently function, and the faucet broke due to outdated plumbing. In summary, the house presents itself as well-maintained on the surface but is, unfortunately, in a poor state of repair. Regrettably, we had the impression that we were being observed by the owners. This perception arose because we were directed towards issues that could only be discerned through careful and regular scrutiny.

The house was built in 1970 and we have remodeled the home twice, including much of the plumbing and electrical. When you made us aware of the faucet breaking we had a plumber there within a few hours and had it fixed the next day.. we do have a Ring camera at the front garage and at the back dock area for safety and for help when needed at check in and check out. We do have friends and neighbors who drive by in boats that notice when things left out on the boat dock for days in the sun. We ask in the rules that the kayaks and surfboard don’t get left out in the sun. We have had many issues with this problem. The Hawaiian sun can ruin our water toys in a few days. We are constantly upgrading and replacing things that break, get ruined or lost. We believe your rating was too low, especially when we have had close to 5 star ratings for the past 10 years. Thanks for letting us know about the AC unit in the back bedroom. It will be fixed. This is the first we have heard of this. Sincerely, Anthony & Lisa

The property is well appointed and the amenities are great. The bay was great for paddle boarding and kayaking. Close to hanama Bay blowhole and Sandy Beach my favorite for Sunrise. Some of the family really liked having Costco Safeway and all the shops close. Some of the family wanted more up country. But in my opinion anywhere in Hawaii is great. Aloha

The views and location were amazing!! The house was even more amazing! It had everything you need. The open concept of the house was perfect for our family of 6. Absolutely An Amazing Home

This is a one of a kind home! The overall space of the home was amazing with plenty of room for work and relaxation. The atmospherics of the location on the water was phenomenal with a daily sea breeze that was very comfortable and even more amazing in the evening. There were plenty of amenities for water sports and relaxation. Anthony the owner was always accommodating and easy to reach. Perfect setting for family vacation!

This home is absolutely perfect for a family vacation. The location is great for getting to anywhere you might want to visit during your stay in Oahu. We spent hours on the lanai drinking coffee in the mornings, watching the sunset… From pre-booking to the very last day, Anthony was an extremely responsive and informative host. All of the equipment Anthony and Lisa made available in the home — beach chairs, kayaks and paddleboards, life vests, etc — made our stay so much more fun and exciting. The kitchen is well stocked with pots and pans and dishware. We loved this home so much that we started scheming how/when to come back in coming years to enjoy this lovely home on our very first day!

Wonderful stay

Together with five members of my family, we enjoyed a month in this very comfortable home. The location is outstanding, Away from crowded Waikiki, but conveniently located near beautiful beaches and shopping. The kitchen is completely stocked with first class dishes, glasses, and cooking materials, and is well finished. Situated right on the water offers many opportunities to enjoy water sports and a great view.

Ideal home/location for our family vacation! The home was clean, spacious and fully equipped.

Hawaii Adventure

This was a perfect location for our group of 8 after 11 days of cruising to (& around) Hawaii from Vancouver. We were fairly central to everything we wanted to see. Sara was great and replied quickly to any request we had. The guest information book was great for quick information about beaches. We visited Bellows Beach and all 8 of us thought it was the most favoured beach in all of our travels!

Lisa & I live in Redondo Beach, California and are busy raising our 5 children. We've been coming to Hawaii since the 80's and think this is the best place for a family vacation. We are a surfing family and also love kayaking, hiking, boating, beaches, water skiing, and the Hawaiian feel here in Hawaii Kai. It is just far enough away from the hustle and bustle of Waikiki yet only a10 mile drive away if you want the excitement of town. We hope to retire here some day and feel so blessed to own this beautiful home in this amazing waterfront location. We would love to share it with you!

I have traveled all over the world as a coach for UCLA, as an athlete for USA Track & Field, and as a surfing video producer. I think this is the best location in all of Hawaii and the world. It is afordable, peaceful, relaxing and close to everything. Great surfing, beaches, kayaking, fishing, snorkeling, dining, and hiking, are what makes this amazing area the perfect place to be.

Location is paramount to us. Living on the water is key, in a quiet neighborhood but yet close to just about anything needed. This home is perfect for large family like ours or for a multiple family vacation. Its open floor plan and spectacular view make it perfect for relaxing after a busy day of sight seeing or for spending the day relaxing. The surfing out front in the Summer and Fall is excellent. The beaches are perfect year round. The weather is always beautiful. The location is very convent to anywhere on the island, but there is no need to go anywhere else!
