Wir sind so aufgeregt, dieses Studio in unseren Waikiki Vermietungen hinzuzufügen. Dieses Paradies befindet sich auf der gegenüberliegenden Straßenseite vom Waikiki Beach und dem Kapiolani Park und bietet einen ungehinderten Blick auf den Ozean und den Diamond Head, den Park und den Zoo.

Wir suchten nach Eigentumswohnungen für 10 Jahre in diesem Gebäude und waren schließlich in der Lage dieses fantastische Studio zu kaufen. Wir haben dieses Paradies mit neuen Granitplatten, einem neuen großen Kühlschrank, Spülbecken, hochwertiger Split-Klimaanlage, einem 40-Zoll-Flachbildfernseher und vielem mehr komplett neu gestaltet.

Es ist ein großartiger Ort für diejenigen, die die Natur lieben. Der reizende Kapiolani Park und der Strand sind auf der gegenüberliegenden Straßenseite, wo Sie spazieren gehen, laufen, surfen, Boogie-Board machen, schwimmen und sogar den Diamond Head hinaufsteigen können! Es ist auch der perfekte Ort, wenn am Strand liegen ist Ihre Form der Übung!

Ist Surf-up? schauen Sie einfach das Fenster, um herauszufinden! Es gibt Boardverleih und Kurse in der Nähe. Der Minister Boarding vor Ort ist 1 Minute entfernt! Darüber hinaus ist ein großer Teil des Strandes, der durch eine Ufermauer geschützt ist, so dass es wie ein riesiges Salzwasser-Pool ist. Alle nahe gelegenen Bereiche des Strandes haben Rettungsschwimmer.

High-Speed-Glasfaserkabel wurde gerade im ganzen Haus installiert, die frei WIFI und High-Definition-Fernsehen bietet. Das Fernsehgerät ist mit dem Internet verbunden und Sie können Netflix, Amazon-Videos und andere, für die Sie ein Konto haben, ansehen.

Das Gebäude verfügt über eine schöne Lobby und Rezeption mit Concierge-Service zur Verfügung zu stellen. Es gibt einen Swimmingpool, eine Wäscherei, ein Hamburger-Restaurant, eine Bar und eine Parkgarage auf dem Gelände (die Parkgebühren sind die günstigsten in Waikiki). Zwei Aufzüge bedienen alle Stockwerke des Gebäudes.

Anstatt auf ein anderes Eigentumswohnungsgebäude zu starren, sehen Sie nichts als grünen Park, Diamond Head und das Meer für Ihre Ansicht. Dennoch ist es sehr nah an all den wunderbaren Waikiki-Annehmlichkeiten.

Hervorragende Lage, toller Ausblick vom Balkon. Die Unterkunft ist sehr klein, die Küche besteht nur aus einem Kochfeld, Mikrowelle, Kaffeemaschine, Kühlschrank und Toaster. Dazu Geschirr. Wer nicht viel kocht und nicht viel Platz braucht ist dort sehr gut aufgehoben.

Oahu in vollen Zügen genießen

Die Wohnung liegt direkt am Strand und hat eine phantastische Aussicht. Die Einrichtung ist schon etwas älter aber zweckmäßig. Die Lage eignet sich zum erkunden der Umgebung und für Ausflüge über die Insel. Wir haben unsere Woche genossen.

Nur wenige Meter zum Strand. Ruhig, trotzdem gleich mitten im Geschehen. Blick auf den Strand und die Flamingos im Zoo. Das Bett war bequem. Es waren genügend Handtücher für Dusche und Strand vorhanden. Außerdem standen verschiedene Strandutensilien (Stühle, Kühltasche, Boogieboards...) zur Verfügung. Der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter hat hervorragend funktioniert. Hulas Bar im 2. Stock des Gebäudes können wir auch empfehlen.

This place was great! The room is small but for the most part we were out and about anyway. It was really nice to have all of the beach essentials in the closet. The views from the lanai are gorgeous. Parking was a bit tricky as it’s in a very popular area but the front desk was really helpful in figuring out options. Highly recommend!

Definitely a smaller condo, but we weren’t there much . Lots to do not enough time to stay in room. The place was clean and described the exact as what’s there. The balcony view is overlooking the zoo and there’s a good lookout on the pier and beach. A block away from the water lots of places around to shop or eat at: would recommend this place to anyone.

We stayed on this property for our honeymoon. My husband and I loved the room it was smaller but the size was just fine for the two of us. You have a great view of the beach and the mirrors in the room make it so you’re essentially looking at the beach the whole time. Loved that. Location was awesome, one minute walk to the beach where it’s less crowded and close walk to all the main Waikiki stuff. Room was very clean and comfortable. Loved hanging out on the lanai every morning and night. Will definitely book this property again on our next visit.

This property met our expectations. In choosing a property, our top priority was a lanai (balcony) with a great view of the ocean. So many of the properties and hotels in the area have obstructed views. We were aware that the room would be on the small size. And while it was a little cramped, it was serviceable. The interior is a bit dated, bit everything was clean and functional. The also has AC. The view from the lanai was spectacular and unobstructed. We had a great view of both the ocean and Diamond Head. We spent a lot of time on the lanai during our one week stay. This is a hotel and there were staff available at all times. The location is a half block from the beach and was walkable to everything on Waikiki. We were able to reserve onsite parking for 35 per day. You do need to reserve online. The owner Steve was extremely attentive. He was great during the booking process and checked in a few times during our stay. All in all, we were very happy with the accommodations and will miss the daily stays on the lanai

Very convenient location in Waikiki with the zoo, beach and shops just minutes away. Enjoyed the view of Diamond Head and the ocean when sitting on the lanai. The host checked on us several times to make sure things were going well. The unit is quite small but has the basic amenities.

This unit is perfect if you don't plan to be in the room for long or cooking any meals. There is a full size fridge and a small coffee pot; clean linens and amenities for the beach(chairs, umbrella, towels, boogie boards, small cooler). It is just across the street from the beach and plenty of shopping and restaurants. Not sure if I would call it a studio apartment, as it is extremely small; the bar stools and oversized chair make it seem even smaller and they feel a bit too big for the space.While we did have some issues getting into the unit and difficulty with TV & wifi, Steve did attempt to resolve issues and communicated with us often. Overall, a nice, small unit if you need a place to sleep and want to be close to the beach.

Excellent location to stay!

We absolutely loved this place! It is small but has everything needed for 2 people to stay comfortably for well over a week. The views from the balcony are amazing! It is right on the edge of the busy beach area so it is perfect for those that want to have access to the fancy shops and restaurants but if that’s not your thing, it’s easy to avoid. Building is literally a 3 minute walk to the beach, and the room has everything needed for hanging at the beach! Would 100% stay here again!

Waikiki Grand Studio Stay

My husband and I truly enjoyed our stay at Waikiki Grand Hotel. Sipping coffee on the balcony with the view of Waikiki beach was truly relaxing. The studio had everything you need to cook a quick meal and make coffee. The bed was comfortable. Beach accessories and surfing equipment is available if needed. Restaurants and convenience stores are steps away including the Honolulu Zoo. Steve went out of his way to make sure our check in and check out went smoothly. He checked in periodically to make sure everything was ok. We will definitely stay there again in the future!

Great Property! Amazing location! Incredible view from private Lanai. Woke every morning to the distant sound of the animals at Honolulu Zoo looking over the park and Diamond Head. Everything you could possibly need for a beach holiday. Would definitely recommend and book next time I am in Waikiki

Wonderful All Around

Extraordinary view of Diamond Head & ocean. Very compact and functional unit. Loved the lanai. Very comfortable bed. Lots of hot water,excellent communication with owner. Unit was well- equipped and everything worked just fine.

Living on the edge of glory. Waikiki can become too crowded and sometimes too tourists. This location is primo for the best of both worlds. The zoo park and diamondhead bring the calm needed.

Phenomenal View & Great Location

The condo was located so close to the beach, many great restaurants, and shopping establishments. This made our stay so convenient. The condo was clean and comfortable. The view of Diamond Head and Waikiki beach from the condo and our balcony was absolutely phenomenal! The condo owner, Steve is kind, professional, and was very timely with his responses. We will definitely be returning!

Location! Location! Location!

We had a wonderful time! Close to beach and Restaurants. The condo in s across from the Zoo and a large park. We walked to the left everyday where the beach was a lot quieter. Everything you need for the day. Chairs, umbrella and cooler. The balcony is lovely with a view of Diamond Head and the ocean. It is very small condo, but we really left for mist of the day, so not a problem .

Steve is a real estate broker and has been licensed in Hawaii since 1999. Iku is a licensed real estate agent and a native Japanese speaker. We have traveled extensively and this gives us an understanding of what our guests need to make their stay enjoyable and safe. And being owners of rentals gives us the experience to help others buy and sell rentals and second homes.

We founded a vacation rental company named A Piece of Paradise on Hawaii Island (aka The Big Island) in 1996 and managed wonderful vacation homes in a special area named Kapoho. In 2011 we sold A Piece of Paradise and began relocating to Honolulu. A multi-year search for properties followed, and our hard work paid off!

In addition to managing our own properties we also love to help others buy their own piece of paradise in Hawaii. Even if you cannot live in Hawaii full time, It is a wonderful feeling to know that you have property here and you can come whenever you want.
