Handy place to stay.

The access to the beach is excellent. The elevator service is sweet. The view of the ocean is very good. We felt very safe during Cyclone Alfred. We always had power and water. The parking underground is very convenient.

Great location and view. Clean and tidy. TV and room furnishings could do with updating. Booked the room knowing that own linen was required and key collection is at Coolangatta, but it would be great if this was all onsite.

Good value and great location but be sure to understand that you must supply your own linen, and that check in and out involves a trip to Coolangatta.

We are surprised to hear there were cockroaches, if you had notified us during your stay, we would have arranged for a pest control treatment immediately! The owner is considering quotes to replace the carpet, so hopefully this is done soon! The unit offers reverse cycle air-conditioning in the living room which feeds through to the bedroom, however we will also pass on your suggestion for a fan in the bedroom. The advertising was misleading. It is well over 2.0 kilometres to the shops. You were not right on the beach as the rear fence was all blocked off and no access was permissible. It is very disruptive going to pick up keys and then having to drop them back if you have no transport. A nice touch though was the welcome pack that had basic tea, coffee sugar and cleaning products.

Fantastic location - shame about check-out process

Ridiculous that you have to drive the keys all the way to coolangatta (opposite direction of Brisbane) in order to drop off the keys all before 9:30am.
