Hi Vidya, Thank you for taking the time to leave your review and we are pleased you enjoyed the convenient location right on the beach! We are surprised to hear there were cockroaches, if you had notified us during your stay, we would have arranged for a pest control treatment immediately! The owner is considering quotes to replace the carpet, so hopefully this is done soon! The unit offers reverse cycle air-conditioning in the living room which feeds through to the bedroom, however we will also pass on your suggestion for a fan in the bedroom. Thanks again for taking the time to provide this feedback so that we can continually improve the experience for future guests. We hope to welcome you again in future. Kind regards, GCHH
