Diese umgebaute Gulf View Einheit verfügt über 2 Schlafzimmer und 2 Bäder, Schlafmöglichkeiten für 6. Der Meister ist umgestaltet und verfügt über ein Kingsize-Bett und ein Master-Bad mit gefliester Dusche und Boden. Das zweite Schlafzimmer hat auch zwei Einzelbetten. 2. Bad hat neue geflieste Duschwanne und Keramikboden. Deckenventilatoren und Fernseher befinden sich in den Schlafzimmern und im Wohnzimmer. Auch das Gerät verfügt über drahtloses Internet! Es gibt überall neue Fliesenböden, mit Ausnahme der 2 Schlafzimmer, die mit neuen Teppichböden ausgestattet sind. Dieses Gerät bietet einen schönen Blick auf den Golf von Mexiko von der Couch, dem Esstisch oder dem Balkon. Es gibt Liegestühle, Tisch und Stühle zum Sonnenbaden, Essen oder einfach nur den Blick auf den Strand genießen oder den Sonnenuntergang beobachten! Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was by far one of the best vacations our family has ever taken. Our unit was clean, the view was awesome we couldn’t see sunset but wasn’t a big deal because there are two sun decks to choose from or the beach. Everything was in walking distance, except the blvillage was a bit of a hike for kids. Everything was honestly 5 star except for the glass tables that my son literally sliced his toe open. We love siesta and will always stay at house of sun but they just have to get rid of the glass tables.

Fun in the sun

A perfect 10 days on theb beach. We couldn't say more about the location, cleanliness, amenities, and interactions throughout the rental process. We rented a car for easy access to other beaches, groceries, the village but that would not be necessary if you planned on staying at the property's own amazing beach. The weather was amazing, which no one can control, but we where surely lucky. Would rent here again no questions asked.

House of Sun is located perfectly and provides easy access to the beach and other amenities. Unit 312 is adequately outfitted and offers most everything you need to enjoy your time there, including a fabulous view of the beach. The unit does need updating and a refresh, but if you don’t care about those things, you can enjoy your time there and focus on the beach. (As a side note, the association is changing their pricing structure, which results in a HUGE increase for upcoming rentals.)

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The unit was very easy to find, ideally located near the elevator. Everything was clean, organized and spacious for a family of four. I would say the beds do need upgrades, new beds pleases they are dated. The view and very good sized balcony was a welcomed treat every morning and throughout the day to relax and enjoy the view of the highly rate beach. The office staff were always welcoming, helpful and responsive to our questions, they were always just 1 phone call away. The maintenance staff were also very approachable, upon our arrival one of the building staff was very kind to retrieve a luggage cart for us and deliver it right to our car, he made us feel right at home.

Great location with easy access off island. Office staff were very helpful and friendly. Highly recommend, will definitely stay here again next trip to Siesta Key!
