Dieses Haus ist in einer ruhigen Wohngegend, die viel Privatsphäre bieten - plus eine schnelle Ein-Block-Spaziergang zu einem schönen langen menschenleeren Strand! Golf, Restaurants und Wellnessangebote sind nur eine Meile entfernt auf Salishan Spa & Golf Resort, und die beliebten Tierbeobachtungen und Erholungsgebiete von Siletz Bay und Devils Lake sind nur eine kurze Fahrt nach Norden.

Das Haus verfügt über einen offenen Grundriss mit geräumigen Zimmern und einladenden Ambiente. Das Wohnzimmer verfügt über einen großen Sitz Beleidigung ein DVD / Blu-ray ausgestattete Flachbildfernseher. WLAN ist im gesamten Haus zur Verfügung gestellt.

Koch Mahlzeiten für Ihre Gruppe in der Küche, die mit modernen Geräten und Geschirr bestückt wird, dann sitzen am Esstisch zu essen oder in der Küche bar. Wenn es das Wetter zulässt, genießen Sie die Mahlzeiten auf der großen Außenterrasse, die auch einen Gas-Grill zum Grillen hat.

Bis eine Treppe, es gibt sogar eine Küchenzeile mit einem Mini-Kühlschrank und Mikrowelle.

Vier Schlafzimmer mit Platz f��r bis zu neun Personen (acht Erwachsene Grenze, bitte). Die Zimmer verfügen über ein Kingsize-Bett, zwei Doppelbetten und zwei Futons (ein Doppel-Größe und ein Twin-Size-Futon). Ein Schlafzimmer hat auch einen Spaßpiratenmotiv, die Kinder ansprechen wird.

Von dem Pferd am Strand Reiten Souvenirläden in Lincoln City, um das Surfen (nur ein paar Meilen nördlich), es gibt viel in der Gegend zu tun. Sie können auch eine Massage, um die Straße zu Salishan Spa oder Wale beobachten in Depoe Bay, der Süden ist etwa fünf Meilen aufzustehen. Gehen zwei Meilen südlich für Zugang zum Strand am Fogarty Creek, wo Gezeiten-Pools zu erkunden und Strand erwarten Kämmen!

The millers/walkers

Overall, the beds were comfy and the place was very spacious. Also, we were able to walk to the ocean and it being so close was nice. The area was nice and quiet. The neighbors were really friendly. We are considering coming back next year. The neighbor offered to take us fishing if we do and even gave us some smoked fish that he smoked himself. The kitchen was perfect to make meals in. The only thing that did not work was the fridge in the kitchen, but there is a fridge right in the garage which was only a few steps away from the kitchen and a mini fridge upstairs so we really have no complaints. We really enjoyed our stay.

spacious 2025

Spring 2025. This house was very spacious for 5 people. The house is located in a quiet neighborhood, within a short walk to the beach. The kitchen is big, with counter seating and a large dining table nearby. The inside fridge was not working, so we used the one in the garage. The kitchen utensils and pots were poor quality. One burner of the gas stove didn't work. If you love cooking, bring your own stuff. The 4 bedrooms are nice: a king, one daybed, and two full sized beds. 3 toilets, one stand up shower and a bathtub/shower. The furniture was comfy, with plenty of blankets. So nice to have a washer/dryer on hand.

Family Beach Trip approved

I was a little nervous based on some of the other reviews, but this house fit our bedroom count and budget and I'm glad we went with it. This house does need some TLC and a few new appliances - the primary fridge was broken (they had a mini fridge and slightly larger than mini fridge in the garage as "backup") and the dishwasher was barely holding on. The kitchen isn't amazingly stocked, but had all the standard items and a few that can be rare - like pizza cutter and cheese grater. The blender was broken, but we didn't need it. There is definitely a lack of glasses and the coffee mugs are pretty small, but overall, kitchen had what we needed. The rest of the house, the king bed was good, and there were extra blankets in each room. Some of the curtains had broken strings so they couldn't be opened which was frustrating. The wifi was poor, but it seems average for the coast. The queen beds were older and a bit squeaky but worked for our family. The distance to the beach is nice, but the closest beach access is in poor shape (nothing the rental controls). The next door neighbor was super sweet and put some kids books in her little mini library for our family. There were kites and sand toys at the house which the kids loved. There were board games and some puzzles - with all the pieces there! Overall, i hope they replace the fridge and fix the curtains and provide the lacking items and it will be a good place to come back to in the future.

What’s the point in leaving a review!!!

After reading all the previous reviews, I thought there’s no way that there’s all these bad reviews and nothing has been done to fix the issues. I was wrong. All of the negative things said in the reviews are still the same. Fridge doesn't get cold, bed in one of the downstairs rooms was horribly loud when there was any kind of movement, still only one bed in the room that is supposed to have 2, the lights have a mind of their own and so many switches that did nothing or are over complicated. It’s so close to being a nice place that it is sad that nobody will actually take the time to remedy the stupid little things that make it kinda suck. Needs interior paint or touch up at least. The worst part was the temperatures, cold downstairs, decent on main floor, but hot as hell upstairs. Good thing it never gets real hot at the beach or it would be unbearable. We were there for work so it was no big deal but I brought my family this weekend and that’s when all the details came in to play. I’ve rented enough houses from vacasa to know that they will apologize but won’t actually do anything about it. At least it’s close enough to the beach to not care about being in the house. Oh yeah and the bbq on back deck is disgusting. Was planning on a bbq for Father’s Day but that didn’t happen because the grill is literally unusable. Why bother asking for reviews when you are not going to fix the issues? The previous negative reviews go all the way back to 2023 so I don’t understand why none of the issues get fixed. Kind of annoying!!!

Finding Beach Agates

We loved the nearby access to Gleneden Beach. And we loved digging through the sand and gravel in search of agates (we ended up with 2 quart ziplock bags of agates of various size and color).

Great trip

This house fit our needs and was a place we would come back to. It was clean and had the room to spread out. The kitchen was great and easy to prep meals and cook in. Some of the light switches were tricky to figure out and the TV system had some issues (couldn’t adjust the volume or turn the TV off). Bedrooms were nice and quiet and the beds and bedding were comfortable and clean. Plenty of room and was in a quiet neighborhood.

Just go camping

The location is the only thing we enjoyed. This house was dirty and obviously not maintained properly, dirty walls and windows, musty, moldy, broken down beds and furnishings and the refrigerator broke down half way through our stay, we'll never use Vacasa again!

Cousins trip

We have stayed here before. The neighbors are kind and the property is maintained. Access to beach is close. The closest access requires dexterity and mild rock climbing skills. The beach access a couple blocks further is more accessible for all.

The house was pretty run down and tired. Several light fixtures didn't work. The downstairs left bedroom had lights that would not turn off, or up in brightness, and we had to turn off the fuse to let the person sleep in that room. The master bedroom lights were at least off but I couldn't turn them on... master bath lights over shower didn't work as well. Upper hallway lights wouldn't turn off. Luckily, with the nature of our trip there, we didn't have to spend much time at the house.

House with great potential

There are a lot of great things about this house. Very spacious. Parking in garage. Easy walk to the beach. Note the closest beach access is a little challenging but there is another access a little further distance you can walk or drive too. But we did have some issues with the house. Maybe it was because it was at the end of the summer. We found the lock to get into the house a challenge. The dishwasher wasn't cleaning dishes so we ended up handwashing. There were no frames for the mattresses in the small upstairs bedroom, just futon/foam mattresses on the floor. Fortunately, we were going to use those for a child, but an adult would not appreciate being on the floor. The light switches were overly complicated. Not labeled. Unnecessary dimmer switches. We couldn't get them to turn on completely in one bedroom. Finally, the carpet needed a good shampooing. A little maintenance, and this would be a great house.

A great Home away from home!

This is a wonderful property. The couch in the living room fit all 6 of us comfortably with our feet up on the ottoman, perfect for a family movie before bed. The open layout on the main floor made it easy to keep everyone together and meal times were great with plenty prep space and supplies in the kitchen. Our only suggestion would be a fan to move air around on those stuffy afternoons. The neighborhood is quiet and it's a short walk to the beach, the access is a steep but there's a more moderate entrance a block south. We enjoyed the deck and listening to the sound of the surf. The property manager was also very responsive, even after 6pm on a Sunday when we couldn't get the second key out of the lockbox, we were very impressed with their customer service.

Location location location!

Overall, the house suited all 9 of us very well. We enjoyed our stay and the close proximity to the beach(one block up). The home is a bit dated but very comfortable. We had a few minor issues such as the lack of cooking utensils, plates are a tad bit old and scratched. Carpet has shown some wear and tear. There is a broken vent cover in the dining area that needs to be replaced(already in this condition when we arrived). Might I suggest that you have typed instructions for the use of the entertainment centers in both the living room and Master bedroom. All we found was hand written notes. Even though I have noted a few things that can and/or will need to be addressed for future renters, we will most certainly be back again next summer to enjoy the area with family in-tow. Thank you for allowing us to use your home for a much needed family retreat.

House needs work

Pictures are false advertising. Bar stools all have no backs (they are in a pile in the garage) and most are in need of reupholstering. 6 remotes for tv, no instructions, several don't have batteries, nothing was properly attached, nothing worked. Coffee pot was even different than the picture and had no carafe, the carafe they brought, didn't fit. Many of the pots and pans are so scratched up and rusty, they shouldn't be used. Upstairs bathroom is in the master suite, so anyone using the other bedroom better be good friends. Kitchen fridge didn't work, luckily there were extra fridges.

Great House With 5 Star Potential - Bring Your Own Lamp and Hair Dryer

We were five ladies in our 40s to 70s - stayed three nights. House finishes and furnishings are upscale in this house, and we really wanted to love it. The beds and pillows were super comfortable. We enjoyed the TV and sound system and access to Netflix and Amazon through the smart TV. But so many details were missed throughout the house. We will not rent this one again. The basement area is cold, and the furnace is noisy in the two bedrooms downstairs. Lighting: no lamps, which made reading impossible unless you're sitting in the kitchen; fixtures/wall switches throughout the house were complicated and confusing with no instructions; exterior front door lights did not work; flashlight lanterns did not work. Bathrooms: master bath sinks were clogged; basement toilet ran constantly; no hair dryer (standard supplies these days in any hotel or vacation rental). Kitchen: moldy coffee grounds in coffee pot; sparse supplies; no foil or plastic; no cooking oil or spices (other than salt & pepper); no dish cloths. The deck and outdoor furniture were dirty. Overall there were no personal touches in this home to make it special. Location was rather inconvenient to Lincoln City, and we will look to stay further north next time to avoid the long line of traffic. Beach access from house was inconvenient, especially for disabled or elderly, as it is steep and rocky with a primitive rope handhold. Nightly price is a bargain for the house, but the cleaning fee is excessive and cancels out any potential savings.
