Cozy home in quiet neighborhood

The kitchen is well stocked with pots, pans, utensils, foil, etc and a few spices. There is a lot of storage for food which is really nice. We had a great stay, but were not looking for action. If you want access to shops, hiking, biking, this is not your spot. It is in a nice neighborhood, but you need to get in your car to get anywhere of interest other than a local park.

We really enjoyed our stay in this quiet neighborhood. The yard was very attractive. Home is very comfortable and decorated attractively. Kitchen was well appointed and met all our needs. Beds were comfortable. Shower in the master bath was wonderful! Hope we can find one for our home reno. The owner communicated quickly when we had questions. A bonus for us was that this home is in a great location for visiting two sets of friends in Hayden. We all enjoyed the stay and look forward to returning.

Vacation house

The host is very commutative and called me a few days before my scheduled stay to introduce herself and welcome us to her home/went over a few things. As well as the host stayed very commutative during and after our stay. To me that shows alot. Communication is key. The house is in a very clean neighborhood. As well as the house was very clean. It was the prefect size and layout for my family and made our stay so much easier. Have no complaints at all. My mom did leave a piece of paper with a few suggestions on in for the host. the host messaged me a few day after we were gone and mentioned how helpful the list of suggestion was and made the changes. Overall it was an amazing house to stay in and we most definitely will be back. jjjjjjjjjjj*

Great Location in quiet neighborhood

Home was well-kept and very inviting. Indoor and outdoor spaces were perfect for multi-generational fun. Hostess, Diane, was VERY EASY to work with and kind. We had a minor electrical problem (blown outlet for entertainment center). Diane had an electrician there within one hour. Only draw back was this home does not have A/C and home was quite warm despite use of fans.

Several family members who made the trek to CDA for the long holiday weekend used this listing as our home base. Perfect location, close to everything and Diane provided everything we needed, even running over some snow shovels after a flurry. We will book again and share with others.

Perfect Place!

We loved everything about this beautiful home, and owner! Diane was amazing to work with, and super attentive, kind, and thoughtful. The house is beautifully decorated, with very comfy and clean rooms. The kitchen is well stocked, and has everything you need. The back and front yard were huge, and perfect for our children to run around. The location is convenient, and there is a park that you can easily walk to. We were so happy to meet Diane, and she even gave us a bottle of wine and farm fresh eggs! We hope to stay at her property again.

Clean home in quiet neighborhood

Our family stayed here for a week in July. The house is located in a quiet neighborhood with a small park with grass area a 2 minute walk way. The house is clean and nicely furnished. It also has plenty of silverware, plates, pots and pans to cook with and the appliances were easy to use. We also used the backyard grill which was great. Also a nice size washer and dryer(HE) which was very convenient. The house is in a great location, easy drive to honeysuckle beach and Coeur d’ Alene, plenty of restaurants and stores nearby. There is no AC but plenty of fans so it did not bother us. We are a family of three and the house was great and we would definitely stay here again.

Family Comfort

We had a great time staying at this sweet home. We were 2 adults with 2 teens. Everyone had enough space. The home looks just like the pics except the master bedroom no longer has an exercise machine in it (thankfully, IMO). Instead, there's a more practical side desk. In addition to the usual supplies, this home comes equipped with plenty of towels, sheets, hangers, and pillows. It has a great washer & dryer, very functional kitchen, good water pressure in showers, and plenty of storage space. A note for those who are canaries, such as myself and my younger daughter: there are 2 electric scented diffusers that had us coughing and gagging right away. It was easy enough to unplug them and put them outside in the backyard and air out the house overnight. Again, we're sensitive, so these may not bother most people. But if you're of the same ilk, you could likely just ask the owner (who's immensely gracious & kind) to have them removed before your stay. Also the TV quality (both pic & sound) were a disappointment. Now, we didn't mention anything to the owner, so that's on us and perhaps we didn't understand the system. But generally between the 4 of us, we can figure out electronics. One other thing, the bed in the master is rather hard. Some peeps prefer that. Wasn't my personal fav. The backyard is incredibly large and great place to hangout and bbq. Overall, this place was great and I would want to stay there again, were we in the area in the future for some more Summer fun!

Property was exactly as depicted. Very, very clean! Kudos to the cleaning staff...very impressed. So cute & cozy. Perfect for old college roommates reconnecting after many years & having a comfortable home base for exploring CDA. Our host reached out via text to let us know she was available should we need anything, check in was a breeze & house was easy to find in a nice, quiet neighborhood. If I'm ever back in CDA for extended time, I wouldn't hesitate to book this property again. Also, the fresh flowers and snack basket was a nice touch. Thanks for such a pleasant stay!

Excellent Experience

Great little house with a huge fenced back yard - great for kids to play! Lovely welcome basket with wine, which after a days travels with 3 generations was much appreciated!! Our little guy loved the bucket of legos and games to play! For a first time experience renting a house we couldnt have wanted/needed anything more! Great location to golf or boat or explore the Hayden/CDA area! Highly recommend for anyone needed a place to rest!

Nice home in quiet neighborhood

I'd strongly recommend this house as the place to stay if you're in the northern part of Idaho. This is a very well maintained house in a great location, especially if you're planning to go to Silverwood like we did. Diane is an attentive and awesome host too! We managed to lock ourselves out of the house but didn't realize that until around 9 p.m. that evening. We were able to get in touch with Diane and she came out right away to unlock the house so we could get back in. You can't ask for better service than that. Thank you again, Diane! The kids loved the foosball coffee table and the keyboard in the bedroom. This house has been well cared for and it shows. We would definitely stay there again the next time we're in the area.

Quiet nights rest near Silverwood!

Comfortable, clean, quiet home just 20 minutes from Silverwood amusement park. I stayed with 4 teenagers and they gave it a thumbs up too!

Great place to stay!

We had a great time at this location. Home was very clean and had everything we needed. Nice fenced backyard for the kids to play in and great neighborhood.

Nice and comfortable

This home was very tastefully decorated, and had new, updated appliances. The furniture was nice and comfortable as was the bed in the master bedroom. There were fresh lilies on the table upon our arrival that lasted our whole 5 day stay. The back yard was large and private with a nice patio with plenty of patio furniture and a gas BBQ available. The home is in a very nice neighborhood with all homes and yards very nicely maintained. The location was ideal for us visiting Silverwood Theme Park (about 20 min drive), and downtown Coeur d'Alene (about 15 min. drive). Our host was very accommodating and available if necessary. We very much enjoyed our stay here, and would highly recommend this home to anyone wanting a nice comfortable, convenient place to stay.

Nice home in Hayden

Nice to have water in frig, teas and coffee available. Nice patio. The owner was very responsive if there were any issues. The master bedroom had a very thin, undersized mattress topper. There were no mattress pads on 2 of the beds. There needs to be a clean garbage can under the sink. It would be nice to have a small frying pan and a spatula in the kitchen. It would be helpful to have a house information book to tell what the wi-fi password is, garbage collection day and where in the world to put the soap in the dishwasher drawers.

Clean and great location!

We had a great weekend stay here. Diane was always available and willing to help if we needed anything. The home was clean and had all the basics we needed during our stay. The kids loved the foosball coffee table. The master bed was SO comfortable. The backyard was perfect for morning coffee and letting the kids play. We spent most of our time at Silverwood, which was about a 20 minute drive. But the house was just what we needed and would definitely stay again!
