This was our third stay at Legacy Dunes and it’s ideal for our needs. Disney is an easy 15 mins drive and you have easy access to supermarkets, restaurants etc in the Kissimmee area. Legacy Dunes is a gated complex which is beautifully kept and quiet compared to some of the bigger places we have stayed at. The apartment is perfect for two people, clean, comfortable, well equipped and with a great outlook to the pool. Communication with our hosts was spot on, arrival and departure instructions were clear. We did have a small issue during our stay which was dealt with promptly. Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend both Legacy Dunes and this apartment.

My Escape

We love legacy dunes. This was our second time staying here. We enjoy the resort vibe and how close we are to Disney and other activities for the kids! We will be back!

Loved the Legacy

Overall, our stay was enjoyable. The unit was nicely decorated, well-provided, and very comfortable. However, the television program system was not geared to enable us to access regular programs, sports, or local news. Also, for the safety of all regardless of age, I would suggest a grab-bar in the tub/shower.

Condition of property not as shown

Dirty carpet, cracked tiles, broken blinds, stove burner in 2 pieces( only 1 big burner and that is the cracked one) , furniture dirty, had 1 spoon and 3 forks. Host listed that property is checked before arrival and everything should be in excellent condition not the case. They did offer to clean the carpets after we arrived but didn't want wet carpet during our stay. Brought us silverware after 2 days of asking. Would not recommend this condo.

Great location

We had a great visit in the Legacy Dunes condo! The location right over the pool was super convenient. We stayed with our two children, who were comfortable on the sofa bed, and we had plenty of room to move around. The kitchen was well stocked, and we had a great time.

Bonjour , cet endroit est superbe , condo très propre lieux en général également , le seul point négatif s’il en est un , c’est qu’il n’y a pas d’ascenseur mais ce n’est vraiment pas très grave . Nous y avons séjourné 18 jours et c’était parfait , la piscine est chaude et spacieuse , la musique est juste à un bon niveau et les playlist excellentes. Le propriétaire est très à l’écoute des demandes et répond aux messages presque instantanément .Kouez cet endroit sans hésitation si vous êtes un couple , si vous avez à vous servir du divan lit par contre ... il est horrible , j’ai du allez acheter un très gros couvre matelas pour que les invités puissent y dormir Sinon , il y a beaucoup de vaisselles , de serviettes et d’ustensiles de cuissons J’y retournerais sans hésitation

Lovely condo overlooking the pool!

We really enjoyed our stay at Legacy Dunes. The resort is very well kept and the location very convenient. It is close to Disney and there are lots of restaurants and shopping in the area. The condo was comfortable and very nicely decorated, exactly as the pictures show. We look forward to returning next year.

Nice condo. 3rdfloor with pool view. Great fitness center, very close to unit. I loved the ease of check in and check out. Condo is about 15minutes from Disney World and about 30minutes from Universal Studios. There is a Super Target near by for groceries and souvenirs.

Relaxing and Enjoyable

This was our first time reserving with VRBO. The whole experience was easy and fast. The condo was beautiful and clean. Close to all attractions. The pool was easily accessible from the condo. My son gave me a thumbs up when he saw the place and said, "Good job mom."

This condo was perfect for my husband and I during our honeymoon!

Staying here was great, the property was beautiful and the location is awesome. Very close to Disney parks and close enough for day trips to Orlando too. It was exactly as pictured, the gated complex made us feel very safe and secure being somewhere unfamiliar. Would definitely recommend this property :)
