Great hosts

Property was nice and clean and well stocked. Hosts were also very kind to us and let us check in 30 minutes early. I’d highly recommend this place to stay any time. Would also stay here again.

Perfect Location & Quiet Setting

If you're looking for a place to stay that has easy access to the parks, shopping, restaurants & everything Orlando has to offer, while also wanting somewhere to relax, then this is definitely the place for you! It was perfectly sized for our family of 4, but you could honestly have a couple more guests and still have plently of room. The pool is beautiful and a nice place to just chill. Will definitely be booking again the next time we find ourselves in the Orlando area.

We were thrilled with this find. It was a good priced rental and a decent location close to Disney World. For this price range it was beyond what we could have gotten for a motel/hotel. The location was nice and secure.

Quiet, well-equipped apartment

The property is entirely as advertised although actually somewhat bigger than the pictures make it look. Everything was spotlessly clean and the furniture was comfortable. Check in and comms were seamless. The location is good although a drive to any amenities. The swimming pool was a nice facility and the compound felt safe and secure. We would certainly recommend.

Disney stay

We had a wonderful stay! It was close to Disney (11 miles) it was a gated community which peovided a safe feeling, the amenities were wonderful, used the pool and the game room and fitness center. Met some wonderful regulars at the resort!! Easy access to Disney and animal kingdom and Hollywood studios and Disney springs!!! Thank you for our stay

Pull out in living room is awful A portion of the spring support collapsed making it unusable. Luckily my son didn’t mind sleeping on the couch without the bed pulled out. That couch should be replaced. Otherwise our stay was fine.

Property Well Taken Care Of

Often when we rent a condo there are lots of things in need of repair. However, this unit was great. Everything was in working order and was well cared for. Plenty of towels and other necessities were supplied. Manager was quick to respond to questions. Location was close to all WDW parks. I would recommend staying here.

Vacation Condo

We stayed at this location for memorial day weekend for a vacation to disney and universal with 2 kids (13 & 5)Pros: The condo was in great shape. It was well stocked with toilet paper, paper towels, dishwasher pods, laundry detergent, towels, & washcloths. The kitchen had pots, pans, cooking utensils, silverware, kid plates/cups/cutlery, & microwave. The drive to Disney was about 17 minutes without traffic, with traffic it was about 30. Universal was about 40 minutes away (again it was memorial day weekend). The pool at the community was very nice and not too busy, we didn’t spend very much time there but it was nice. Cons: The bed in the main bedroom is absolutely terrible, my husband and I slept maybe 5 hours the whole time, we took turns on the couch to save our backs, you can also hear every bit of traffic from the window in the main bedroom. I would consider rearranging the room so that the bed isn’t right up against the windows.

Overall we were extremely disappointed with the condition of the property. Carpet was in very poor condition, we were disgusted even walking on it. Road noise was prominent and constant. Sinks have large rust spots. Towel rack in master bathroom was ripped off the wall. Closet doors in second bedroom fell off track and almost injured one of us as they fell. W/D flooded.

I'm so sorry you weren't happy with the apartment. The carpet was just cleaned prior to you arriving so I'm not sure why you would say the carpet was in poor condition. It is not. The towel rack was replaced as well as the closet door that was taken off the track.

Good place to stay while visiting DIsney, SeaWorld and family

The unit was nice. It was nothing fancy, but it was completely functional. There were a few nice touches -- makeup washcloths separate from bath towels/washcloths was a big one. Getting into and out of the property and unit property was straightforward and problem free. It was close enough to Disneyworld and SeaWorld to make the drives simple. Plenty of restaurants within a 10-minute drive as well. No complaints with any of this! But the cleanliness left a bit to be desired. One of the twin beds fell off the bed frame and I had to look underneath the bed to realign it. The mess under the bed was pretty gross. There was trash, dirty socks and some other things I didn't look at real closely under both of the twin beds. I didn't look under the king bed in the other bedroom after seeing that... If the mess under the bed wasn't there, we would stay there again, but with that, we would have to think twice.

Mixed review

This review is related to the short stay we had. There was difficulty with the check in process that was quickly rectified by contact with the owner/ manager of the property. The welcome book is dated but well done with tons of relevant information. The layout was good for our party of 5, anymore than 5 may feel crowded. Everything is dated, the carpet, the couches, the bed with stains on the couch and a rip in the carpet. Painting the walls and updating the furniture would take this property a long way! The washer and dryer is a great bonus. Now - while we were there our car was broken into overnight and I cannot say enough how amazing the response from the police and the owner was which made this a 4 star for me instead of a 3. The police said that county sees more car break ins and it isn’t specific to this listing or location. Additionally, because this was supposed to be a two week trip for us and my husband was only staying less than a week I no longer felt comfortable staying they were more than willing to refund me for the time I wasn’t there. I did feel those two days were overpriced but I was very grateful for getting any funds back. We literally slept there two nights so we did not have time to utilize any amenities of the property outside of our room.
