Genießen Sie die Aussicht auf den Hafen und die Geräusche der Wasserfälle, während Sie sich auf der großen Terrasse direkt vor dem Wohnbereich ausruhen. Der Decktisch, die Stühle, der Sonnenschirm und ein Weber BBQ tragen zum Genuss des Tahoe-Sommers bei. Treppen von diesem Deck aus können Sie die Hafengegend erkunden und zu Ihrem privaten Bootsrutsch gehen. *
Der versunkene Wohnbereich wird durch einen vom Boden bis zur Decke reichenden Kaminofen aus Holz hervorgehoben. Es gibt Highspeed-Internet und einen 50-Zoll-Plasma-TV mit DVD / VCR. Der beigefügte TiVo verfügt über mehr als 50 Filme, die täglich gewechselt werden.
Die Küche verfügt über warme Erlenschränke und Formteile, neue Edelstahlgeräte und Granit-Arbeitsplatten.
Im Obergeschoss befindet sich das Hauptschlafzimmer mit einem Queensize-Bett und das Hauptbad mit großer Dusche. Es gibt einen kleinen elektrischen Kamin für ein beruhigendes Ambiente. Eine Terrasse mit Blick auf den Hafen, die Wasserfälle und die Bäume befindet sich vor diesem Schlafzimmer.
Das zweite Schlafzimmer im Obergeschoss verfügt über ein Etagenbett und ein angrenzendes Vollbad. Eine kleine Terrasse vor diesem zweiten Schlafzimmer bietet einen Blick auf den See. Große Oberlichter befinden sich in beiden Badezimmern im Obergeschoss. Neben der Hauptebene befindet sich ein drittes Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett und angrenzenden ½ Bädern.
Der Komplex verfügt über einen eigenen Pier in Lake Tahoe, einen Pool, Tennisplätze und einen kleinen felsigen Strand. Viele Wander- und Radwege sind bequem erreichbar.

Clean, Comfortable & Convenient!

We loved our stay here for our group of 5. It was very clean, spacious, comfortable, and convenient for our weekend ski trip to Palisades. Safeway and CVS in Tahoe City are only 5 minutes away, which was perfect for picking up essentials and groceries for cooking. The kitchen is fully stocked and there is a large cabinet full of movies and board games. The master bedroom bed was very comfortable, and the kids loved sleeping in the bunk room right next door. We will be booking this unit again!

just like the one we grew up in!

Beautifully updated condo that was the exact same floor plan as the one we grew up in. Hausermann did a great job, the check in/out process was flawless. No problems other than a full timer that monopolized 4 parking spots, leaving sparse spots for us.

Gem in Dollar Point

This property is a fantastic little gem in Dollar Point. the 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms give ample room for a bigger family or two small families. The kitchen, dining, living spaces are just big enough for the same size groups. The Tahoe/mountain decor is updated and lovely. Only comment is that the mattress in the primarily suite felt a bit old/saggy, which might bother a lighter/sensitive sleeper (but certainly not everyone). But the others were great, especially the lower bunk bed full mattress.

Great spot

Comfortable and had everything we needed. We had a great stay! When there was a little problem with the heat, the property manager had someone out right away to fix it which we appreciated. There are some spaces with tiled floors, so we were glad to have our slippers on a winter visit. Also, there are several sets of stairs in the unit – some only 2-3 steps- and they are all well lit and have handrails. I mention it not as a criticism, but just because if someone has mobility issues, it’s probably good to know what you’re getting into!

It was very nice and will always hold a special place in our Star Harbor Hearts!That said, the owner should re-invest into the following items in order to justify the high rental cost. I realize there is more demand these days, but it shouldn't take away from providing quality to the customer all while maintaining the Hauserman brand.This is no way effects our plans to re-book next year as Star Harbor our favorite place in Tahoe. We'll just select a different rental with the hopes that a different owner takes a bit more pride in ownership.1. Refrigerator leaks & woke up to a puddle of water every morning.It also has trouble closing since the stripping is shredded on top of door. You have to force the doors shut to ensure your food doesn't get warm2. There are 4 fans, 2 worked, 2 didn't3. We stayed for 7 days, we were provided 3 garbage bags4. The couches are dirty, smell and are worn, springs are dead and you fall in5. The vacuum cleaner was broken. 6. Gust bedroom closet is full of brooms & cleaning equipment, Only half available ( You could store this in the outside closet)7. Staying for a week, more towels would be a nice to have8. Cleaning the outside deck table and organizing the chairs would have been nice. Looks like it wasn't touch from the last guest. + found 2 cigarette butts and a Coors light can.

The apartment has a musty smell, likely due to the 20+-year-old furniture in the living room. We didn't spend a lot of time in that room because we avoided sitting on it. The sliding door needs a new screen, so we couldn't leave the slider open because we didn't want the bugs to come inside. We had to use a plunger after the first shower, leading to backup waste coming through the drain. The mattresses in the bottom guest room and the upstairs big bedroom need replacing. You hear the mattress springs when lying down. However, the location was nice since other family members stayed in another Hauserman rental unit at Star Harbor at the same time.

The unit was exceptionally clean, and plentiful of condiments and utensils. Although next time I will bring my own knife sharpener. I already mentioned this to the great staff in the office, but you see that rocker chair to the left in the picture?. I almost split the back of my head open when I sat in it, and if flipped backwards just missing the edge of the rock fireplace. Needs to be gone.Other than that, we loved the place, but would have to rent another unit because the bedroom upstairs is designed for kids, and I don't have any youngsters. They be all grown up.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The rental unit was in great condition. Very nice condo. That was fortunate since we had to stay inside most of the time due to a snowstorm.We got discount for lift tickets for Palisades, but that was of no use since Hauserman sent the booking code only 2 days before our arrival.

Reviewer Comments: My experience was great we had a great time the home was beautiful really loved the kitchen because I love cooking and I also loved that we didn’t have to go to far to snow tub and the home came with snow sleds pretty much everything we needed during our stay.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This unit was the very first unit we ever stay in at Star Harbor. We bring out boat so its nice to see our boat in the slip. It would be nice to have a few more towels for the place. The place is stocked good with basics.
