There are numerous advantages to renting with our on-site company including superb and fast customer service. Our office is on the 6th floor of Ocean Reef and we are there with you to take care of any need you may have. We agree that this end-unit, 4 bedroom condo, does have magnificent coastal gulf views of the entire Panama City Beach coastline. We have relayed your comments to the condo owner who is proactive in maintaining the property. The pots and pans have already been replaced with new stainless steel. Mary, Thank you for this wonderful review. We are so glad that you found your condo to be beautiful, clean, and in a great location. The parking spaces are 9 ft wide (some wider) and 16ft long. It does seem tight when maneuvering inside of an enclosed garage (with all the support walls) as opposed to an outdoor parking lot. Dear Guest, Thank you for your review. We apologize that there was an alarm for one night of your stay. As explained, the building fire alarm system is outside the realm of our authority and responsibility. Greta's Beach Rentals is the property manager of the condo you stayed in and the fire alarm is the responsibility of the building association. There was absolutely nothing we could do to silence it as we are not allowed access to it. It is unfortunate that it occurred on the night of Thanksgiving and building association personnel could not be reached. This has not happened before and the issue was addressed by building management to insure that it doesn't happen again. In addition, the fire and police departments were contacted, by building management, to help insure that it doesn't happen again. Update: This condo has recently had a paint upgrade and we can assure you there is no must or smoke smell. First, we would like to thank you for your review and for rating Greta's Beach Rentals services with a top score of 5. In regard to your complaint, we personally inspect every condo, prior to check-in and our goal is for every condo to be immaculately clean and perfect for every guest. We care and want every guest stay to be as perfect and relaxing and memorable as possible. As such and as indicated in our instructions, we asks our guests to contact us and let us know if anything is out of order so that the on-site staff can take care of any issues to your satisfaction, we did not hear from you.
