Beautiful accommodation in beautiful surroundings. We had a lovely stay thank you.. Could have done with a 2nd set of keys as we didn't all go out at the same time but we managed..Would def hire a car next time as we spent a fortune on Ubers & Bolts, which would a time they'd be there but not arrive at all or be very much later..

Lovely, well appointed villa. Beautiful views across the valley to the sea. Nice living room and dining area. Kitchen laundry area efficient and well equipped. Good security and convenient elevator. Pool area is nicely landscaped and well maintained. A great location away from the crowds in Marbella and close to old Benehavis which has superior restaurants and quiet streets. Owner is amazing excellent communication and always helpful. We hope to return and enjoy it all over again!

Penthouse apartment

Very nicely appointed penthouse adjacent to Benhavis. Splendid views, very clean, excellent liaison with owner, well equipped, clear instructions with information on places to visit. Normally weather is good but for our March visit the rainfall was the heaviest for some 40 years! Good local restaurant nearby (5 minutes drive). Car essential.

Fantastic Location and Apartment

Great views in a lovely location. Apartment is immaculate and has everything you could possibly need. Great pool and garden and two sun terraces. Brilliant having Smart TVs, UK programmes, Sky TV including Sky Movie and Sports and the fast broadband. Can't wait to go back!

We upgraded to the faster broadband so that it was easier for people who needed to work or stay in contact especially for those guests staying for longer periods.. Apartment was spacious, clean and had all that was needed to make our holiday a fantastic experience.Stunning master bedroom on top floor with walk in wardrobe, large en suite, hugh balcony with views to the sea, seating and sun beds.First floor two very spacious bedrooms, one at front with views over golf course, and one at back with views to sea and access to balcony with beds and dinning table, also on this floor main bathroom. Living room large with dinning table, and access to balcony.Kitchen was well laid out with seperate utility and everything you could want to make your stay comfortable.Pool area across from apartments was clean, well laid out with plenty of beds, toilets, and very large pool, with seperate small child pool.Access to Puerto Banus was easy, as was the many beaches to choose from, our favourite was down at Estepona as had great restaurants, easy parking at 1 for all day, plus water sports entertainment if you wanted it.The real gems in the area is Marbella Old Town which comes alive at night, what a great atmosphere with beuatiful sights and restaurants and Banahavis, with its small streets and relaxed atmosphere.Dealing with Kim during the booking, stay and post holiday process was very easy, great communication and would highly recommend.

Amazing Condo in a Great Property

We spent a month in Kim's condo and couldn't have been more pleased. The views from both sides of the condos are spectacular and the terraces always seemed to have the nicest breezes. The condo itself is very large and roomy with luxury finishes and the kitchen is well equipped It definitely exceeded our expectations across the board. We would book this unit again in a heartbeat!

Super nice apartment

Property easy to find using sat nav, Was checked in by very nice lady who ran us through everything we could need to know. rooms all very nicely furnished and spacious very large balcony on upper floor and decent size on lower floor, property has everything you can need for a nice comfortable stay. Really nice pool a few steps up the road, apartment building was very nice and quiet. All in all very pleased with choice of apartment and would come again.

A great escape

Despite booking the apartment pre covid, Kim kept in touch and was very accommodating to our date changes. She sent everything through that we needed pre departure and when we arrived at the apartment it didn’t disappoint. It’s in a lovely location and is convenient to everything you need on a holiday. The apartment is well appointed, it really does have everything you need in it.

A fab stay

We had a wonderful stay! The apartment was clean and tidy on arrival. It has everything you’d need for a family holiday. We were a family of 6 and there was plenty room. The two outside areas is a great bonus. It is situated near restaurants and shops and San Pedro beach is only a 10/15 minute drive. It is in a great situation for exploring. Kim was a great host and very responsive to questions and queries. Would DEFO recommend!!

Spacious, clean duplex apartment with lovely views and in a wonderful location.

We had a great week here in February. Ate breakfast on the terrace every morning enjoying the sunshine. Small kitchen but plenty of living space elsewhere and very comfortable bedrooms. A bit too chilly to swim but the pool looked great and the setting was stunning. Some great runs in the hills from the apartment- wonderful views including of Morocco and Gibraltar. Lots to do- fantastic day trips to Ronda, Marbella, Selwo Zoo and Gibraltar. Would highly recommend.

Lovely apartment in a great location with nice views

We stayed in the apartment for 2 weeks. Booking the apartment was easy through VRBO albeit that we had a slight challenge around the start date. The owner was very quick to respond and we easily got to a solution. Communication regarding the rental was good with a responsive owner. The apartment is in a very nice location. Surrounded by views and other lovely properties. The apartment was in a good state of maintenance and everything was working as expected. It's kitted out with plenty of cleaning aids as well as a vacuum cleaner. The kitchen is well kitted out with all mid cons and plenty of crockery and glasses. The microwave, washing machine and dryer look.a bit old but are all in perfect working order. The apartment is in a hilly location and no shops directly close by, so a car is required. Marbella is about 15 minutes drive and San Pedro de Alcateraz is only 2km away. The apartment has 2 terraces. We used mainly the one connected to the lounge. It benefits from the morning sun and is lovely all day round with views of the sea in the distance. There is a nice breeze mostvof the time, which meant we hardly used the aircon as we opened the windows and doors. The bedrooms were comfortable with bedient mattresses and all have aircon. The swimming pool is lovely, however separate from the apartment at a 1 minute walk. Access is via a gate. The pool is beautiful and large enough to never feel too crowded. It's about 20m x 8m so a really good size with stunning surroundings and trees, shrubs etc. and.its all very nicely kept and gardeners were busy tidying and cleaning on a daily basis. We would definitely stay in this apartment again. Only thing we'd change is the roof top terrace and make that homelier and fit an outdoor kitchen, add plants (on both terraces), and put a blind outside the master bathroom window as the bathroom gets very warm from the sun. The table on the roof top terrace could also do with replacing as the table top was losing its lamination. Other than that we've had an amazing, wonderful stay in this apartment in a great part of the Costa del Sol and would wholeheartedly recommend this lovely apartment.

Long Drive

The online listing describing a " stunning penthouse", is spot on. Spacious, nicely furnished rooms, with a well equipped kitchen on the lower floor lead out to a wonderful balcony area with plenty of space for relaxing and dining or simply, to enjoy the panoramic views. As if this were not enough, venture up the marble staircase to the completely en-suite upper floor, with dressing room, bathroom, bedroom and another, even larger outside terrace with lovely views of the Med, mountains and golf course. Plenty of amenities such as restaurants, bars, shops, beaches, golf courses are available within a short distance. A car is required here.There is also plenty of entertainment within the apartment in the form of multiple TVs, play station, games and books. A great place for a great holiday.

Altos - great penthouse apartment in the best community in La Quinta

If you seek a peaceful and relaxing break, look no further than this duplex penthouse in Altos de la Quinta. Close to everything, yet just set far enough away from the major developments to be peaceful and open to the beautiful mountain scenery. Kim was fantastic to deal with, professional, organized, flexible, and clear communicator. The apartment is very clean, well maintained, and fully equipped; everything you need for a comfortable and relaxing getaway.

Lovely Duplex Apartment at La Quinta Golf

Had a great 2 weeks here in August as a family with 4 boys from 8 to 15 years old. The apartment is ideal with 2 twin bedded rooms on the lower floor and a master suite of bedroom, dressing room and en suite with a huge wrap-around terrace upstairs. This suite was a large oasis with views to the sea and of the mountains (best of both worlds). The apartment is in the La Quinta Golf resort so a paradise for golfers, for as a non-golfer, we spent most of our time in the surrounding areas - particularly Benahavis (with its amazing river walk and carnival), Ronda, Puerto Banus and Estepona. We also spent a lot of time at the communal pool which is beautifully set among trees with great views, a great pool and plenty of loungers. I highly recommend a car as it is very hilly and walking around is for the fit, so hire some wheels and you are situated in a fantastic location to chill, golf or explore.

28 Days at La Quinta

We have been going to La Quinta for 12 years running and have stayed at several different premises within the resort.
