We were in Charleston for our son's wedding.This house is very conveniently located. We were able to pick up things we forgot right down the street at Walmart. The house was very well stocked with plenty of towels and soaps, and all the supplies you would need in the kitchen. There was pleanty of space for our large family to spread out and plenty of parking to fit all of our cars. We are very happy with our stay

This house was in a wonderful location! My family was in town for a Charleston wedding. It’s close to Charleston with lots of restaurants in the neighborhood too. Would definitely stay here again.

Family Thanksgiving stay

This was a great home for my family to stay during Thanksgiving. The location was perfect. The house was ample and could sleep quite a few. We will look to book this again in the future.

Location was very close to Charleston. House was clean, well stocked and as described. Great for large/multiple families. One night - late (around 2 am), there were a number of people screaming about a block away…. But that could have been just a one-time, unusual case. Other than that, everything was fine. Owner was helpful and easy to communicate with.

When reservation first made, hoped there would be 5 of us. Ended up with only 3, but we each had our privacy and a large dining room table to hang out at. Location of house was perfect, not just to beach but to Visitors' hub in downtown Charleston. Should have stayed longer.

Lifelong friends together again

We're friends from grade and high school in PA who now live elsewhere and don't get together too often. We're so happy that we got together in Charleston area and loved the house. It's location was perfect for seeing Mt Pleasant, the beaches and getting to Charleston Visitors' Center. We loved the amenities in the house, and we wished it was warmer weather to sit out back.

Citadel Parents Weekend

Perfect location as we went between the Mount Pleasant golf courses and downtown. House was as expected, 5 big bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. Place isn't brand new but clean and definitely some updates made. Thanks

This is a good house for a large family to stay. We all gathered from all around the country to celebrate a graduation and it worked. Since we were there for family, it didn’t matter much that the WiFi didn’t work and no answer was forthcoming. One family member had to go to a coffee shop to send a large work email. We even allowed the “not at all hot water”! Oddly, there were no grab bars in the downstairs shower where we had Mom, but grab bars in the upstairs shower, which she could not get to. She said she didn’t want the cool shower anyway. Also one of the monitors was beeping when we checked in. A maintenance man came to change the battery. It started beeping again so we had to just pull the battery. But it accommodated all of us and was well located—easy to get to and from where we needed to go.

Girls Trip

We had a great stay. House was very nice. Plenty of sleeping space and all beds were comfy! Convenient location to Charleston Market, King St, Sullivan’s Island and Shem Creek. One thing that would be helpful for future guest is to provide beach chairs. When flying you don’t have room for them and unable to rent at beach. Was a great long weekend!

Great location for all areas of Charleston

The only challenge we had was with the AC upstairs. It was miserable at first but we opened windows and turned on all ceiling fans. For visiting, cooking, and attending multiple locations it couldn’t be beat. Will be back.

This property was not ready for occupation. We reserved for a party of 9. There was ample space. However there was only a place setting for 6 in the kitchen. We requested more dishes and they brought some the next day. There was also no hot water as the host had not refilled the propane tank. That was also fixed the next day. Overall the property had not been thoroughly clean in quite some time. Vents were filthy as well as the inside of kitchen drawers. The exterior front storm door was also broken and did not latch. A washer and dryer are available in the garage but they were also dirty. I would not recommend this location until significant cleaning and care has been taken.
