Not the most pleasant guest to host. The guest had difficulty reading and following information and instructions that were readily available. We provide all pertinent details such as check-in time, access codes, and property features in advance—but it’s important that guests take the time to review /read them. For example, the listing clearly states that the property does not have air conditioning.That is why guest could not find it. We also do not provide written receipts, as all payments are handled directly through the booking platform. The front door lock is simple if you follow the directions/video. Agan you must read. Communication throughout the stay was poor. We regret that your companion did not join you, and hope future stays elsewhere are more to your liking.

Our family beach home holds so many beautiful memories — our six children and grandchildren have all grown up enjoying it, surrounded by love, laughter, and ALL their toys. We are overwhelmed with gratitude and memories here. So, with all due respect, I think your opinion may be a bit misplaced. The door works perfectly when the directions are followed.

Each bedroom has a full size bed which comfortably sleeps 2 adults...

The only real issue we had is that you left the place in a complete mess, ignored all the checkout instructions, and jammed the lockbox. I’d also suggest letting your family members know not to leave all the lights on while you're sleeping if it's going to be a problem—they were the ones who left them on, after all. That is on you. That’s a first in over 10 years of hosting.
