Thank you for highlighting our excellent communication and cleanliness! We take great pride in being responsive hosts. We were surprised to hear your feedback regarding the furniture, as our cabins are recently updated and we have a strict policy of replacing any items at the first sign of wear to ensure a premium experience. While 'rustic' is part of our cozy mountain aesthetic, we ensure every piece—from the sofa to the mattress—is high-quality and supportive. We understand that 'comfort' is personal and subjective but we are sorry you did not find our furniture comfortable. Regarding the tech, the Wi-Fi and TV have been fully inspected and are working perfectly; we've also simplified the login instructions to make it easier for future guests. We appreciate you choosing us for your stay!

Jana, Thank you for your review and feedback. We are sorry to hear that some dishes were not paid clean but we do have an on-call staff member who is always available & would have been happy to address any oversight immediately, as we do strive for perfection in our cleaning routine but we are humans so would have appreciated the chance to make it right in the moment rather then reading a review posted a month later. We are not managed by a company, we are the owners and managers and are actually very friendly with our customer and is one of the main reasons we are in the business. We reviewed all of our interactions with you and did not discover any communication outside of your request to be next to your friend, which the cabin was not available so we could not accommodate your request. So we are unsure what made you feel like we were unfriendly but would have liked to known what specifically made you feel that way so we can try to make sure our customers do not feel like we are unfriendly because that is not our intent and we do not treat people like tourist, we treat people like people.

Thank you for the review! We want to clarify for future guests that we do provide an in-sink dish soap in a dispenser located directly next to the kitchen sink. We also provide a 24/7 guest support phone number to help with any questions or help locating items during a stay—we would have been happy to point that out! Our cabins are designed to be an affordable, 'tiny' getaway with the essentials needed for simple meals. We appreciate the feedback and are glad you enjoyed your stay!
