Great place

We really enjoyed our stay, it was the perfect amount of space for multiple families with teens. The property manager was excellent to deal with leading up to and during our stay. We hope to come back to this home again in the future.

Amazing villa!

We had an absolutely amazing time at this villa! It was beautiful, and exceeded our expectations! The pool was nice and toasty and we loved the hot tub! Very private and quiet! The host responded quickly about getting our grill to us! Highly recommend. Nice and clean!

All in all the house was great and clean and the kids loved it. However, some things in the house were broken and didn't work properly. All in all a good place for a big group.

What an amazing place to stay while at Disney. We dealt with Gina, the property owner and she was fabulous to deal with. This was my first time using VRBO, it was painless. The property was immaculate, the pool onsite was truly a pleasure while we were there. The kiddos loved it. Ms Gina was such a blessing. I would definitely recommend this home as a ace to stay while off Disney Property. We will definitely be back. Thank you Ms Gina for everything. A++++++

2019 Summer Vacation

Overall the property was very comfortable. The kids really enjoyed the pool. In regards to cleanliness we found a lot of the dishes/cookware were dirty. The toaster and blender did not function properly. The amount of cookware is also very limited. Nevertheless we enjoyed our stay.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We rented this home for a group of 7 adults and enjoyed our stay. We had plenty of room and the pool and patio overlooked a green space and were peaceful for evening drinks and conversation. The home is only 10 minutes to Disney and there are lots of restaurants and stores within a couple of miles. There were a couple of things we were disappointed in though. We have rented several homes in the past and while obviously they aren’t fully stocked when you arrive- they normally have the basic items to get you through the first day. We only had a couple of towels and one washcloth per bathroom, and one bathroom had no linen, so we all had to share and reuse which isn’t ideal. We arrived late and had to make a run to CVS because we had no dish soap, no hand soap, no coffee packets, no paper towels, and no trash bags. We also were disappointed in the game room as there were no games for the game consoles, no board games to play, and we didn’t have a triangle to rack the pool balls or chalk for the pool sticks. These are small items which wouldn’t cost very much to supply/replace and would make a big difference to guests. Not a huge deal but just know you need to bring your own games/supplies/extra towels.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall the rental was great. Floors were not as clean as I would have liked (pills found on floor in bedroom). No rugs in bathroom to get out of the shower on, no rug at the door to prevent dirt from coming in. Microwave broke beginning of the week with no replacement - hard to heat up leftovers for dinner, etc. Lots of sand in the hot tub - had to call to clean. Heat for pool was perfect. Perfect location for the parks. Manager of Excellent Vacation Homes was more than helpful and very easy to reach.

Fantastic Holiday and Villa

We stayed at the villa for 3 weeks. It was very clean on arrival, had everything we needed. The management company were great with communication before we got there and while we were there. The villa was amazing, we all had lovely rooms and our own bathrooms. The pool area was great, plenty of room for all 7 of us in the pool at once, although the large tree in front of the lanai could do with trimming so it doesn’t damage the screen in the storms. And it cuts out a lot of sunshine on the pool deck. The view to the right of the property was great, plenty of wildlife to watch in the lake area behind us. Windsor Hills is an amazing, location, the security team on the gate are hard working and very conscientious, we felt extremely safe. It is literally minutes away from Disney, we could hear the fireworks from the villa at night. There are plenty of shops and diners in the area, a huge Walmart a minutes drive away. We also cooked in the villa too some nights. I will miss sitting outside on the pool deck listening to the frogs and watching the storms. It’s been amazing.

Family Disney Trip

We rented this house for a week and did 2 days at Disney while there. It was a perfect location to get to and from the parks and to any stores/restaurants. The house itself was great for what we needed, we just had a small issue with the hot tub and Rem was quick to help. We liked that we could go use the community pool and that there was food and some groceries in the club house. We would recommend staying here while at Disney!

Perfect Stay

Great stay. Very up to date. Had everything we needed except dish towels and cloths. We left ours there so now they have them. Comfortable beds and not a horrible walk to the clubhouse.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house was very nice and clean and had everything we needed. However, I paid for pool heat for our 6 day stay and the pool never got warm. It was 62 degrees the first morning and even though we were told that it would warm up by 1 degree per hour, it took until day 5 to reach 80 degrees. On our last day, it was still only 81 in the pool, never reaching the 86 degree heated pool temperature. Definitely not warm. We were I ly able to use it the last 2 days, and could only stay in for about an hour each time because the kids got so cold.

Vacation Appreciation

Plenty of room for our family of 4 - A group of 8-10 could easily share this property. The host provided lots of towels, including beach size towels, pool towels, and kitchen towels. Also, there was plenty of toilet tissue and hotel size soap. We cooked breakfast with provided cookware and used the oven for pizza. If you plan to cook a lot bring some of your favorite cooking equipment. We enjoyed the pool and got plenty of sun on the deck. I recommend paying for pool heat - we are glad we did. Each adult bed is king sized with bunches of pillows and comfortable linens. I would stay again because of the awesome communication with the manager. All issues were addressed within the hour. Make sure you bring games for the PlayStation. We were not able to get the jacuzzi hot and bubbling, otherwise perfect.

Beautiful House for a Family Vacation

From the beginning the owner of the property (Gina) was very responsive to answering all of my questions, so I could feel confident in booking this property for our family vacation. The Star Wars and Frozen themed rooms upstairs were a highlight for my kids, as well as relaxing in the game room as a family to unwind after a long day at the parks. The pool was beautiful/clean and my family of 8 could all be in the pool/hot tub at the same time playing with the provided pool toys. I loved that it backed up to a wildlife area/pond. The beds were extremely comfortable in the 3 bedrooms downstairs. We always felt rested when we got up. Gina was there for us the entire trip as I had questions she was quick to respond and provide useful tips. The gated community was also nice, and we used the community pool one day to mix it up and the kids enjoyed it and the slides. I would definitely recommend staying at Gina's property.

Our family vacation

Our family was very impressed about staying at the house in Windsor Hills. It was conveniently located to the parks and amenities. The response time to any issues was quick. Gina was most helpful with all our inquiries. We would most definitely consider staying here again!!
