The entire place was spotless and accommodated our needs. The balcony just was perfect for gorgeous views of the white sand and ocean while overlooking both pools. There's one full and 1/2 bath. The property"s location was in proximity to everything! Even though the property is undergoing remodeling, this didn’t negatively impact our stay at all. We were offered to check in before 4 pm and to check out a little later. We really appreciated everything and definitely would stay here again!

My wife and I have lived here in Destin for 14 years. We’ve loved waking up to the sound of the ocean and ending our days with, what we think, are the best sunset views in Florida. We are dedicated to providing timely, responsive service to resolve any issues that may arise. We are committed to providing an impeccable guest experience so your vacation can be a wonderful time to remember.

Darum fiel die Entscheidung auf diese Unterkunft

We have always dreamed of retiring in Destin, as it’s a place we’ve visited for years to enjoy fishing. The emerald green waters of the Destin beaches were truly the selling point for us. The sugar-white sand along the shoreline makes it easy to remember why we chose this special place. And the sunsets, some of the most beautiful in the world, are simply breathtaking.

Das macht diese Unterkunft einzigartig

What truly sets SunDestin 309 apart is its ideal third-floor location—the perfect balance between breathtaking views and easy access. From your private balcony, you’ll enjoy unobstructed, front-row views of Destin’s emerald-green Gulf waters while remaining close enough to hear the soothing sound of the waves rolling onto the shore. The convenient third-floor elevation also allows for quick access to the beach and resort amenities without the hassle of long elevator waits.

Located in the heart of Destin, our freshly updated beachfront condo combines the peaceful atmosphere of a coastal retreat with easy access to everything the area has to offer. Big Kahuna’s Water Park, popular restaurants, shopping, and local attractions are all just minutes away.

We’ve thoughtfully designed SunDestin 309 to be more than just a vacation rental—it’s our family’s own slice of paradise. From comfortable furnishings to convenient amenities, every detail has been chosen to help you relax, reconnect, and create the kind of beach memories that bring families back year after year.
