Neu renoviert und bereit für Ihren Familienurlaub oder ein Wochenende. Drei Schlafzimmer im Obergeschoss, gemütliche Küche, Essbereich und Wohnzimmer. 1 1/2 Bäder. Vollbad ist neu renoviert. Deck auf der Rückseite bietet einen Blick auf die Stadt. Ein großer Garten für die Kinder und ein Lagerfeuerplatz stehen zur Verfügung. In der Nähe der Innenstadt, Spielplätze, Radwege und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Holzböden im gesamten. Waschmaschine und Trockner vor Ort. Bitte nicht mehr als 6 Gäste! TV, Kabel und WLAN zur Verfügung gestellt. Rauchverbot im Stadthaus. Keine Haustiere bitte. Völlig privater Eingang, aber Achterdeck und Garten werden mit dem Eigentümer geteilt, der vor Ort wohnt.

The home is located in close proximity to downtown and the beaches. The neighborhood is quiet. The home has everything one needs. The property manager is utterly accommodating and responsive. We will come back again.

Good, convenient location. Quiet, aside from church bells going off on the hour, but I personally found the sound of those relaxing. Plenty of space and privacy. Enjoyed the patio for eating outside. I was disappointed in how tired the house and its amenities were. The pictures looked nice when I booked the place online but in person I thought things were more worn out, particularly in the kitchen, which isn't really featured in detail on the listing page. I also thought the washing machine seemed like it could use a good cleaning.

Cute and comfy

This property is older so it's a little quirky: creaky as you're walking around, some of the interior doors close funny, and the lights are connected in ways that aren't always intuitive. But it's clean with ample amenities and special touches, and it's in a great neighborhood. There was construction a half-block away while we were there, which was a little noisy on weekdays, but only during daytime. The blackout blinds in the bedrooms were an excellent touch, and communication with the host was prompt and courteous. The kitchen and dining area met our needs well. We would be happy to consider staying here again next time we're in Petoskey.

Great house for our weekend in Petoskey!

We loved being so close to downtown! It was a short walk to all the shops, restaurants, and parks in town. And since the weather was warm we took a few walks to the breakwall to jump in the lake. The house had everything we needed: comfy beds, a nice view, plenty of parking! Would definitely stay here again!

Went for a wedding at the Perry. Location was close enough for us to walk, even in heels. Place is as described. Older home but updated and comfortable like home. Back deck has nice view of the bay. Would stay again if in Petoskey. Colleen was responsive and helpful.

Great Property and location!!!

We loved this property! It was very comfortable, clean and Colleen was very accommodating. The kitchen was stocked well and the extra bedding and towels were nice too. The property is very close to town and we walked to the waterfront and the shopping. We had no issues at all!

Cute Place, but 9pm bed time

The place was adorable and perfect for 2 soccer moms and their girls. It was walking distance to downtown which was great. However, when they say 9pm quiet time, they mean bed time. We were just talking at the kitchen table and the neighbor called the cops because we were disturbing her peace. That was the only bad part, loved the place even though the neighbor is cranky.

Great place and location!

This was the perfect place for my family. We visited for 10 days for a wedding and extended family vacation and this place was perfect for us. We loved how we could walk to restaurants and shops but centrally located to other attractions in Northern Michigan. The place was clean and had all necessities for a family of 4. We highly suggest this rental!

Colleen was a terrific host. She was very responsive to questions before and during the stay and offered suggestions about the local community. The property was great - it was just 2 blocks from town, the house was very comfortable, and meet our needs. Thanks for hosting our family at your property. It was a wonderful place to stay for the week, overall excellent. Close to downtown and the wedding venue on Saturday. Enjoyed shopping, restaurants. It had all the amenities we needed for our stay.

Great home away from home

Stayed there over Labor Day weekend to attend wedding festivities for a dear friend. It was a perfect spot for us, location walkable to the restaurant area, short drive to the park, enjoyed playing baseball in the backyard with my son.
