Family vacation

Such easy access to downtown. Walking distance to everything. Lots of room, comfortable & very homey. Great having a washer & dryer. We would definitely stay again. The kids were able to just come & go with door lock. Would have loved an umbrella on the rooftop patio set. Great location.

Despite a few minor flaws, mostly related to appliances that were waiting for repair, the location of this spacious apartment cannot be beat. Anyone wanting to explore Petoskey’s will find this spacious apartment as an ideal home base. Glimpses of downtown and even the bay are visible through the living room windows. I would recommend this to anyone wanting to explore Petoskey and the surrounding areas.

Getaway Weekend

Loved the location. Petoskey has a fantastic downtown! The apartment was very spacious and had all the amenities we needed. Easy check-in. A few drawbacks, those bunk beds are not comfy for adults! I choose the couch instead. Overall the apartment was clean, but the carpet is definitely in need of replacement or a good cleaning.

This apartment is clean and located right in the heart of Downtown Petoskey. Eric was friendly and easy to communicate with. Will definitely return!

Spacious condo, downtown location, great host

This second floor condo had everything my wife and I needed for our stay. Literally steps away from restaurants on Mitchell Street, and just a short walk to everything else in downtown Petoskey. The host was responsive and very helpful. We arrived quite early and Eric was able to provide access to the condo by early afternoon. I was concerned about downtown parking, but the big public lot behind the condo (accessed from Michigan Street) costs only $2.50 to park all day, and it's free on Sunday. It's worthwhile to download the Parkmobile app.

Stellar location and communication!

The location was walkable to EVERYTHING. Shopping, dining, nature hikes and even BayView, the waterfront and parks. It was quiet and the back spiral stairs down off the outside deck led right to the Back Lot food trucks! Eric, the host, responded immediately to any question. Easy in and out. Loved it!

Cute space and great location

Eric’s property worked out great for our girls weekend with my family. Perfect amount of space, we appreciated having 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms! Great location downtown made it easy to get to all the spots we wanted to visit.

Perfect location!

My husband and I picked a beautiful weekend and a wonderful location to stay in Petosky. Everything was within walking distance. We really enjoyed our stay and the apartment included all the conveniences you could need and more.

Great condo, great location in town

Great location downtown, walk to restaurants, shops, waterfront. Direct access to bike trails. Clean, comfortable, every convenience thought of. The owners were most helpful. Watched the 4th of July parade from our front window!

Lovely Place

Stayed for a weekend with five adults. The place was perfect, clean, and had everything we needed. It’s right in the heart of downtown Petoskey, where we were able to walk to everything. Communication with the host was wonderful. We will definitely be back!

Fantastic location for fun in Petoskey

The condo is located in an old building with lots of character. It’s a very large space with two nice bathrooms. The outside space is also nice. It’s located right in downtown Petoskey, so very convenient to go anywhere. Parking was not an issue; it’s important to understand when the meters are enforced and plan accordingly. Overnight parking is free after 6pm and meters start at 9am. Very clean.

Amazing stay in the heart of Petoskey

We had the best few days at this VRBO right in the heart of downtown Petoskey! What a cool spot - upstairs over a storefront on one of the main streets and right near restaurants, food trucks, cafes, ice cream and so much more. The property was surprisingly spacious - so much room for our family to spread out, relax and even work remotely. Beds were comfy, showers had great water pressure, kitchen and dining table large and stocked. The back patio was a nice bonus to enjoy at the end of a busy day!! Loved the decor calling out local spots. So glad this is where we booked for our time in Petoskey.

Perfect location!

The location of this property perfect! It is in downtown Petoskey with excellent shopping & restaurants/bars right outside your door. The two full bathrooms are a plus as well. You do need to walk up a flight of stairs, so if you have someone with mobility issues you may want to rethink. Not a hindrance all for for those who don’t have those issues. The photos accurately represent this property. Eric was exceptional with his communication. He answered all of our correspondence quickly and efficiently. We really enjoyed our stay
