Broadmoor 102 ist ein schönes 2 Schlafzimmer, 2 Badezimmer-Einheit direkt am Golf von Mexiko und bequem auf der ersten Etage.

Dieses Gerät verfügt über einen Master-Suite mit einem Doppelbett, Zugang zum Balkon und Master-Bad mit begehbarer Dusche.

Die Gäste-Schlafzimmer mit 2 Einzelbetten.

Gerät verfügt auch über Fliesen im gesamten, eine Wet-Bar mit Eismaschine, in voller Größe Waschmaschine und Trockner, Edelstahl Geräten, Granit, Flachbildfernseher und DVD-Player in den beiden Schlafzimmern sowie das Wohnzimmer, Schlafsofa und kostenfreiem WLAN.

We’ve stayed in at least 12 different condos in Orange Beach. We are already trying to find this condo again for late October probably our favorite by far.

Very spacious

We enjoyed staying here, very spacious-could not even hear others in the condo once in my bedroom. All the amenities were great and we had everything we needed. Had an issue with the shower and it was fixed next day--very prompt attention. Great experience will stay here again!

Quality Beach Time

Nice building, close to beach. Condo was very clean and had all you could want. Have stayed at the Broadmoor several times and will continue to return. Only issue is why you can't check in early if the condo is ready.

We enjoyed our stay at the Broadmoor. The condo was super nice and was very clean and comfy. The only thing is the smoking area was not posted so weren’t sure where we were supposed to go. But we all enjoyed our stay.

Excellent Location

Excellent location right on the beach and close to anything you need. Condo was clean, staff communication was excellent, but very limited parking due to construction. Limited parking was communicated ahead of time.

Just a little warm

The ac unit was having some issues , but the property owner did offer another condo down the beach , but we were leaving the next day . I really appreciated the offer . All around great trip 👍👍

Perfect condo

We were very pleased with this condo. Between how clean it was, to how much space in the condo, we were very thrilled. Everything worked and supplied properly. Short walk to the pool & beach area. Was not over populated, which was nice. We are considering renting this condo again. We’ve been renting condos for the past 10 plus years, and this was one of the best we’ve stayed at. Again, we are very pleased.

Guy trip

Overall a very good experience. The only downside was there was only one parking pass provided and we had to pay for an additional pass, which I think is ridiculous for the amount of money that these rooms cost, plus the fact that it's a 2 bedroom. I've never rented a condo in that area that only provided one pass.

Great location, but needs exterminator

This is my families second year staying at the Broadmoor, and first time in this unit. All in all it was a nice unit. The living room TV did not work, and it had roaches in the kitchen. Other than that the unit was clean and well equipped for our stay. Minus a few things, would definitely rent again. Great location, short walk to the beach, and covered parking were definitely a plus.

Orange Beach

The location was fabulous. The beach is breathtaking. The condo I loved, but it would be great if you would supply hand soap, trash bags, hair dryer and more than one roll of toilet paper. Had to make a few trips to the store due to not having those items. The place was super spacious. Loved the master bedroom, but had issues with the lights and outkets not working. The master bed was comfy, but the two twin beds probably need to be replaced; super squeaky.

Great Condo

Broadmoor 102 is a Very nice unit. Very clean . Painted Walls, curtains and rugs appear to be brand new. More spacious than most 2 bedroom condos we have stayed in. Loved the 1st floor location . Easy access to the beach. We used the stairs rather than elevator most times. Liquid Life Cleaning crew did an excellent job. (How often can you say that). If this is their standard practice I will definitely be renting from Liquid Life again. Only drawback, tennis courts are closed .

Construction Zone

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The construction started at 8am and went until 5pm. Grinding balcony floors and what sounded like needle guns to remove railing paint. The entire outside of the building was a construction zone. Bring your own toilet paper and trash bags if staying long enough to need more than one of each. The location is perfect, the views are awesome.

Best Condo -spectacular views

This was a quick 3 night stay but this condo was perfect and I wish we could have stayed a few more days. The views from the living room and master suite are amazing. You can sit on the balcony and see for miles. I saw several dolphins and other wildlife will having my coffee on the balcony which has a small table and A wicker Seat... enough space for my family of 4. The unit was very clean and well supplied with towels and bedding. Very spacious and nicely decorated. Pool is clean and nice and was never crowded.. we only used it 1 time. There is also a hot tub but we did not use it either. We stayed on the beach! Only negative was the the master mattress was on the hard side- I’m use to my foam mattress so I know it’s very subjective. I hated to leave this condo. I’m keeping it on my list of top places to return to....and I’ll bring my mattress topper with me. ;-)

Great condo. Not so great customer service

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was great. It was clean. However, it really needs more cooking and baking items in the cabinets. I could not find a flat baking sheet. Also, there was nowhere to hang our towels in the master bathroom or in the bedroom. Also, the construction was terrible. Loud drilling all day that you can hear even far down the beach.l, and from inside. The pool was closed too. This should be reflected in the price and mentioned before confirming the reservation. Not 2 weeks before we get there. My booking experience was terrible. I tried asking a question which did not get answered. When I got annoyed at the lack of response the manager canceled my reservation without notice. I had to call and argue with her to give it back. Not very good customer service. Nearly ruined my carefully planned vacation. Other than that, everything was great.

Great Location but Construction and Condo Maintenance Issues

Check-in time was 3 pm. Received a text early that morning stating that the door code would be sent via text when the unit was ready. Contacted Liquid Life for code after 3 pm and they stated the unit was not ready. The door code was not texted until after 6 pm. Upon arrival, the floors were slick with an oily substance and the fumes were so overwhelming, that we had to open the doors and windows. The condo floor was so dirty that our feet and socks were completely black from walking. We were provided with very limited towels and washcloths for the week-long stay. Mid-week water began leaking into the unit. We contacted Liquid Life. A maintenance person arrived and placed 6 industrial dryers in the unit. (Very loud and obstructive.) No one contacted us for the remainder of the stay and left the industrial dryers in the unit. Each day while we were out, someone would come in and turn the loud dryers back on while leaving on lights and tracking in debris. The construction of the building didn't allow access to the beach very easily. To get to the beach, we had to walk through the parking garage and around the side of the building. The path had lots of nails, screws, and construction debris. There was no place to rinse sand off of feet when returning from the beach.

An issue has been sent to Liquid Life, they responded that they would pass it onto the owners. Master bedroom needs a king size bed. That has been mentioned previously.
