The house was excellent for hosting a large group of women. Very cozy furniture, the beds were great. I do wish the pillows were a bit better and extra pillow cases to be able to manage that on our own, but the house was great. Very fun for our younger guests, excellent proximity to the beach and Seaside downtown.

Great place, close to Seaside beach.Well stocked, lots of games and beach items to use. Hot tub in back yard was a bonus .Really geared towards families. Nice to find a pet friendly VRBO.Check in and Check out process was easy.We also enjoyed day trips to Cannon Beach and Astoria( the Goonies) the house had the DVD of the movie, so fun to watch.

As soon we entered this house it smelled like wet dog and they never cleaned up the dog poop in the yard. The bbq didn’t work properly without using a lighter to ignite it, the rail for the stairs was broken, so was the handle for one of the sliding door. The house itself was stocked with lots of stuff for the beach and kitchen necessities. Overall we had an ok experience just wasn’t very clean.

I apologize for the pet odor on arrival and for pet waste that wasn't removed from the yard — we are addressing this with the housekeeping team and conducting the necessary retraining. The maintenance team secured the stair railing and repaired the back door handle. They are also completing repairs on the BBQ. We truly appreciate the feedback and please know we are using it to improve.

We were not aware that this was literally right next to a water treatment plant that ran 24/7. It was noisy and smelly. We thought we would be listening to the ocean, not mechanical noise day and night. We were charged a huge host fee that made our stay cost increase significantly much to our surprise when we got our final bill. We started cooking steaks on the BBQ, and halfway through it ran out of propane, so our dinner was ruined. No backup tank. It’s got a Very tiny backyard so don’t be fooled by the pictures. Otherwise a large well appointed house that can accommodate a large number of people, but the location is not great. So it was just OK.

It is a block away and not usually a concern to our renters, but we will absolutely consider adding more information about it on the listing. I would like to clarify that we do not issue a final bill to our renters upon check-out. The full price of the stay is advertised before booking and no additional fees are added after check out. I will speak to the housekeeping team about remembering to check the propane tank during each arrival clean, I'm truly sorry it ran out on you. We appreciate your feedback and will use it to improve.

This house comfortably fit 2 families of 4 and the hot tub was great. Dog friendly and great set up. We really enjoyed our time!
