Das Royal Palms Penthouse 1407 befindet sich am 561 East Beach Boulevard im schönen Gulf Shores, Alabama.

Diese unglaubliche Eck-Penthouse-Einheit wird Sie sicher von den Füßen nehmen! Mit einem großen umlaufenden Balkon und weitreichendem Ausblick bietet dieses 1 Schlafzimmer, 2 Badezimmer alles, was Sie für einen nächsten Strandurlaub benötigen. Es gibt ein Kingsize-Bett in der Master Suite, Flur Etagenbett (nur für Kinder bitte!) und ein Schlafsofa im Wohnzimmer, so dass dieses Gerät bis zu 6 Personen bequem unterbringen kann. Es gibt eine Waschmaschine und einen Trockner in der Einheit für Ihre Bequemlichkeit. Mit einer voll ausgestatteten Küche ist das Essen ein Kinderspiel! Dieses Gerät verfügt über 2 Flachbild-TVs, einen DVD-Player und WLAN, damit Sie während Ihres Aufenthalts in Verbindung bleiben und unterhalten werden.

Royal Palms ist ein wunderschönes Anwesen mit vielen hervorragenden Annehmlichkeiten. Dank seiner Lage am Golf haben Sie jeden Tag einfachen Zugang zu den weißen Sandstränden von Gulf Shores! The balcony sells the place hands down. I really really enjoyed this balcony. The condo is a bit dated with a few upgrades would be so much better. The bed pillows are flat as a flitter. The bedroom bathroom needs a drain cover, those of us wearing contacts get nervous there. The coffee maker should be at least a keurig/pot combo. I was the only one drinking 1 cup of coffee a day so a keurig would have been great. Instructions on using the bedroom tv/remote. The living room remote is missing the battery cover. No storage at all for food purchased for the kitchen, no where to put things unless in refrigerator. The bedroom needs a curtain, the outside light is brighter than daylight itself. The worst was mildew in the shower tracks, hard to care for I know but it was rather gross. Building needs to be mindful of those who do smoke on the balcony as it tends to ruin the quality of the air for those of us who don't.

Up on the roof

Just saw the James Taylor concert in Orange Beach and he played up on the roof. This place reminds me of that song. Beautiful unit needs some more outdoor chairs but other than that it was perfectly clean. Nice place to stay.

Second stay at Royal Palms

Other than some updating needed with the TV and a couple of cosmetic repairs, the balcony was super nice to have! There was plenty of hot water for all of us. Plenty of bath towels and rags. Good furniture on patio. Wonderful view! Kitchen size was nice. Wouldn’t recommend hallway beds for anyone over 10. We love the location of the building!

Girls Trip

The condo was tastefully decorated and clean. The kitchen well stocked with plenty of pots, pans and dishes, everything you need to cook a meal. Plenty of beds for six people however the bunk beds in the hallway are a bit short. The balcony was massive with a breathtaking view! Great to have all that room since the condo is small.

Overall great stay.

Overall the stay was great. A few minor fixes should be addressed. The front lock was broken as well as the patio lock. Also the bunk beds were extremely creeky but otherwise the patio was beautiful and the location of the condo was amazing

Great balcony, but basic unit

Balcony is wonderful, as is Gulf Shores in general. The unit was pretty basic inside. I think next time if I spend this much money, I'll go for a more updated unit with a normal balcony.

Perfect getaway

This condo was the perfect getaway for a few days. The balcony view is absolutely stunning day and night. You have plenty of space to sit in the shade or sun, as well as plenty of seating. As other reviews say there is an access door to the balcony, but it can be locked from the balcony side to secure the condo. It was nice and clean with plenty of indoor seating and comfy beds. The beach is a very short walk with a nice walkway to use. It was also never crowded at this location as it is the last condo before the state park/pier. 10/10 would go back again!

Your review is appreciated. Royal Palms 1407 is a great location. It is convenient to area restaurants, shopping and entertainment. We rent both end condos on the top floor. The balconies wrap around to the side of the building and the view is incredible. You can book up to a year in advance. We look forward to you staying with us again.

It was okay. The TVs are way too small. Electric grill does not work. Sand was in bed. You one parking pass and one extra is 55$ which is absolutely ridiculous. It was okay tho overall may stay again. But for the price I feel like I can find something way better

Great Balcony

The balcony alone would have me renting this property again! It was fabulous. The condo was accurately portrayed in the photos. A great space for a couple or small family. The only downside would be the indoor pool area. It could use some refreshing and the patio furniture in this unit could be updated, with a table to eat on outside and some cushions for the metal lounge chairs. The balcony is huge, and some of the space felt wasted without good furniture to enjoy it. But the view makes up for any minor flaws! I would absolutely stay here again.

We regret that you are unhappy with your condo. We have gladly taken care of every item you've brought to our attention, including new furniture. Royal Palms 1407 has an outstanding view of the Gulf Coast - one of the best on the island. The amenities are top notch, and the location exceptionally convenient.

Out-dated

Old and rusty furniture on balcony along with broken beach gear, mold on ceiling air vents, walls. no broom for sand. Leaking faucet in bathroom, neither shower doors work. Very unhappy with this Condo. Only good thing about it is the view and location. Don’t waist your money.

It was a reoccuring issue obvious by the previous squished one left behind the plexy glass on front of bar.The cabinet drawers in kitchen are all black and yucky.The bed was comfy and the air worked well. Over all the pictures and description did not depict how small if space the unit truely is.

The view from the balcony of Royal Palms 1407 is indeed magnificent. The location is convenient to all of the local restaurants and attractions. We are certainly sorry about the bugs that you saw; we would have called the property manager in order for pest control to come right away, had we been made aware. We will also address the kitchen drawers.

No mattress pad for the 2nd year in a row. No decent fry pan. Couch was old & springs broken. Dining room chairs stained & soiled. TV small & shelf brackets hinder view-3 years in a row with no change. Couch was replaced by owner. New fry pan, pizza pan & roasting pan replaced. Matress pad provided.

The view was incredible, the deck was amazing, we love the Building, when we did send an initial complaint, the company was receptive to send out someone to vacuum and treat for pests. At that point, though, we had already cleaned.The bed was terribly uncomfortable. It is almost impossible to lay on it without sinking into the middle. There were lots of places in the condo that were not very clean. I get that when you rent a condo, you need to bring some of your own things, but only having two trash bags kind of stinks. We were expected to sweep the floor but there wasn’t even a dust pan. Just overall very disappointed. Will not use this property mgmt again.

The building location is perfect, right next to the State Park, and the view from the balcony is indeed stunning. We will contact the guest about the bed to determine if a new mattress is needed, and a dust pan will certainly be brought to the condo. The unit is scheduled for a deep clean in three weeks, after the busy spring, summer, and fall break seasons. All guests receive in their confirmation the fact that there is just an initial supply of paper products; we regret any inconvenience that caused you.
