The homes in Coles Bay have their own septic and sewerage systems and also rely on rainwater tanks. We will investigate if there is an issue with any greywater overflow at this property. Hi Abigail, We appreciate your feedback, it helps us understand the needs of our guests and assists us in making improvements but we are really saddened to hear you did not enjoy your stay at this beautiful property. I can assure you we are a management company that have exceptional experience in accommodation and guest services, as you can see by the thousands of reviews we have in this booking platform alone, the feedback is usually outstanding with very happy guests. We provide a guaranteed standard of quality accommodation in a region where owners are unable to self manage. It is usual practice to quote a nightly base rate for two people and then adjust the rate as the number of guests increases. The use of the property's amenities changes depending on the number of guests staying and therefore the nightly tariff is adjusted to reflect this. We understand your disappointment, it can be difficult when you make an error such as this and we are sorry that you have had this experience.
