Reasonably Priced and Convenient Location - Needs Updates

The price for the property and its location were definitely positives. The property is in need of a good scrubbing inside, some wall patching, and paint. I did not observe a CO monitor or smoke detector even though there was a pilot on the fireplace and a gas water heater. The outside could use a good pressure washing and the flower beds need weeding, compared to surrounding properties. If you are looking for a good location at a reasonable price, then this is the place. If you want a "little more", you might want to shop elsewhere.

Great cabin and location

The only down side to the stay was that it could have been a little cleaner. Had a few dust bunny's in certain areas. The floor also is separated in a few locations and there are some holes in the interior which is just a downside for the price. Everything else was very enjoyable and we loved the fire place.

Perfect Stay

The cabin was perfect for my 2 little girls and myself. It was just as listed and was very nice and cozy. The girls loved it. Host was very good with communication and very accommodating! Would definitely recommend to friends and family and would definitely stay again!

Cabin stay

Property was clean, nice size for small group. Only complaint was size of property wasn’t what thought as had our pet with us. As older couple was steep area to walk our pup. Don’t have enough eating for more than 2 at table, I would stay in that area again as was a nice neighborhood.

Great location. Cabin was not very clean. Floor was dirty sheets had stains on them. The hot tub cover was disgusting stuff was falling off into the hot tub from the cover because it was so old and dirty.

Nice weekend

The property worked for us for a short stay. It is very simple to get everywhere we wanted to go, only ten or fifteen minutes. Would have been somewhat difficult for the two couples over a longer stay because of the floor plan.

Get away

We absolutely loved the location of how close the cabin was to everything. Quite area. It gave rustic vibes nothing fancy but clean. Fire place was very warm nice to have it so close to the bed. Would stay here again. Also there was an adorable friendly cat that greeted us every morning outside.

Cozy and clean!

We stayed in the cabin for four nights. The day we showed up was probably the coldest day in Pigeon Forge this year but the cabin was so warm and cozy when we arrived. The fire place was lit and there were plenty of extra blankets. Love the big tv by the bed as we are use to falling asleep with the tv on. The little enclosed backyard was perfect for our two dogs to do their business. It was a short drive to whatever we wanted to do in Pigeon Forge but also a good distance from the craziness of Parkway. You’re sitting on a mountain so I quick walk to the top will give you a very pretty view. Loved this little place and would definitely stay here again perfect size for a couple and their pups.

Christmas Vacation

The cabin was as described. It was equipped and cozy. The hot tub was great. The owners were accommodating when weather issues arose. Location was great, private mountain location only minutes from the Parkway. Parking was limited as other commenters noted but plenty of room for one vehicle and room to turn. Would definitely stay here again.

Cute place

The place is advertised as being 2 bedroom but it is actually one bedroom. The living room had been divided and made a place to put another bed. The television could only be watched when in the bed because that is probably where it originally was when the room was divided. There is no heat at all in the bathroom. There were not any welcome paperwork with directions on how to adjust the heat with remotes or what needed done when it came time to leave. There was plenty of cooking utensils and pots and pans. I loved the knives!!! I am going to buy some. Over all, it was in a quiet area but very close to the dump that smelled awful.

This property is up a very steep hill, which could be very dangerous. The heating and a/c was difficult to operate as they were both operated by remotes. The gas fireplace had no blower to spead the heat. There was no hair dryer available. Stove was not level. Beds were on the soft side. Only 2 chairs for the kitchen table. Very little counter space for any food prep.

Great cabin, great location!

Me, my husband and our friend stayed here for a trip to do some attractions and to Dollywood! We absolutely loved the location. Very quiet but also incredibly close to everything, attractions, food, grocery story, etc. The hot tub was wonderful after a full day at Dollywood lol. No issues other than the beds were a bit uncomfortable. Thank you so much! We hope to come visit again

We had a geat time in piegon forge the was small but ok for us the beds were not that comfortable and the remotes for the AC/ Heat was confusing other than that we made do

Cute, clean. Excellent communication with host. Parking is difficult if you have a larger vehicle. It is uphill on a slant. There is space across the street to back into, but the hill makes it a challenge. Everything else was fabulous. Would stay again.

It was great! Everything was clean and the location was good! Only problem we had was the tv being in front of the bed! We are seniors and it was very uncomfortable! It would have been nice in front of couch! Other than that it was great!
