A quiet cabin tucked into the trees provides an excellent home base for exploring the national park and arts and crafts community. The cabin was clean with plenty of pots and pans—bring your own seasonings. The hot tub was private amd toasty warm.

This was a great property to stay in. I would definitely recommend it to anyone who is wanting to stay somewhere other than downtown Gatlinburg. The only issue was the hot tub did not work for two out of the three nights I stayed. I was contacted by maintenance, but they never did come. I purposely found a rental with a hot tub. It was still an amazing trip and I thank you for everything that you did to make it a great stay.

This cabin was perfect for our romantic getaway. Only thing missing was chalk for the pool sticks. Area around pool table was tight especially for anyone 5'9 or taller. We were blessed to see a bear and her 3 cubs off the back porch. Definitely bring a couple of extra blanket for couch sitting. We will 100%stay here again.

My boyfriend and I enjoyed the cabin so much. The snow made it so romantic for us. We absolutely loved the fire place. Gina was the onsite property manager and she was so nice, offered a great restaurant for us to eat at. All in all, we’re already planning our next trip there, just not with the roads so covered in snow.

The cabin was very nice. Be prepared for the steep driveway. We were in a little sports car but we didn't have a problem getting up there. I had my doubts. As soon as we pulled up by the cabin, there was a black bear on the hill. We stayed in the car while he sniffed around. He then walked down to the other 2 cabins and disappeared in the woods. It was scary but yet interesting. If you want a small cabin in the woods, this one is it. One thing. I was thankful for and surprised, they had the ice maker going. After a 7-8 hour drive my cup was empty. So I was able to fill my cup with ice and have a cold drink. No regrets staying there.

Romantic Getaway

We very much enjoyed our stay. The hot tub was perfect, as was the king sized bed - very comfortable. Perfect location away from town but nestled between Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge. Would definitely visit again.

I sent an email to the owner, no response. The entire cabin smell of smoke, from the fireplace. The rug in the living area, furniture, appliances, mat on the back porch swing and carpet are super old and nasty. I took photos. No closets, no dressers. Nowhere to put your clothes. The corners of every room has built up grime. Every wooden surface is sticky. Loaded the dish washer at 3am. Opened the dispenser and it was full of undisclosed pods. We drank out of those mugs and glasses! Gross! Nasty mop hanging on the back of the bathroom door and grubby broom leaning against the wall.Rotted beams front and back. And screens hanging off. Blind breaks, hang half a curtain. It was just a nasty place. The owner should be ashamed!!! Positive note A/C and heat, great and the water pressure to die for.

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We wish you had brought these items up during your stay in the cabin so we could have addressed them to make your stay more comfortable. A number of the things that this guest mentioned are not true. There are no rotten beams in this cabin. There is a dresser and always has been a dresser in the room as well as a place to hang clothes We have addressed the verifiable/true maintenance concerns that this guest brought up. We do take cleanliness and maintenance seriously and continue to address items as they are identified. All of our cabins are cleaned by an independent company before each stay and inspected by a member of our team before check-in. We appreciate you noting the positive aspects of your stay as well. When the owners visited the Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg, TN in 2005, they were so impressed with the area such that they purchased cabins and homes that families could visit and enjoy for vacations and all types of other short term stays. When the owners purchased the Heavenly Views Resort in 2019, they were and are convinced that they have found the 8th Wonder Of The World. Pictures and videos do not give this resort justice. You must see and witness the majestic mountain views, the wonderful serenity, the awesome amenities and the vast amusement attractions for individuals and families. You will find few if any other resorts/areas in the United States that compare or come close.
