Mississippi gem

The property was beautiful and the place was very nice. Great white sand beach right on the property, pool was cleaned everyday and wasn't crowded. Love our visit and would stay there again!

They are real family they enjoy the beach in the southern Mississippi they were very very polite and took care of the condo and I would love them for them to come back at a 20% discount and may God bless them.

Great Condo on the Beach

Excellent condo on the beach with a great owner. It’s extremely clean, well stocked, and neatly decorated. Easy access to the swimming pool and beach. Even though it’s a public beach, it wasn’t crowded. We were very pleased with this condo and look forward to staying here again.

This was the third year I’ve stayed at this wonderful condo. I love the secluded area, gated property and covered parking. Close to New Orleans, Gulfport, and Biloxi. Ray is very responsive to any questions. I love staying here and plan on being back next year.

Gorgeous, fully equipped condo. Ray is absolutely precious and answered any questions we had. We stayed a week and would definitely love to go back. So relaxing sitting on the balcony watching the sun come up with a cup of coffee. Loved that it is pretty secluded, gated and had covered parking.

Wonderful time in a perfect condo!

This was one of the most peaceful vacations we've had. The condo is beautiful and had everything we needed. The whole property is very quiet, even though its right on the beach. And the beach here is very nice and was never crowded. The property owner was easy to communicate with and made us fell welcomed from the start. This is definitely a property we'd love to return to again.

Relax at Inn by the Sea

We had a wonderful month long stay at Ray’s condo. It was so comfortable and filled with all the amenities our family/friends could need. The beautiful, uncrowded beach was so handy and relaxing. We love the Mississippi Gulf Coast and staying in this condo complex is one of the reasons why. Ray is such a gentleman and a delightful person to work with!! We would highly recommend.

The renter was very very satisfied with the beautiful design in the condo and really enjoyed , because the elderly person like me and they are very very nice people I had every week my people would clean up the condo every week and they really enjoyed this week and they were really very very nice people they kept it clean and then they were great people and I would love to have them again at a discount on their rent next year.

Relaxing & Quiet Vacation

The property was just as described with nice firm beds, plenty of towels, every needed item within condo, exquisite decorating and a shower to die for. The owner was very responsive to all our needs and even checked in with us during the week to see how things were going. Ray was a pleasure to talk to. The beach and pool area was clean, quiet and amazing. We had a great time at this unit and hope to visit again in the future.

property is in a very quite place. hardly anyone at the beach. the ocean is very shallow here, I walked al 400 yards out and water never got above my knee. LOL more people at swimming pool than beach. 15 minutes to Gulfport, easy to get around area. Only condo all the way to Biloxi that is located on beach

Beautiful Property

My husband and I were new to this area and found our stay so relaxing. The condo was decorated beautifully and the shower in the master, was one of the best I’ve had while away from home. BSL getaway

This was our second time staying and I love it so much. Ray is a great host, very easy to communicate with and the Condo is an absolute gem! I want to make it an annual event to come here. So peaceful, quiet, gated and secure. New Orleans, Gulfport and Biloxi are not far away of you want a day trip somewhere. My favorite spot is having coffee on the balcony watching the sun come up over the Gulf ❤️

Winter getaway

This was the perfect place to wait out the end of winter up north. The condo is beautifully decorated and well equipped. Ray was very nice to work with and sincerely wanted to make sure we were settled in and had everything we needed. The whole facility was clean and well maintained. We liked that the area was quiet and had more of a small town feel. We definitely hope to return!

They verify was nice and they loved the condo and they were all equipped and also I did something else halfway through the condo. I had someone come over there and clean the whole Condo, clean the sheets and they said when you came in who is smells so good

Unbelievable

Very quiet location. Pictures don't do it justice. The place is big and the beach is amazing. You almost have it to yourself. One of the best rentals I have stayed at, in the last 20 years. You won't be disappointed. Ray is great at communicating right away.

Area was heavily damaged in 2005, but our unit was repaired well. This winter storms did damage to the fences and gates and lighting in the stairs. Pool area, grounds, beach and unit were well maintained

Hidden gem!

We stayed a week at this condo. It’s a beautiful place in a super quiet area. The beach is pretty and wide. We stayed in October so we did not get into the ocean or the pool. The grounds were clean and beautiful! Our condo had everything we needed! The master bathroom shower is awesome!! It’s got a great veranda to enjoy morning coffee or afternoon cocktails on. Ray was very easy to communicate with and very nice! We hope to stay here again the next time we’re in Mississippi for Crusin the Coast!

They were very good renters and yes they’re awesome people. They had a great time and looking for next year there told me and they loved it and they all welcome again again again . Condo was just like it when they came there when you left the condo.
