Perfect stay for a 3 night getaway!

My husband and I visited Siesta Key for the first time and stayed 3 nights at the 5225 Studio. Being a couple minutes walk to both the beach and the fun in the Village was absolutely perfect! The studio is small, but all you need when you are enjoying all Siesta Key has to offer! We found the size and amenities perfect for us! It comes with a beach cart, beach chairs, cooler & umbrella. We even found 2 tumblers for drinks to take to the beach! Having the beach essentials was wonderful! The gardens and patio pitside the unit are great, and it is very peaceful and private. We did not use it, but there is a washer/dryer also just outside the back door! Dan was absolutely the most gracious host, responds instantly to any needs or questions! We will be back and stay with Gertrude rentals! Thank you for making out getaway so relaxing and perfect!

Perfect spot for a walkable beach stay

What a wonderful stay in the one bedroom studio! The location was perfect. It was just a short 4-minute walk to the beautiful beach and an easy walk to all the shops and restaurants in Siesta Key Village, so we hardly needed the car. The kitchen was adorable and very well-equipped. We had everything we needed for our stay. The owner was incredibly responsive and easy to communicate with, which made everything seamless. Overall, it was such a convenient, comfortable place to stay, and we'd absolutely come back! 🌴☀️

Perfect location to the beach as well as restaurants, bars and shopping. The room was very clean and comfortable and the host very accommodating. I would highly recommend and when we come back we will look to stay here again!

Room was a little cramped, clean but adequate. Bathroom sink needs to be anchored. Pet friendliness was a big plus. Beach access and supplies were good. Pedestrian friendly. You can park your car and leave it parked.

Cozy, Private and Walkable to everything

We had such a lovely stay in this charming village studio in Siesta Key. The location couldn't have been better. Just a short walk to the beach and the village. It was tucked away enough to feel private and peaceful. We especially loved having our own patio to relax in the mornings with a cup of coffee and unwind in the evenings. The space felt cozy, welcoming, and perfect for a beach getaway. Overall, a wonderful stay and we will be returning!!

We're glad Tracey liked it. Looking at the correspondence I think maybe the score was a mistake. The unit is brand new inside and turned out beautiful! The location also can't be beat!
