Wonderful Stay!!!

We had a wonderful family vacation for Fall Break! Staff was very helpful amd friendly.The room was very nice and clean. Beds were very comfortable! The view was perfect and the extra perk of seeing dolphins form our balcony each morning! My only negative was the chairs on the balcony can get very hot! Maybe some cushions would help this. But other than that I would definitely recommend staying here and hope to stay again soon!

Thanksgiving vacation

We had a wonderful stay at Crystal Shores West. Really enjoyed the beach, pool & hot tub. Perfect Thanksgiving vacation for us. We will return to Gulf Shores again.

Elevator

3 stars? Yes that seems low but actually it's kinda middle of the road. We've been going to Crystal Shores West for a several years so this was not a first visit for us. We've recommended you to several people. We have NEVER been there that both elevators were working. Always a wait. On Monday afternoon, after the elevator tech had been out there, when we pushed the button the door to the one that hadn't been working, the door opened. Great! We jumped right on! Then it STUCK between floors!!!! It's a good thing my husband had spent nearly 50 years in construction. So we didn't panic. The Fire Department was called and they finally got us out. After nearly 45 minutes. We never heard anything from your office. No “are y'all ok?” “We're going to give you a night free” or a “discount on your next stay”. Needless to say we probably won't be back. Every condo that we have stayed in over several years has been great. So the condos are not the problem. But lots of things need to change.

Perfect condo for 2 Moms and their kiddos!

This condo was perfect for our Labor Day Girls Beach Trip! The location was perfect and the access to the beach was incredible! The condo was very clean and well stocked for all of our needs!

Fun in the sun

This was a great spot. Near food and entertainment. The unit itself could use some love as it is apparent this is solely a vacation rental. For the cost a little love and some updates would go a long way. Overall great place.

PERFECT Gulf Shores Rental!

My boyfriend and I recently stayed at this location for Hangout Festival, and couldn't have asked for a better condo. Clean, fully equipped, wonderful location. Having the huge oceanfront balcony was a plus. We will definitely rent from again!

It was a perfect 5 days! Gorgeous weather, beautiful sandy beach, friendly staff, and very clean. Know that 2 adults wouldn't do well on the hide a bed, but I'm sure it's fine for kids.
