Welcome to Casa Tiki! This truly adorable Mexican Casa is located 1/2 block from the beach in the authentic Mexican town of Bucerias, 20 minutes from Puerto Vallarta and the PV airport. Casa Tiki is a brand newer construction home situated 1/2 block from the ocean including 2nd floor ocean views. The home is truly Mexican with warm Terracotta Flooring, stucco walls, an authentic Mexican tiled kitchen and Mexican tiled bathrooms. Relax in your own private pool. Enjoy the ocean breezes while you delight in your morning coffee or evening cocktail under the 2nd Floor Palapa`s. Walk to the beach. Bbq and Float in the pool. There are two bedrooms. The master with a King sized bed and the guest room with 1 Queen and 2 singles or make it another a king, both with attached 3 piece bathrooms. Plus an extra 3 piece bathroom upstairs. A pull out couch in the living room. A nice dining and lounging area off the pool.



Casa Tiki was designed with ease of living in mind. The space is very cozy and relaxing.

The home offers 5 different spaces to relax in besides the bedrooms. Palapa 1, with nice comfy chairs and a table. The 2nd palapa which includes couches and comfy chairs. The living room with a couch, t.v. and two sitting chairs and finally the pool side with a dining table and two loungers.



The kitchen comes fully equipped with a fridge, gas stove and oven, microwave, cooking equipment, dishes, glassware, toaster, blender and a coffee maker.



All bathrooms include a sink, vanity, shower, toilet and towels and a hair dryer for your use during your stay.



Our property manager will meet you on site to welcome you and to show you around the house. A twice weekly maid service is included. If you have any issues we are always available by text, phone or e-mail.



Casa Tiki is located within the heart of Bucerias in the `Golden Zone`.

Walk, drive, cycle, taxi to restaurants, grocery shopping, bars, art galleries, the market, shopping and banks.

We are a 2-3 minute walk to the taxi stand which you can use to take you around town and to PV, Sayulita, San Pancho, Punta Mita and La Cruz.



The bedrooms are all located on the main floor. There are stairs leading to the

2nd Floor Palapa`s.



The home includes a washer and a dryer with laundry soap.



There is wifi throughout the home and outside on the 1st level.



We provide our guests with beach chairs, umbrellas, and towels to use during their stay with us.



Water is not potable. Drinking water is provided in 20L jugs.



Potential for noise - It`s Mexico, land of barking dogs, roosters and festivals!

This is a house in Mexico, not a hotel.



There is currently a lot of construction going on in Bucerias. Almost on every block. We just spent a month there. We tuned it out and it didn`t affect our stay there at all. Bucerias is still amazing An FYI :)
