Accessibility:
- 24/7 Pool access.
- Additionally, right next to the building you can take a day pass to use the Spa services & swimming pools from Tracadero Resort
- Very pretty beach in Dominicus Town - 10-15 min walk.
- The whole town is well secured & safe.
- Take a taxi to the next town - about 8-10 min in car

Most relaxing loving beautiful surroundings for guests to let go and live the Caribbean dream!! Feel in peace and explore !!!
- Small supermarket - 5 min walk
- Pretty Beach - 10-15 min walk. We can let you know where to buy very inexpensive seafood right out of the Ocean.
- Scooter/ca rental details as required
- Casa de Campo, Chavón river, Golf course - 20 min drive
- Horseback riding, diving, fresh seafood, snorkeling in beach nearby
- Bachata clubs, Italian French, Venezuelan & Dominican restaurants around!!
- Book the most amazing sail or Catamaran trips to Saona Island, Altos de Chavon River, Snorkel beautiful reef, diving!
- Take a Horse back riding experience to National Park!! (about a 10-15 minute walk or take a car)
- Casino, horse back riding, scooters diving snorkel trips can be booked at local tour offices!

There is NO Condo with a beachfront in this town at all except those owned by resorts.
Restaurants, sauna massage, shopping center, etc are right around the neighborhood! Dominicus is a small very pretty town with a mix of European Italian Caribbean style and occupants.

We are next to the Tracadero Restaurant and Spa which is exclusive and beautiful. We do NOT provide access to it. You will have to pay directly for a Day pass or you can simply book your reservation at the restaurant for dining or services.
