Cozy Condo with the Perfect Location

Nicely furnished condo with spacious living area. Very quiet neighborhood, great location minutes from Old Town as well as most anything in the Phoenix area.

Nice view of golf course and sunsets

Met our expectations. Loved the pool. Will recommend to friends and family. Property manager and owner very easy to connect with. The loft bedroom is nice for additional people. Bath is small. Nice to have a washer/Dryer in the unit. We like having a keypad instead of needing to carry a key.

Fabulous one bedroom and loft condo overlooking golf course

We just returned from a one week stay at this condo. We loved the privacy this first floor roomy condo offered and the views overlooking the golf course. The condo had been recently refurbished to high standards and with very tasteful furniture. The beds were very comfortable. The kitchen was well-equipped and we cooked the majority of our meals there. There is an in suite washer and drier. We have stayed at Sunscape before and absolutely love the location. It is close to grocery stores and Old Town Scottsdale as well as many parks/playgrounds. There are two large outdoor heated pools. There is also a well-equipped fitness room. We had a fabulous time here and would absolutely stay at this condo again and would recommend it to anyone!!

Great rental

This was a great rental- exactly what we were looking for. Location was perfect for exploring Old Town. We had a few questions at check in and Ken responded quickly. Will definitely try to book this unit again.

Beautiful condo is a great part of Scottsdale!

This condo was very well kept and clean. Property managers were just a text away and the amenities on-site (pool, hot tub, etc) were lovely. Would stay here again. The internet was poor, but for most that probably doesn't matter - you're probably not vacationing to stay home on the internet :) Would certainly come back!

Fantastic Condo

I had a terrific time staying at Sunscape in Scottsdale. The condo had everything I needed and more. Location is great, so close to golf, walking and bike trails, Old Town and the Giants Stadium. The parking is easy and safe. I had a small problem with the shower and it was fixed immediately, management was very responsive. Golf course view from the deck was very relaxing and a lot of fun to watch the golfers. Can't say enough nice things about my stay, except would love to come back.

Clean, convenient and cozy

Can't beat this location. Apartment is close to everything. Perfect to call home base for our week. Very clean and nice décor. Kitchen had what we needed but couldn't really do much cooking with the equipment. We weren't cooking anyway. Right on the golf course which was fun. We walked every morning. Plaza across Osborn had restaurants and we tried them all and were very pleased. Pool area doesn't look anything like the photos. Was nice but small and there were a lot of children not a real relaxing atmosphere. All in all we enjoyed our stay and would come back.

Fun in the Sun!

The vacation unit was fully outfitted with everything one could need. The furnishings were clean and comfortable. The location was great; everything was within a convenient distance from the unit. The view of the golf course was nice. I would definitely visit this unit again.

Condo was average. Wasn’t very clean when we arrived. Bathroom needs a major update. Kitchen provided the bare minimum amenities. Mattress needs replacing. Barbecues need to be replaced. Location was very noisy with traffic and sirens.

Great Apartment & Location

Super clean rental and has everything you need for your stay, everything looks newly remodeled. Looking over the ninth hole of the golf course off your balcony you will really enjoy your stay here. 20 plus miles of walking/biking trails right out the door. You can't go wrong with this rental! - I really enjoyed my stay and both Mike & Ken always responded to my questions.

I loved that this was located on the back side of the complex facing the golf course. Saw some great sunsets from the balcony. Walking distance to everything you need. It was also very quiet while I was there.

Amazing condo!

The condo was amazing! It was extremely clean (spotless). Was in a great location (we walked to old town Scottsdale which was about one mile away). We even enjoyed the putting green (10 second walk from the condo). I would highly recommend place.
